I called to get a windshield for a 90s model car that NO ONE had out of the 50 glass dealers I talked to. The amazing woman that answered the phone didn't just tell me no like the other 50 shops I talked to. She actually gave me multiple options, and is even calling around for me to find a potential shop somewhere on the East Coast that can ship the glass I need to a local shop for me. This is by far the best customer service I've received when dealing with something on my retro car and whether or not they can find it, it's the effort they put into helping me. They are the absolute best!

I had someone break into my car, and was able to call Wilson s auto glass and the car was in their shop within an hour and a half! I have nothing but great things to say about the ladies in the office, and I will always recommend them!!

They did a job no one else would tackle. Replace the windshield on my antique MGB. They also replaced extra seals and kept me informed all the while. I fully recommend the entire team. They really care.

There is a reason that dealerships use them. They are extremely efficient, great at communication, and most importantly knowledgeable and professional. Hope I never need glass again, but if I do I know where to go. They definitely earned a 5-star recommendation.

They come to your home. They are professional. They know windshields. NC insurance law stinks but Wilson's Auto Glass makes the best of a bad situation. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the work they did on my daughter s Land Rover Discovery SUV. They replaced the windshield and recalibrated the sensors. They did this work under four hours. Awesome staff Ashley was great with communication and scheduling. Jon was super awesome when replacing the windshield in my 2003 Lincoln LS. We have used Wilson's Auto Glass for over 15 years now for all automotive glass needs. Wilson's provides you with the down to earth family care that the big box companies can't touch!

I've been using Wilson's for a little over a year and I will never trust anyone else to do my glass work. These guys delivered outstanding service and were very informal with the few questions i asked. My insurance was gonna charge me $400 to do my windshield out of pocket. I happened to find this company by word of mouth and they were almost half the price. With twice the service. Very clean and polite there were no finger prints or smugges after my windshield replacement, very professional and would highly recommend there services.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had the front and rear glass replaced on my 1963 f100 project. They were great and showed up on time and installed everything without issues. Most glass places wouldn't even touch an older vehicle.

I recently was referred to Safelite Auto Glass to replace a cracked windshield in my 2002 Toyota Tundra by my Insurance group. Safelite came out, removed my windshield, stated that they could not finish the job and left my Truck exposed to the elements of outdoors for one week while I was out of town in another vehicle. I had the WORST customer service experience with Safelite Glass, I would recommend them to anyone. I called Wilson Glass and within minutes the young lady walked me through how to get the glass claim switched to Wilson Glass, and had me squeezed into their schedule in literally less than 12 hours. These folks are ROCKSTARS!!! I am forever grateful and I will sing their praises and recommend them to everyone. My windshield is perfect with ZERO issues. Recently had my windshield replaced on my car due to a small crack. Wilson's was able to get my replacement windshield overnight, dealt with most of the insurance stuff, and then put the windshield in very quickly the next day. (Much quicker turnaround and cheaper than the dealership was quoting!) Though I hope to never have to have a window replaced on my car again, they were excellent!Service: Auto windshield replacement

The windshield in my Tahoe had cracks all in it!! I have known the Wilson family for quite sometime!! They are wonderful people and I know they do fantastic work!! So I called them for a quote and they gave me an awesome price and was out to fix windshield a day later!! If you need a new windshield they are the ones to call!!

Outstanding Service. I broke my back window in my HONDA CRV, Thursday, they jumped right in and replaced it on Friday, ready for the weekend. Great friendly clean operations.My go to service center from now on

I busted the back window on my Toyota Tundra. I called the other glass company and they set me up with an appmt. The morning of the appmt they called and cancelled my appmt as they were having an issue getting the glass for my rear window. I asked how long would it be and they told me that they would have it by the end of the week. Well they never called. I then called my Toyota dealership and they sent me to Wilson's Auto Glass. Angela let me know they had to order the window from Toyota. She called me back in 10 mins and let me know that the glass was ordered. Just 2 days later Angela called me, we set up the appmt. I dropped off my truck and she called me bright and early the next morning letting me know my truck was ready. Great service, Angela was exceptionally wonderful. Great family owned shop that knows their stuff. Had issues with windows on a 90 Thunderbird that I just bought, and they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly and affordably. I would recommend them HIGHLY for any glass or glass related issues!

Safelite wouldn't touch my '66 Chevy because it uses a rubber gasket instead of a glue-in windshield. I was referred to Wilson's from a friend that builds muscle cars. They came to my house and installed a new windshield, new gasket, and installed my rear window in under any hour. Both gentlemen were polite and fun to talk to, and I will definitely call them again for the next antique vehicle I need glass installed in.

These guys were able to find the oem replacement glass for an 86 Mercedes 560sl that multiple other glass shops couldn't. The technician that installed it went out of his way to install the rear view mirror as well. Will be using them again for any future glass replacement needs!

Sunroof Express referred to Wilsons through Safelite, a 3rd party of Nationwide to fix my sunroof glass. They left broken glass all in the sunroof to where it could have easily got into the mechanisms. We had to go behind them to vacuum the pieces out. Very shoddy work.
