Such nice people, family owned and operated. Since Andy's in K'ville changed hands, I needed a reliable, HONEST, car care home, and i didn't want a chain store. I found it here at Choice. They aligned my AWD, assured me I DIDN'T need new tires yet (but gave me exceptional price/quality choices for later, when I do need them), when they could easily have sold me something I really didn't need right now. I highly recommend.

I love and appreciate the great work and honest staff/mechanics. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles elsewhere. Only Choice Automotive and Tire will be doing any repairs I need done. I HIGHLY recommend you come here for all your Automotive needs!!

Great service. Spent some time assisting me in selecting the right tires. The staff do a good job managing flow of customers smoothly. Able to have my vehicle serviced and set of tires installed at a fair price.

We take all of our vehicles here for oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, and any mechanical issues we have.We have received excellent care with everything we ve brought them. Their pricing is reasonable and they do a great job!

I love this place and these people. I haven t got anyone s names but the lady upfront is phenomenal and their alignment guy is freakin fantastic!!! I have brought my jeep and mustang up here twice for alignments and he never seems to fail to make everything right! I m here now getting tires on a truck and an alignment and I m sure it ll be just as good! Highly recommendServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Sitting in their office on a Friday writing this review because they BY FAR have provided me and my husband with the most CONSISENT and QUALITY service out of any auto place we have given our business. We will be life long customers!! Side note - I have a 2500 GMC Diesel they take excellent care of every time WITHOUT it being returned to me with new issues and scratches on the body and hood like other places we have taken my diesel before.

I checked a local group for a place around town and Choice came highly recommended. I called this morning, they said bring it in! My husband got off work and took our car up there bc our tire keeps going flat. They fixed it fast, it was a great price and he said they were really nice. We appreciate great service, it really goes a long way. Keep up the great work guys!

Took my vehicle to this shop after running over something on the road, my car was shaky and something was very noticeably off. I asked the manager at the desk to please be very thorough and check any and everything that could ve possibly been affected. Went to pick up my car and upon leaving immediately noticed my car s steering was still not right and the vehicle was still very shaky. Didn t trust to take it back there, after seeing as they didn t help to fix the issue nor were thorough with checking for issues. Took it to another shop to then be told that Choice Tire & Automotive had missed several visible and easily noticeable issues that were a result from me running over something in the road. The second shop informed me quickly that 2 rims were completely bent and 2 tires had broken belts inside and needed to be replaced and I was also informed by the second shop it was unsafe to drive my vehicle with those issues. After learning about this I called to speak with the manager at Choice Tire & Automotive about the damage they didn t address or inform me about on my vehicle and he immediately denied his shop had made any mistakes and had a very disrespectful tone with me on the phone while continuously interrupting me and cutting me off to make sure and not let me fully explain my concern with the service I received at his shop. I trusted them with my safety and I feel like I was mislead and my concern for my own safety and my vehicle being fixed property was completely disregarded. The only real response to my concern that I was given from the manager was he tried to put blame and talk negatively about the second shop I took my car to, when the second shop is who actually fixed my car and also went more than above and beyond to help with my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely wonderful place to get all of your auto services done. They have worked on several of my family members cars and the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is so sweet. We will definitely come here for all of our automotive needs.

Had all 4 brake pads and rotors replaced here, kept squealing in reverse. I asked them to check and they said nothings wrong. I took it to another shop and they said the back brake pads needed to be replaced and were very bad. I called to explain the situation and they never called back. I also had to physically show them where a screw was in my tire, they said they only found a rock.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I wish I could leave more than just five stars. These days it is so hard to get people to treat you with respect as a consumer. I know this goes both ways as well, but when I went in today, I fully expected to be treated the same way I was this past weekend at a different tire shop where I had the worst experience. Not at choice tire. They were respectful, professional, and was old-school when it came to performance. This went along way with me. I am bringing all of my business here and totally recommend them for anything you may need!

I went onsite to get a quote and called a couple weeks later. Of course the times we live everything is going up. This company not only took care of me but made sure I was happy from start to finish. I could NOT have had a better experience!! Don't hesitate to set up tires or anything they offer!! I witnessed a worker *younger guy* be so polite to an older woman rather than like others were it Here's the key now move on! He was also one of 2 who worked on my truck. This is a group of gentlemen who honor quality and respect! The prices are amazing!! I will be back !Services: Tires, Oil change

Went there today for them to check my tire for a hole. The guy at the counter took my info and keys within 2 mins and 10/15 mins later I was heading to my SUV. Cost $10 for a plug. They also put the spare back under the trunk. Definitely going back!!

Awesome folks, Eric's the best & soooo happy he's back in Kernersville. I drove to Taylors in Greensboro for years just to have Eric oversee my car. Also Scott, owner, is an awesome guy & has integrity as well. Integrity is hard to find these days. I've known Scott since we were kids. 5+ stars!!!!
