Ordered a part for my vehicle. They said it would take 2 days and be in house by 7:30am. Took 2 days to get the part as they said it was right on time. Perfect! Many thanks to Casey and the guys there. Advanced Ordered the wrong part 2 times in a row and NAPA is closed on Saturdays. Gee, guess no one works on their fukn cars on a Saturday their day off, right . It's a farther drive for me but worth every mile! Give them a try, it's worth it

Employees Very helpful, always have a great experience getting what I need .when I shop there. If for some reason they don't have what I need which has been very few times they're very helpful getting it in very fast.

This store will provide for you what you need to the best of their ability and often times beyond. They price match for any store fronts that offer the same warranty on parts so if you can find it cheaper their parts' quality is better. Would recommend to anyone for their car parts. Good mechanic minds work during the day and at night so there is usually always someone there that knows what is what and can give you a good recommendation or send you in the right direction to find what you are looking for.Ask for Josh, Greg, Marshall or Doug (the manager [also the one to talk to if you're needing parts for boats])

Have called the store for a hour over and over and no answer. Extremely unhappy!!!

Super helpful. Had a year and a half old battery stop holding a charge. James went out in the cold without complaining, tested the battery and alternator, removed the battery took it inside to try to charge it, determined it was bad. No hassle with the replacement even though I bought it at a different store.

To be honest, I have been to O'Reilly before and this was the first time the employees were actually knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The one in kings mountain off 74 is a great place to go get parts hands down

Not a bad place to shop for auto parts process not too bad. But sometimes the employees act like they don't know what you're talkin about when you ask for a specific part. Some of them clearly have not ever worked on that car.

My son and my husband went and has to buy a battery, they both has bad health, my son works at the hospital and has to get right back, the battery was behind the tire and they couldn't get it off,the black man was nice and gave them some tools to help,we was there 2 and half hour,couldn't hardly get the tire off,but not one help them or even offer to help,the young guy said he has hurt his hand and couldn't help, my husband has a bad heart, then this young man that was shopping there seen how hard of a time they was having and he came and help, the guys that work there didn't even ask if they needed any help they could have try to help,my son has to put both of his feet on the lugs wreck to that tire off that's was to tight ,this just wasn't real,if they has a lot of customers We might understand, but they just came in here and there,they both have has back surgery, and now today they both are down in there back,Thank you for reading

Called and spoke to Jessica and she was very knowledgable about what I needed and even checked to be sure it was actually in stock and put the part aside for me. I will continue to shop at advanced auto parts. Great parts at great prices.

Jackie was very helpful and didn't laugh when I didn't know exactly what I needed. She even told me a fall back in case I forget which kind goes to my car. Shannon was a hoot.

I was stuck in Kings Mountain and Casey came out to me and did everything he could to get my car to start. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I think Casey deserves a raise.

Went by to have battery checked. Their battery tester was not working so they told me to take it somewhere else then come back and buy a battery from them.

They are a little more expensive but usually have what I'm looking for as if the other parts houses usually have to order what I'm looking for I'm like everybody else in the world what I need my part I need them now not tomorrow or on the next truck thank you

Even though they didn't have the fuel pump l needed. They went out of thier way to find it and they gave me a good discount on it.

Auto parts place down the street had to order a part so I went to O'Reilly's to see if they had it in stock. Not only did they have it, but was was half the price! I'll be starting at O'Reilly's from now on.
