Gabriel and his crew did an amazing job to my SUV!! They did a whole front face replacement and paint in less than 2 weeks. All other body shops gave me estimate 3 to 4 weeks. Gabriel and the crew know exactly how to proceed and take the right steps to speed the process even if insurance is involved. A friend recommended them to me and I can t be thankful enough for the professionalism, coordinating, updating and the amazing repair and body paint they did. My car looks brand new. You could never tell!! Even as a woman they didn t try to rip me off and showed me all the pricing, costs, labor and explained everything in detail. Excellent job!! Totally recommend them myself!!

I was involved in a heavy front end motor vehicle accident. My friend recommended I take my vehicle to Precision Collision to be repaired. The owner and the staff were very friendly and prompt on getting my vehicle in for service. The staff provided me updated pics and progress on my vehicle. They were able to work well with my insurance company and get my vehicle repaired within a week of the accident. I was actually shocked they were able to get the vehicle done so quickly. When I got me vehicle back it looked like it was never in an accident at all. I'm very impressed with the meticulous work that was provided on vehicle as well as the great customer service. I would highly recommend Percision Collision for any collision or body work needs!

Hands down the best collision shop in Indian Trail!! I had bumper damage that needed to be repaired asap for my business vehicle, and they did it within 2 hours the same day after i called them. They are the most transparent and down to earth pricing collision shop i have ever tried. Give em a try ! 10 stars if i would be able to give them.

Adnan and his team took care of replacing door lock for my 2006 Honda Civic. They were polite and professional. Did a very good job. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my car, that was involved in an accident last night to Precision Collision & Auto Body in Indian Trail, NC today. The driver's side door was stuck closed and would not open. The Mechanic was able to unstick the door, making the car safe to drive. Once my insurance company has completed their appraisal, I will be bringing my car back for repairs. A shout out to Gabriel for getting this stuck door addressed and taken care of, Thank you.

If you re like me, you are picky about your cars. Something wrong, regardless of how small, you need it fixed. I had one such issue - door side molding came off my Acura. Called 3 other body shops in the area and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even see me for an estimate. Called Precision and they asked me to come over. Fixed while I was waiting. Very friendly and clearly willing to help. I totally appreciate the quick help. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim
