Poor customer relations when you have a higher up (Chad) call a woman (who is clueless as to what happened) and chew her out, basically being a real Bully...because her spouse made an honest complaint. He was lied to from the beginning...sold a bogus service contract..Chad said he was [ GONNA GIVE US ABOUT 8 OUL CHANGES] No we paid $ 1800 for that bogus contract remember...so now Chad says he's upset because he complained after he done him a "favor" spending 1800 was not a favor...because when we have gone for our service NOBODY can find or remember Chad had given us those oil changes..so then he proceeds to tell this woman she can not bring her person or her her husband or the car we purchased there on his lot for service or any reason!!! Great!!! So it's still under warranty ...and remember the bogus service contract? Smh so if we complain or give a HONEST REVIEW...WE GET PUNISHED? What happened to good customer service...

A service reach saw a dangerous problem with my gas line from behind us & flagged us down to let me know. I went straight there & they had it repaired very inexpensively within 20 minutes. Had been smelling gas for a bit, but was scared it was going to be a fortune to fix & kept putting it off. Joe truly went above & beyond and now driving safely again & car is running much better. So grateful for them. Comfy waiting area, as well.

Took my F150 in to Sale Ford for the 150k mile service. They did not put fluid back in the differential. Whole differential failed within 20 miles. They said it was going bad anyway (did not tell me this before) and then said that I would have to pay them $4k to replace the entire differential. Said it was full of shavings and when they flushed it, it must have stirred up the shavings. Took it to another local shop, and they said it was destroyed due to no fluid. On top of what I paid Sale for the service, it cost me an additional $3800 and 3 weeks with no truck while in the middle of relocating.
