I would highly recommend this location for an oil change and any basic services that your vehicle may need. Great service! I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed and inspections done. They were all very informative about everything that was done during the oil change process. My husband even commented about how detailed oriented they were. I definitely recommend coming here!

The guys had a fantastic attitude and worked really well together. Brayden and didn t catch the other guys name but, they were efficient and extremely friendly. I didn t feel pressured to spend anymore money but felt treated properly and didn t even have to get out of my truck. Plus they offer a 25% military discount so good luck beating that anywhere else!!!

I have been to the SB in Kernersville multiple times for oil changes and now an inspection and they are always so nice, efficient and reliable! Being a busy Realtor/Life Insurance Producer/ Mama it s such a relief to be able to pull in, they get it done and I m on my way! They never try to upsell me on anything I truly don t need. Great business!

The service was fast and detailed about what my car needed beside the oil change the staff was friendly genuinely plus i stayed in my car which was a plus for me because i was there with my twin toddler girls. Great service and professional.

At first we enjoyed the service we had, but not even 3 weeks since having my oil changed it started pouring oil out from the plug they replaced. They told us to bring it back to have it fixed so we tightened the oil plug just enough for it to hold enough oil to get us back down the road 5 miles to the location. Get there and they refused to fix it after saying they would just because we tightened it so the motor wouldn't lock up.. bet they wouldn't have fixed my motor if it locked up because of the plug they replaced...

The staff there are great. I go there for all of my inspections and oil changes.I recently went by to get a cabin air filter for my van and they didn't have my type, so they told me to get one and come back and he would put it in for me and that's exactly what he did.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I sat directly under the 10 minute oil change sign for 45 minutes. I arrived immediately at open, and not told there would be a delay or any issue. I had to leave, was late for work, with no oil change. Thanks.

Woke up with oil change in my mind thinking who can I go to and be in & out so this was my first stop. It was cool being the first customer of the day. All of the attendants were friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.

It was a great experience until they didn't attach my air filter house correctly. I returned only to have an employee Rick tried telling me the problem was my car. It was an initially attached air filter cover that the assistant manager fixed. I don't appreciate a ship needing up on my car then trying to blame my car instead of accepting they made a mistake. I won't be returning there.
