Friendly and efficient. We brought our trailer in to them with an odd request. We wanted them to drop the axles to give our trailer more ground clearance. We also had them mount our stabilizers. They were very busy and asked if we could leave it for a few weeks. Thankfully, that wasn't a problem. When they were able to get it in the shop, they got it done fairly quickly. We are pleased with the job.

Friend n I carried her American Tradition coach there. Young lady at desk was bragging about how they have a customer who comes from NY . Well after 3 weeks of hearing how they needed this, then needed that. The excuses were just to many. They got 250 bucks for " looking" We found another shop who managed to fix everything in 6 days as to 3 weeks. Sorry but can't in good conscience recommend.

I ve used Mercer Truck and Coach a few times now for different things and have to say from the office staff to the roadside guys everyone has been great and very fair. I ll be continuing to use them no doubt about it.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from this location. Every time I called in to check on my truck Jen in the office would tell me she is checking to see if Todd was available but he was always too busy, out or in a meeting, and would "take a message" and never heard from them again until I called back in, had to call in multiple times and the only time I got ahold of Todd is when he actually answered first. I understand people get busy and are working but it takes all but 5 minutes to call a customer back and provide an update. Todd seemed very helpful on the phone before the truck was brought there but once it was at their shop he was MIA most of the time. This was very frustrating due to the simple fact that Jen couldn't actually get us any info on the truck so we were in the dark most of the time with a customer load on our trailer who was requesting updates that we couldn't provide because the shop was essentially ignoring our update requests. Finally, got tired of the horrible communication and decided to get my truck towed elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs if you are a out of town/state company and don't want your time wasted. We felt with the previous reviews that we would be in good hands but that was not the case.

This people are amazing, fast service, nice guy and very very professionals, I had an issue in my transmission and Andrew did it super I strongly recommend it to everyone!!!!

I definitely have not had the best of luck with regards to repairs on one of my trucks. Due to the bad luck and unexpected downtime of this truck I am definitely at the end of my patience. Mercer truck is the most recent shop to put their hands on this truck to help me get back on the road. I am still not on the road as of yet but I must say that the crew at Mercer truck has been more than professional in dealing with my short patience at this point. With parts shortages and labor shortages in these current times I would urge anyone not to expect a quick turnaround from any shop on your equipment. However, what you can expect is good communication and honesty from Mercer and a lot of times honest transparency is the difference maker!

Experienced a break failure on a Saturday morning.. Called plenty of shops, Mercer took us in and had us back on the road within a few hours. More than fair pricing, great honest people. I can t give them enough stars for their service.

JB came out to my home to look over my travel trailer before a big trip. He checked everything too to bottom and for a reasonable price too! Having peace of mind before a big trip is worth the money spent. Thank you!

One of the very far few and between diesel repair shops with an owner you can trust. I ve had plenty of different mechanics try to rip my head off and these guys always treat me fair best prices is by far. I trust no one else to work on any of my trucks or equipment.

Friendly hometown people to work on your equipment. Mercer serviced my Cascadia.
