These people suck. I bought a Toyota Camry from them and not even a month later the car blew up and had me on the side of the road. Do you think they helped put me in another vehicle? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I DO NOT recommend buying from these people. They will scam you out of your money. Very rude people and do NOT genuinely care about people. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating I absolutely would. Do you think they gave me my money back? Absolutely not. This place is a JOKE. & so are the people.

Dont buy from them!!!! owner is very rude, worse than sale automall and you see what happened to them. I was going to buy a truck from them today, owner walks out just looks at me no greet.I asked to test drive a truck , first thing he says was how was i going to pay for it. Really!!! then he says to test drive i have to get pre approved to buy it first, i havent even test drove it yet really!!I told him he was rude, he shurged . he didnt care.Dont buy from this guy, put them out of bussiness like sale automall.I went to decon jones bought me a truck down the road. I suggest you do the same dont go to auto pro , ( auto stinks)

After my daughter and I drove 40 minutes to test drive a specific vehicle. When I asked if I could test drive the Jeep, the salesman asked me if I was planning on buying it today. I told him I wanted to drive it to make that determination, and he told me to come back when I was ready to buy. I won t be coming back. Crappiest service I ve experienced in a long time.

Service was ok. But I've had problems with vehicle everyday. 1. Tail light was out 2. Break light was out 3. Rim was cracked with custom rim didn't fix told me to go to Davis Tires. 4. Then check engine light came on. 5. Gas lid light keep coming on. 6. When pumping gas it keeps stopping. Lord please help me trade it in Go anywhere but here.

Staff is rude and seem to be racist they talk to you so hateful and really don t wanna communicate with you if you re black. Bought a vehicle from them and the wipers didn t work had to take it back 3 times then called about my tags. And he tell me I just have to wait and he is not writing out another 30 day tag. I asked well if I get stopped what do I do . He say he can t predict the future I just gotta wait.. customer service is horrible

Let me start by saying we live more then 3 hours from this place, I saw on their Web Site that they had a Nissan Titan for sale. I called and talked to a salesman who was very nice. He gave me an "out the door price" everything included. We loaded up the car with our 2 small dogs since it was going to be over a 7 hour roundtrip. We arrived and the salesman made a copy of my license and we went out to the vehicle. My wife and I test drove the vehicle. We decided to give the price without haggling on the price that was quoted. The salesman was with another customer when we returned. Another person who I assume is the owner went out to the vehicle and answered a few questions. I told him we was going to purchase the vehicle and told him the price that was quoted. He said we was got getting that vehicle for that price. He asked the other salesman if he had quoted the price that we said and he said yes, he said I am not selling the vehicle for that price and he went up $1500.00. Needless to say I was not going the pay the increase. We drove over 7 hours and came home with nothing. Very disappointed in this place. Also on the vehicle , it stated a 2 year warranty, he was wanting to charge me for the warranty.

i bought a 13 jeep GC a lil over a month ago. went to charlotte like 2 weekends ago and it broke down. called the man that sold me the car, told him the situation that was going on and he basically said there was nothing he could do about it. mind you guys b4 i bought this car he told me my friend traded this car in for a pick up truck and he kept it up to date . there is no warranty on the car even though it was a sticker on the front windshield that said free warranty . i paid $1200 to get it back in kinston plus i just paid $1800 to get it fixed. 0/10 do not recommend anyone get a car from here.

Needed a good used vehicle after the third one I had bought from this location was repoed after I missed 2 payments for the first time! I know how it works and yes I missed the payments but I had just lost my job and was looking for new work. Losing the vehicle of course, made it that much more difficult to find a job or do any work at all! There are other places to buy a used car, truck, or SUV. Do yourself a favor and use any one of them other than here

Horrible experience ever! Bought a 2015 Hyundai Azera around August with $6,000 of down payment, been having problems since then. Only having the car for about 4 months and so many things gotten fix already, good thing having that warranty. Before buying it we asked them if the car was ever involved in a car accident and to give us the car fax, they assured it never was and gave us a car fax but the public one. We got the actual car fax from a different place, and comes to find out that the car was indeed in a car accident. We showed the papers to one of the salesman and he denied knowing anything about it and that they won t pay the extra $40 to get the full car fax and give to the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! THEY ARE A SCAM!

Was sold a truck that the brakes was bad hadto go-to the attorney general to get Auto pro to do repairs the brakes was never fixed correctly had to replace the caliper it wasn't replaced at the time auto pro will in danger your life

i had a clean deal. no time wasted on finding financing. car was on "e". stated hey can i get some gas in this car. response was if the man back with the card. long story short i left on "e". i guess do to gas prices that's how they all come now for 15k. lesson learned. first and last time with no recommendations

So I have been trying to get financed for a car here. Last Friday I spoke to employee josh he was very friendly and explained he was from a different locyand just filling in and to call back Monday to get further help. I did called Monday and was then told I needed to provide a paystub to start my finance application. So I received that on Wednesday and sent a photo over. I was then told since it was post dated that they couldn't enter the info. So I called today and spoke with Rodney and he said I was approved but I need to provide a full bank statement and the bank wouldn't provide one til the end of the month. When I got home and told my fiance we then called Rodney back and my fiance asked what he meant by full bank statement. Apparently they wanted a complete transaction statement showing my checks going in and out of the account, my fiance explained I do not receive direct deposit that's why I provided the paystub we thought and that I just started and didn't have 30 days of pay yet and had already expressed this to them . At that point we were HUNG UP ON! ......to us this just seems very suspicious not to mention the unprofessional part of hanging up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SWINDLER DEALERSHIP. I just purchased my son's first car on Mon.9/5/22 and by Wed.9/7/22, and at exactly 50 miles, the check engine light came on. After several attempts and getting the run around, we were able to speak to someone who said it is as is. After paying cash for the vehicle! They turned off/reset the check engine light !!!!! They were not helpful with finding a solution and they do not deserve anyone's money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM. LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS...they do not even deserve a 1 star.

Friendly service but the pricing for the cars can be a-little high for the mileage and resale value according to mechanics and the KBB value. Many bad reviews have turned me off of purchasing from here but I did find helpful employees. Would recommend a check up upon purchasing any used vehicle regardless though!

I purchased a dodge status from Auto Pro in March of 2016. I had a wonderful experience, Tony helped me find a vehicle that I could afford. After my purchase I applied for a job an have been employed here ever since. The people here are awesome. We sell around 800 vehicles a year an the only reviews are from the people who have complaints. We have many happy customers that come back am see us time after time. You know there's an old sayin that you can't make everyone happy. We do go above an beyond to help our customers as much as possible. You just can't please everyone. The people here are awesome an good hearted people.

Best used car dealership I've been too. All the sales people were helpful and honest each time I went. They were able to help me purchase an affordable used car on my budget especially for a single mom. My children were not bored at all..the salesmen all interacted with them while I was focused on buying a car. They treated my kids and I like friends and not customers. I will definitely be going back.

Don't get me wrong I love my car but this is a very shady car lot to deal with. I purchased a car from them that required me to put 5,000 down by the way only owing a few dollars. Long-story short I understand when you purchase something used there will be kinks but the least they could have done was if I put that type of money down on a car to ensure there was some decent used tires on the car. The tires on that car was so slick that I wasn't going even 35 mph in the rain I was sliding everywhere. It doesn't do any good to call and try to speak with anyone whomever their receptionist is has no customer service skills at all. Overall, my car rides pretty good and is clean but they do very bad business.

Purchased an SUV one week ago and Tony Tucker made the process very smooth. We did everything over the phone since I was out of state. He took care of all the financing process for me. All I had to do was make my drive to the dealer test drive the vehicle and sign for it. Quick and simple. It was a pleasant experience over all. Thanks Tony for taking care of us!!

I loved my experience. I was looking for a vehicle for about a week. No one wanted to seriously help. They kept asking for more down. But from the moment I stepped on the lot they were friendly and determined to put me in a car. I'm very picky but he didn't mind. I test drove almost four cars. I wasn't rushed. He got me a car for the down payment I had and the price I wanted..Not to mention he was totally cute and great conversation during the whole process. Please go check them out for yourself. Don't let these previous comments stop you from getting the car of your dreams

John was very polite and helped my husband and I tremendously with our current car purchase. Car prices are extremely fair and the service that comes with this lovely car buying expierence tops over big name dealerships any day. Highly. Highly recommend this location. Will be back to purchase a future vehicle.

Tony was the best sales person my husband and i have ever dealt with. He was informative, helpful, caring and friendly. I felt so really bad because he was supposed go watch his team play but missed it dealing with Customers.. Even through all that he remained friendly and professional.. Thank you Tony we will be back to see you when we need a new vehicle..you were awesome.

Had a fantastic experience today buying a new car. My sales associate John was absolutely fantastic, not to mention very attractive and attentive to whay i wanted oit of a car. I drove away with an amazing deal and a beautiful car. The entire process was as easy as can be. I will definitely be sending all my friends and family this way!!!!

Tony maybe a good salesman but he's working at the wrong place. I just bought a car from there, dealt with Michael who seemed nice. Until after the sale. Had the car for 10 days hadn't put 800 miles on it. Heater started messing up. Talked to Michael, said it wasn't covered under the warranty. Couple days later noticed oil on ground under the car. Power steering pump was leaking. Again was told not covered under the warranty. Now we've driven it bout 1600 miles the and light is on. The wheel bearing is going bad. And steering wheel shakes if you hit a pot hole. And none of it is covered under ( THEIR WARRANTY) IMAGINE THAT.Will difently not be going back there again. And WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

My experience there was great! John went above and beyond helping us, actually putting us in a vehicle we wanted instead of just trying to put us in whatever. And the owner Tony is awesome, he did everything he could as well. Definitely going to go back if I ever decide on another vehicle!

This place is an absolute joke. I went there because there was a nice selection of cars in my price range, but literally every single one that I looked at had significant problems. Some had huge paint scrapes. Most had bad tires. One that I tried to test drive wouldn't start. They offered to jump it for me but no thanks! A car that won't start is a bad sign! The second one that I tried to test drive, the window didn't work. The only good thing I could say is that the sales people were not pushy. Actually, I got the impression that they just didn't give a crap. Either way. This place is awful.

Great choice of vehicles with fair prices and the employees were incredibly accommodating!.... this is an update from original. Once it is paid off they don't care anymore. Don't do it! I paid off a vehicle on 7/31/2019 and I am still waiting on the title as of 12/30/2019. Many, many phone calls and being blown off multiple times and tonight the salesman Josh(who originally took the payoff in July) wondered why I was getting upset. Really!
