The service staff were efficient and pleasant. They offered me transportation, if needed during my service appointment. They were able to get me in for an oil change the day I called!!

Went there for two things one they couldn't do which I understand but the second was a part number and they wouldn't give it to me makes no sense and wasted my time but were nice in general

I only dealt with lady up front. I was told befe I went for service that I would be charged a diagnostic fee but I was charged with two fees. I don't think I should have been charged but once. Oil change; inspection and other electrical problems were solved such as cruise control and windshield washer blades replaced plus a new battery. I don't think Kia in Greenville would have charged me two diagnostic fees. As far as I know the work was done properly. I did not talk with the mechanic
