I was at this location yesterday for an oil change and state inspection. They were able to work me in quickly and the service was great. Everyone there was so helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable as well.

Incredible service. Manager Addison runs that unit with military precision. No need to get out of your car. Jaime and Randy take care of everything with record speed and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Well, what can I say. We'll miss the Anderson family dearly...Farwell and good luck to you all.Valvoline has purchased Andy's. Took an hour to get the oiled changed. They use a new system that removes the oil through the dip stick tube. Takes forever! But guess the cheap labor doesn't get in trouble for messing up a drain plug. Will not go there again. You stay in car now. They drive you in. Got cold in car waiting so long to get what used to be 15 minutes with the locally owed crew.

No longer Andy's. It is now Valvoline. They do not carry Pennzoil, which is all I have ever used in my truck. This was not nearly as pleasant of an experience as when it was Andy's. I will be looking to find somewhere that carrys Pennzoil. Also the cost was $30 more than Andy's.

Honest, fast, friendly, and charging fair prices, I always come here for oil changes and car inspections.Especially as a woman, I sometimes feel the pressure from folks to pressure me into making additional purchases for my car in a way that I wouldn't know better. It's this lingering feeling of being taken advantage of. I never feel that way at Andy's and that's why I keep coming here.They take care of me. If there's anything of concern that DOES actually come up, they let me know and make suggestions, but they never pressure me to buy anything extra than what I came in for. And that really goes a long way with me.

Came to get an inspection, car wasnt ready for it so no charge. Came back and was in and out!. Very fast.Update: been coming to Andy's for years, recently came and found its now a Valvoline and no longer Andy's and no more Penzoil. New ownership, got an Oil change by Brendan. Great service and would recommend. Will keep coming here.

Looking for a last min oil change place at 4:30pm on a Friday. I called for a quote and he gave me a price and said come down. Fast service, reasonable price and good conversation. In and out under 15 mins. My kind of oil change.

Really nice people. They were very busy, and yet I was in and out quickly for my state inspection. Easy to find, and just off main Street, although you'll have to go around the back to get in.

Came for an inspection and it took them 10 minutes! Fastest service ever and great prices. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will be going here for now on in the future!

Visited today for inspection and oil change. Been going there for years and was charged for window tint inspection. Never had tint installed and they have never charged me an additional fee. They did the same thing to the man in front of me. I have receipts that they have NEVER charged this fee before and offered to show my receipts to which I was told it was a gift that I had never been charged the additional fee. My return gift to you is you will NEVER be of any further service to me, my family and friends.

This is the only place I will go & get an inspection. No matter how many cars are there, it takes them no time! I had my baby & it literally took them like 10 MINUTES for an inspections & I was on my way. They're very polite, held the door open for me & my baby. Its just a good atmosphere, all around. They will definitely have my business, rather its a oil change or a state inspection. I don't even mind paying the 10 dollar tint fee. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Being a women its hard to go somewhere & feel like no one's taking advantage of you, and this is the place. They are straight forward, and want the best for you & your vehicle.

After stopping at 3 other locations and being told I would have to wait 1.5-2 hours for an inspection, I was in and out of Andy s in record time! Fast,friendly, and well staffed!

They tried to help with a problem that had nothing to do with an oil change. They were extremely busy but took the time to try new help. They were not successful but I wasted their time and they would not take any money for it. Great place.

Super quick service with incredibly nice people. Been going here for years and I never regret it. In and out oil change!Today they even caught that my registration was due for renewal, and they helped me get everything done. 100% appreciate their always looking out for their customers!

I don t know who this Colby with a 1 star came from, but I have never, ever had any of my vehicles smell like smoke from the techs. Everyone is always extremely courteous and professional. In and out and have never had a complaint. Keep up the good work!

Fast, dependable service at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly. Waiting room has AC and coffee. They do a great job and get you in and out in a surprisingly short time

The man I spoke with was so sincere, kind, and informative. He answered all my questions and was very sweet. My maintenance light came on and I thought I needed an oil change. He showed me it wasn t quite ready yet. He easily could ve tricked me and made me think I needed to spend the $ and get it done. He said come back in a couple weeks and then it ll be time. As a woman, I am a little nervous going to car repair shops just in case they want to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge, we ll this place doesn t!!! I ll be back!! :)

I have been going to Andys Rapid Lube for years. Their service is quick and well priced. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit for a car inspection. While NC recommends (not requires) masks at this time, none of the employees were wearing masks. In addition, the waiting room did not encourage social distancing and they still provided refreshments for customers. If you are choosing to follow CDC guidance at this time, you may want to find another location for service.In addition, the employee performing my inspection was smoking during the testing.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Andys' for years. The longest I've ever had to wait was 30 minutes and that was no big deal. The shop is clean and every one is friendly. Keep up the excellent service!
