We took our car there to be serviced, and although we explained that we have a warranty, they tried charging us $400+. We were called two days later letting us know that our car was ready. After getting it home, we had the same problem.We were told to bring it back. Five days later we were told that the problem was fixed. We brought it home, yet again had the same problem.So far the warranty has paid them $400+ and we paid a $50 Co pay. I asked for the GM to give me a call to see if he could help get it diagnosed. Needless to say, he didn't call and no one else called to let us know why he didn't call.I feel like they know that they can't fix it so they don't want it back there, so they're going to keep the money that they've charged although they didn't fix the problem. I'm going to let the warranty company know that they got charged for something that wasn't fixed.

Marburger Chevrolet treated us very nice. We were there for service work and knew they would have it for more then one day. They had a loaner car available for us and kept us informed as to what was going on with the vehicle. My wife and I would highly recommend.

I brought my car to them a few months ago due to a headlight issue, and they managed to damage the back end of my car while in their care. I had the left headlight replaced and they had to remove the bumper for this. The side being replaced had been glued back on by the previous owners, they cut the adhesive to remove it and then left it pushed back together when done. They didn t try to reglue or zip tie, nothing. I only discovered this after driving home and the bumper was hanging off after a 10 minute drive. After discovering the bumper, I noticed a decent sized, triangle shaped dent had been left on my car above the driver side back tire as well as blue paint scuff on the back driver door. It took them three weeks to get me back in to repair the damage they caused, which was a dent being fixed and two paint spots. I asked them to try to fix the bumper, they didn t do anything. One employee told me the clips were broken and it would never stay on, then another employee told me he didn t understand why it won t stay on because the clips were fine. I was able to fix it with a zip tie. I don t understand how or why they couldn t do that and let me know about it after cutting the adhesive to repair the light. I was absolutely pissed they damaged my car and no one told me, I discovered it on my own and the service manager tried to blow off my concern talking about well stuff happens . They did repair the dent and paint, but failed to fix the bumper issue, and also took their time getting me in to fix the issue they caused. I do not trust these people with my car and would not recommend them to anyone I care about.

UPDATE 2/19/24: I have have tried getting in contact with Bear who replied in the comment below multiple times and have not heard back. I have even stopped in at the dealership and was told they call me back.....STILL NOTHING OVER A MONTH LATER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.Terrible service work and customer service from the service department! I took my truck in for for an air bag recall. I was told it wouldn't take long to get the sensor swapped out. 8 hours later I was finally called my truck was done. After getting in my truck I noticed the airbag was sticking up out of the dash on the passenger side dash. Upon further inspection I saw my dash was cracked and scratched in multiple places so I notified the manager Mike Sysco. While talking to him a young technician comes out to my truck in the parking lot in a greasy Fox racing hoodie gets in my truck and starts beating on my dash to get the air bag back in. Mike asked what they could do to make the mess right. I said I would like a new dash put in my truck to have the truck the way it was before I brought it in for service. After weeks of calling and showing up to the dealership multiple times. A new dash finally came in. I scheduled an appointment to get it installed at 8:00am on a Friday. At 12:30pm the same day I got a call asking way my truck was at the dealership. After explaining why it was there manager Mike got on the phone and said that they could do it another day but it would be $800 labor to install the dash.

Fantastic service! The whole team at Tim Marburger are great. Everyone that interacted with me was courteous and respectful. But no one tops MR. Malik Jackson, from the second he answered the phone all the way up to the final handshake was phenomenal! Thank you guys and would recommend you all to anyone and everyone!

This is a place you can trust to do the right work. I had my truck in there for longer than I would ve liked to, but the guys did what needed to be done, took the time to do it correctly, and never screwed me over. They were upfront and honest the entire time and my truck is running better than ever. I waited a few weeks to leave the review just to make sure all the repairs took and I really could not be any more happy. Josh in particular really made sure to take care of me. I could not be more appreciative and I will get all of my work done there in the future. Even simple oil changes. If you want someone to fix your car and not screw you over this is the place to bring it to. Ask for Josh.

Unfortunately after the multiple vehicles I have purchased and the customer I sent to this location I would have to advise people to stay away from the service department. After a tech damaged my rim from being in service the Manager Mike agreed to get the repairs on my rim fixed. He stopped responding to text and calls. I have advised everyone that I have sent up to this dealership to keep away. If you decide to use this dealer please take a video of your vehicle at drop off and pick up like I did. You may need it for legal action in the future. I have been trying to take care of this since November.

I came here because I was having some issues with my brakes on one of my personal vehicles. I spoke with a guy named Josh from the service department and he was a true gentleman. He was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner and he was also super kind, respectful and patient. He listened to my concerns and he also took the time to explain to me what my issue was. I was not charged for the repairs because it was covered under warranty. He could ve lied to me about my warranty and charged me whatever (like most mechanics would, especially when it s a woman) Nowadays it s hard to trust a lot of companies to really have their customers best interest at heart without attaching a price to it. I had a wonderful experience and everyone there was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Josh for being so Honest, trustworthy and kind.

An outstanding experience from beginning to end. Both David Eason and Rich Welle were professional, friendly, and honorable to work with. The dealership was willing to make a deal that was fair to both parties when no other local dealership would do so. In fact, I can honestly say that my experience at Tim Marburger Chevrolet was the first time I have ever enjoyed buying a new vehicle. No games were played, the deal was transparent, pricing and trade were fair, and the service was terrific. As a result, I will buy my second vehicle from this location after the first of the year and endeavor to be a loyal customer as I trade vehicles out in the future. A huge thanks to David and Rich for working to get me the vehicle I wanted. Kudos as well, to Dennis in finance for keeping the payment process transparent and hassle-free. Don t give them your debit info they will commit fraud on your account and not give you a reason as to why they did or how it happened. Be Aware Edit to also say Javier was still a great sales man. But I do not agree with the way this other has been handled. I have no issues with the way my car purchased went down but just a issue with the way my debit info has been mishandled

EDITED: My husband and I went back to trade our cars in on Feb 14 and Owen was PHENOMENAL. I cannot stress how much he took care of us and really fought to get us the cars we wanted.I just want to say I had the best AND fastest experience buying a car with these guys. Austin K. Is phenomenal and got me into a car in less time than it s ever taken me. My credit is less than stellar and I got a beautiful 2020 Chevy Malibu. I brought my car in for full service andsomeone neglected to make sure my fluids were topped off. I experienced no heat during the coldest days bc my anti freeze was extremely low ! Wasn t topped off. I m an 80 year old senior and I depend upon service technicians.

My key broke off of the fob for my Chevy Equinox. Called Tim Marburger in Kannapolis and spoke with Trent. He was very nice and courteous, within less than an hour I had a new key programmed and ready to go.A+ Customer Service! Price was much less than the dealership I purchased my car from. The service was great, and my car was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was nice, and they took good care with my car. One little glitch, but it was taken care of quickly. Can't ask for anything better. Thanks to Aaron Springer for his help.Update: After this review I was called by Mr. Springer as the original review was less than stellar. To make the charge of a extremely high cost for an oil change right he offered me a free oil change my next visit. I told him it would be a year (May '24) before I stopped by, because the car isn't driven that much. He said no problem. Well, wouldn't you know it Mr. Springer no longer works for this dealer. We'll see if they still honor his offer when I take the car there in May. I'll keep you updated. BTW, what I wrote in this revised review above is all true, as they were very nice, and did a great job. I just left out the reason for the problem (one little glitch) from the original review.

I just purchased a duramax from here the place had a small town vibe and I can not say enough about the young man who worked the deal! Javier called when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do. I was never left in the dark during the buying process and he followed up even after the sale!! Now fast forward a month when I left the lot a check engine light appeared and I took it back two separate times and they cannot seem to locate the issue. Had to take it to another Chevy dealer to resolve the issue, the service department didn't keep me in the loop I was left guessing and didn't get call backs so many times I lost count! After the initial sale my service was terrible. Think twice about buying anything from this lot! I now own a 60k boat anchor until another lot can get it repaired.

Amazing experience!!! I was in and out, no hassle. Straight deal! My car salesman Isaah was amazing! He knew everything about the vehicle while maintaining great and relatableConversation! Jimmy Knox also was on point, I was there maybe 2 1/2 hours. I bought a 2020 Kia sorento and I love it!!
