Cummins was very busy but they did a great job tracing out our problems. Thank you to all who worked on our RV Bus. The lounge was very much appreciated as a place to wait for the results of our testing. Everyone was friendly and did what they could to get us back on the road again.The dog walking area was huge and they even provided doggie bags. Our dog was welcome in the lounge and we appreciate that. Over all I would say that they did a tremendous job for a repair shop. Although we would never want to break down again, We are glad we broke down in Kenly NC . right across from the Cummins dealer. Blessings!

Never again. Front desk agent was not helpful to service my cummins engine. They sent us to @freightliner of Raleigh to fix a cummins ECM issue. Not helpful and provided excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't help. Horrible service and left us in a dangerous position to drive our RV. Best of luck with all your company problems. RV owners beware.

Our RV broke down off 95 and David was "the best" to call us back and help us dx the problem. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

Was having issues with Onan 4000 generator on my Jayco fifth wheel RV. It would quit running after a few minutes. Took it to Cummins in Kenly NC. Spoke with Jay in service dept. He had Mike checked unit out, and determined that carburetor was defective. A new carburetor was installed, unit serviced and generator works perfectly. I appreciate the service I received at this Cummins Service location. My thanks to Jay and Mike.

Do not recommend. Went in for an onan commercial generator that was throwing a code. Told them the code on the phone when scheduling the appointment. Wait over 2 hours for them to tell me that it is probably the belt and stater that needs to be replaced. Quoted me $8800 for that repair. When they gave me the repair estimate they had tacked on a bunch of things I had not asked for including a complete oil change that it had just had the day it stopped working. I was told a new one would be $8900 and they may have found one for me. He said he would call me as soon as he heard from the other shop. That was May 20th and I have not heard anything from them. I have called twice since then and each time I get voicemail and leave a message. No one has even attempted to contact me. I was already aware that the potential wait for a new generator was over a year long. I did not have high hopes for the one they supposedly found . But to not even be contacted back to get on a waitlist for a new one is insanely frustrating. I waited 2 weeks for that appointment with a non functioning generator that I needed to run my business. Now 6 weeks later and still no answers and no return phone calls. Don t waste your time here.

Fantastic place and personnel! They really helped us get out of a jam and back on the road! And the were VERY reasonable, no even better than that! We really appreciate the help that Anthony the service manager gave us to get us back on the road with our diesel pusher motorhome! Highly recommend these folks for their work and hospitality!

The best customer service I ve ever received from a repair shop, hands down. From the friendly staff at the front counter to the professional mechanics in the shop, it was a pleasure to have them serve our RV repair needs. They will be our repair shop of choice for the future, as they have earned it! Although it was expensive to repair our coach, they informed me every step of the way as to the needs, methods and best recommendations. I m convinced, although expensive, they have saved me money in the long run by doing things right the first time. I am and farmer/mechanic/banker so I m a jack of a little bit of everything. They told me the truth every step of the way. Roger & James were our team members and they are just plain awesome. Thanks Cummins of Kenly for running a first class business with qualified and professional employees! Highly highly recommend if you are looking honest folks to service or repair your coach. I recently went to them for a very bad skip in my engine. They got me in right away. Diagnosed the issue while emailing me at the same time keeping me updated. Sent me a clear estimate with pictures. Called me to go over everything. Got the parts in and got me on my way. Staff Very Curtious. I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem. Awesome Job Guys...

We had a scheduled maintenance on our 2007 Motorhome. From our arrival to our departure we were pleased with their professionalism. We unfortunately needed a generator (old was rebuilt twice before) and they tracked one down, had it shipped in the next morning, put it in and we were on our way by 2. Thanks for doing right by us.

Stopped to get our generator serviced (PM). Took FOREVER! Nothing new, it happens. Left to go pick up next load to discover our generator NO LONGER WORKS!!! Checked and they d left the bottom cover off and exposed. Everything was wet due to rain. Dried everything off... still doesn t work. I got a fridge full of food about to go bad cause I can t cook it!!Will NEVER go back to this place nor do I recommend it to anyone. Folks there were extremely nice and waiting area was very comfy. Washer and dryer are free! Bathrooms are shower equipped.Nice is wonderful but when you break my brand new 2019 Onan generator, a $10k piece of equipment, I could give two rips about anything else. Ain t had this truck 6 months from the factory and serviced my generator every month with no problems until we meet.

Nice people, but ZERO followup. My RV has been sitting there with a warranty claim over a week. NO ONE has touched it and NO ONE has called or followed up the issues. On my last call I was assured it would be attended to likely finished in a week. Now I'm back to square one.....

Had a generator installed that being said we paid a TON of money to have it done. Right after it was installed we called back to say that one of the light switches was not connected to the breaker box (it had been working prior to bringing it there) they said they would fix it no problem just call them when we were able to bring it back. We live over an hour away and run a business so didn't have time for a few months. Called & emailed to schedule an appointment to have this issue corrected. Showed up for the scheduled appointment and were told there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. WHAT? What a complete waste of our time and gas money to drive out there. I won't spend another dime with them because they obviously don't want to correct any issues just want us to spend more money with them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You should work more on customer satisfaction, we could have referred many food trucks to you for business instead I will make sure they do not waste their money.

This facility gave us the worst service imaginable...The (technician) was completely uninformed and was not the one who actually worked on our RV generator...We are older folk and feel completely ripped off by this company. We will follow up, relentlessly, with these incompetents at their executive level. If necessary we will bring our attorney into this. Oh, by the way, the battery was not connected properly and when we got home 25 miles away. Neither the RV, nor the generator would start the next morning. I finally found the loose wire and got it running. After $600 dollars, we feel used and preyed upon by this bunch of (technicians) who I would not trust to fix my bicycle. The redhead in the office was rude as well.

We took our coach into Cummuns in Kenly, NC because our coach couldn't get enough fuel. We spent over $23,000 trying to fix this problem in the past without it getting fixed. No facility we took it to could fix our problem. We were soooo frustrated. At Cummins we got mechanics David and Roger. They cut a hole in our gas tank, which is very big. They were able to see the design problem immediately and went to work fixing it. We then drove home to CT without our coach bucking and stalling out every time we went up a hill. We are so thankful we got David and Roger as our mechanic. No more towing, staying over in hotels, damage from towing and mechanics fixing the wrong things.

Took my LQ tailer in to repair the Onan. It took a lengthy amount of time to diagnose the problem (which I was charged for the lesson), however it appears everything is working properly now. I thought the service was great, very professional. The diag time as it is charged should not be treated like a blank check when attempting to identify the issue. Otherwise very satisfied.

Great place and great service and knowledge!! Kimberly Elder helped us quickly with air, fuel, and oil filters for our generator. We will definitely be back when we're in town.

Stay away 675.00 for. Oil change they left oil cap off. After driving 75 miles I stopped and realized something was wrong by smell from engine. Opened rear engine compartment oil all over diesel engine. For money paid for Oil change it should be white glove. Other motor home owners pay 250.00 to 400.00 for Oil change according to articles on web .. Prices high service poor

I had my ECM updated in Phoenix on my 2005 ISL engine. Apparently the software didn t load properly. Avondale Phoenix told me to go to a Cummins distributor and they would work together to fix my problem.Joan at Cummins of Kenly, NC (service department) was super helpful. In the service department I dealt with Anthony and Michael. Unfortunately my 15 year old ECM had an issue and wouldn t accept a software update. Cummins of Kenly, NC helped me out with both the labor price and the cost of the Cummins remanufactured ECM.Thank you to the entire team at Cummins of Kenly, NC. I would definitely bring my coach here in the future if I needed work done.

This place is great, they update you on your truck frequently with diagnosis and how the repair work is going. They check on the driver in the lounge to see if you need anything. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Thought Cummins was in the generator business but I must be wrong. I've been waiting over a month for an estimate. Recommend you use Generac. They gave me an estimate within 1 week.
