The Trask team was very professional with a very high quality of customer service. I am thankful for their reasonable rates. They even took initiative to troubleshoot and successfully solve a difficult electrical issue with my Golf. I am beyond grateful! I will never return to the dealer. Now, Trask Automotive is my only shop for maintenance on my Golf and Jetta. Thank you for your superior service!!

Justin and the guys at Trask has been servicing my 2012 BMW 328i (F30) ever since March of 2023. Every time I stop by they are very respectful, have great communication, check for everything and are 100% honest on any work recommendations. I will always bring any German made vehicle to these guys 100% of the time.

I've used this company on several occasions. What I like about them is they are direct and to the point. They look at the problem based on what you tell them is wrong. However, you will be informed about anything else that they find when servicing your vehicle. And while this may the standard practice, there is no push to have any additional work done. As a customer, you make the decision. They will make a recommendation, but with no pressure. The repairs are generally completed fairly quickly and the employees that I have been in contact with are knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your automotive repair needs.

We were referred by a great friend that Trask was a specialist in Audi vehicles. Their expertise and honesty exceeded any expectations we had. What a great find, someone who is honest and does actual mechanic work and not what the computer suggest they do. Great company, highly recommended!!

I took my car to Trask due to my parents history with them and their strong recommendation. I thought I might have had brake issues, but the technicians were honest and did not charge me for a brake job I didn t need. They took the time for an extensive test drive and shared some valuable information about my car. Fixed my hood release that has been problematic for years. My bill was practically nothing, but they have earned all of my future business.

I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about Trask automotive. This was a recommendation from a friend and they have been INCREDIBLE. Very reasonably priced and the customer service is truly phenomenal. They repaired a motor mount sunroof and perform my oil changes for my Mini Cooper. Absolutely phenomenal. And no, they don t ask for these reviews. These guys did my HID headlight faster than what I expected! Cheaper than any other place I had called and even assured me they would try everything they could before having to take my bumper off to replace it. Not only that where the guys extremely warm and welcoming and it felt like a family while sitting there waiting. 10 out of 10 have already told my whole family to start taking their cars here!

Trask Automotive is amazing! The only shop for my s5, they have a very high attention to detail, completing all jobs in a very timely manner and being extremely fair on pricing! They rock! Hands down!

Came based on a referral by another shop that was overbooked! If you drive Imports you know how pricey they can get real quick! Got my Audi A4 serviced for a new thermostat and serpentine belt. They were nice enough to put the brand new belt. Great communication and fair price will definitely be back!

Trask trouble shot my diesel Jetta Wagon over the phone, recommended a tow company and had me fixed and back on the road by closing time! Admittedly, it was a simple fix but they put all the effort to help me out and I m going back for routine maintenance heretofore.

I have a 2017 VW Golf R (MK7). The clutch started slipping at 14k miles, which has been a known issue for the vehicle. I limped along for a long while, but recently decided to move forward with upgrading the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. Through a recommendation of a coworker, I reached out to Trask. They were great to work with through the whole cycle. They were able to give advice as to options through direct experience and completed the work quickly once all the parts were secured. They also packaged up all the original parts very nicely for me.The clutch has finished bedding in and the car drives better than it ever had. I was impressed by my experience with Trask and everyone whom I met there. I greatly appreciate them improving the performance of my Golf and making me love driving it again!I highly recommend Trask Automotive.Service: Transmission

I would strongly suggest to anyone who owns a foreign car not under warranty anymore, go to a reputable automotive business that specializes in foreign mechanical work. I own a 2012 750 li BMW. I already know the bleed from the dealership! Trask Automotive in Kernersville would be my choice! The owner and his staff I encountered are friendly. They quarantee their work! This was my 1st time using this business after the dealership! I received a mailer and thought long and hard before I made my decision to use them for repair! The work wasn't cheap, but less than the dealership with a 2 yr warranty. I got an unexpected follow up call from the owner a few days later and only got automated surveys from the dealership. The owner is Rodney Trask!

Rodney and his entire crew were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. He was able to find parts for us that we had been looking for over a year. I visited Trask for the first time today with my A5 Sportback for an oil change and to check the car over as it is new to me. They were communicative, honest, and extremely helpful when they called to let me know what my car needed. They even set up the repair through my cars warranty company. I highly recommend them and am a customer for life! Honesty goes a long way for me.

This is an amazing place to get your VW serviced! The staff is knowledgeable, prices are fair and reasonable & they have provided too notch service! I especially appreciate the fact that they personally call a few days later to check on your vehicle! How cool is that?! 100AAAAAAA+++++ crew!

My experience with Trask from one technician to another was excellent. They specialize in foreign automotive and was able to program a module for me. When there was a very minor issue with seats not working after programming, they took care of the issue with no fuss. Some companies will argue with you and say there must be some other problem, but Trask simply said " let's see what's up". I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Good job guys!
