After searching for a nice used vehicle, I came across a Toyota Highlander that was listed for sale at Motion Auto in Kannapolis NC. Living out of state, I contacted the dealership and spoke to the owner Joe whose first impressions reminded me of a real honest and trustworthy businessman. Owner Joe is a down to earth communicator, who makes you feel very comfortable in asking and answering all questions pertaining to any vehicle on his lot. Long story short, I made the drive from Virginia to come see the vehicle in person at Motion Auto. Upon my arrival, I was not disappointed and the vehicle was exactly as described by owner Joe. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and could not be more happier and satisfied. I left the dealership with more than just a vehicle, but a friend as well. From honesty to integrity, owner Joe is a good representation of what all car salesman should aim for in order to be respected and successful in the business. I highly recommend with the strongest sincerity that anyone in need or looking for a nice used vehicle to go see owner Joe over over at Motion Auto. I went to Motion after trying 5 other dealerships that all turned me down for lack of credit. And when I truly thought all hope was lost, I was absolutely defeated. When the owner -Fadi [or Joe lol]- saw just how desperate and devastated I was, he immediately told me to wait and he would try a few other options. He really went way out of his way to help me get a car and I was already blown away. THEN, he overhears just how high my insurance rate is going to be, & says "what?! Oh no. No. Let me make a call." He spent over 35 minutes getting quoted for me. Got my insurance $200 cheaper! I was very amazed at his kindness and honesty. Highly recommend.

Motion Auto has a nice selection of cars. The owner of the place is very Friendly. And will help you anyway he can towards.getting you in a car. I will give him a five star rating.

Car still having problemsI had problems with my car while making payments on it. Now that it s paid off I m still dealing with problems with it.Other than that Jo is a great salesman!

Joe is very knowledgeable about cars and made sure everything was working with my car before I test drove and bought it. There was actually another car that I was looking at but he wouldn't sell that one due to something being wrong with it that he was working on, which I thought was very honest and thoughtful of him! He is understanding and willing to work with you if you fall late on your payment. Very easy to communicate with, this is one of the best dealerships in Kannapolis!

Very trustworthy and easy to set up everything so you can drive your car off the lot. I have had my car over a year and it has been the best with little mechanic needs besides upkeep. I would recommend Motion Auto to anyone!

I've always had a wonderful experience with Joe. Ive had my car for little over a year now and havnt had any problems. Very reasonably priced. He had always worked with me when I was a little late with my payment. Go here of you want a great deal an an honest dealer.

My fianc� and I recently purchased a vehicle from them. The staff was more than friendly, they listened to our needs and got us what we needed at the price we needed. Joe is easy to work with and was a huge help with getting a car for my daughter. Cars are in good shape with decent mileage AND price. They provide lots of options for payments making it easier to stay within your budget. If you're looking for a a good deal on a car I would highly recommend Motion Auto.

Joe Is The MAN ! Life has been treating me rough lately & I was in need of a car badly & with Joe s great personality and customer service skills, he was able to get me into a car that day!!! This man was amazing to us. He will do anything for you. Such a honest man. Which is very hard to find these days. You will get a great vibe when you meet him. I will definitely come see him again and refer anyone I know looking for a car . He will help anyone in need. We saw it with our own eyes today as we were deciding on what to do. He won't leave you on the streets that's for sure

Definitely not the wrong dealership. You all insisted that a 17 y/o girl with a flat tire needed to get out of your lot and take her car back out onto the highway. You had no explanation why just yelling at her to get out of your lot. You had exactly 1 customer for the entire 25 minutes that she was in your lot and they were leaving.

I was interested in a Nissan Murano for my 17 years old son, but Joe suggested a Nissan Altima which was less expensive than the Murano. We took it for a ride and my son loved it, and we end up buying it. I appreciated Joe suggestion and honesty.
