I never felt pressured into buying a vehicle that was outside my budget, or buying a vehicle in general. The process went very smoothly. Bought a 2023 Kia Forte from Sale Kia all the while from the comfort of my home in Panama City, FL. Process took no more than 5 days to complete. This is my 3d time purchasing a vehicle from another state, let alone another city, and this was by far the simplest process by far! Dylan Garvey - sales rep - was easy to communicate with and was upfront about everything. If you're going to Sale Auto Mall, look for Dylan Garvey!

Jaison was absolutely wonderful to work with. He did not make me feel pressured and worked with me as I changed my mind a million times. My husband and I was excited to finance a Kia. We received our approval and I asked what our interest rate would be. I have excellent credit, so I was looking into all options. Once I asked for the rate, the seller came back and said I wasn t approved anymore. That took us back, and I knew at that moment I didn t want to do business with them anymore. The manager came out and asked if he could find an interest rate that we would be happy with, will we still be interested? He said he would give us a call the next day. We didn t receive that call. Very unprofessional.

Had a very good experience with sales rep. Kyle Lowe. We were able to make a deal we were comfortable with in a very difficult market. This was greatly due to Kyle's amiable personality, knowledge and professionalism. Sale Kia is a car dealership like most others, they have the upper hand in today's market. However, Kyle made the process as painless and straightforward as possible. I have nothing bad to say about Sale Kia, the staff is good, the dealership clean and atmosphere not pushy.

Me and my boyfriend went to check out a car I seen they had on the lot. We were approached my a gentleman Mr. Jasion Dove. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and very very kind. The whole experience of buying a new was so great due to Mr. Dove and everyone at Sale Kia. If you need a new car I would highly recommend Sale Kia and there automall. Ask for Mr. Jasion Dove!!!!

Everyone that works in the parts and maintenance Department went above and beyond to take care of both of my car and myself. I was very pleased from the very beginning with the easiness of scheduling my appointment online through their website all the way to the end of my service. They even went what I like to call above and beyond by providing me with a detailed list of parts and maintenance fees of work I'll have to have done at a future date. I was even provided with prices from the most it would cost me to have these jobs done to the least it could cost me to have these jobs done so that way I might be able to budget accordingly I would like to say thank you Kia of Kinston

I take my car here like clockwork for regular maintenance. They call every time there's a recall and don't mind working around your schedule. The service is fast and friendly!! Ask for Gayle! She's amazing!! She goes the extra mile every visit!!!!

Love the car I bought at Sale Kia. During negotiation they were very responsive and helped me out with financing. Big thanks to David in sales who always was willing to answer my inquiries and Steve, service manager, for caring and checking on my satisfaction with the service provided.

Edited because I was able to text with the owner and work out a deal the next day. He was very prompt and bent over backwards to make it work.Worst experience I have ever had.$5000 of factory incentives and they told me for an hour that $5000 under MSRP was " the best they could do"I asked numerous times to see invoice and all i got were bogus numbers on a breakdown sheet... none of which showed invoice.I have bought 8 cars in 20 years and never paid over invoice, yet these guys swore up and down they couldn't budge from MSRP.Wasted 3 hours of my life driving there, sitting through their excuses, and driving home.I blame the manager since our salesman was new and was basically asking advice. It wasn't hard to notice that he had never really had to negotiate with a knowledgable customer. He said he had been there 3 months.The only thing worse than their service is their commercials.

Very poor service in more than one way. I purchased a brand new car and they left the sunroof open. My roof was completely saturated. No one cared to help make the situation right or even show any remorse. Do not purchase cars from here!!!

Awesome! Sales team were wonderful. Dedicated, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Emad and David are true proffesionals. Chose Sale after our local dealer requested a "market rate adjustment" of a $4Kplus markup above MSRP on our Telluride. No such nonsense with Sale and Emad's team. Terrific experience.
