I can't rave about this place enough!! The manager (Sam?) Is so friendly and cares so much about your time being there. He will offer assistance when things don't work out as planned. Also, they have free wifi, free drinks and so close to walking distance to movies, nail salon, restaurants!! Perfect to do while you wait for car repairs!!

I've been going here for a while to get things fixed on my Cars. Sam is a great an honest manager. Julie, Caleb and Richard are great at telling you what needs to be fixed and not trying to up sell you. They do make suggestions but I've never felt pressured to do more than what was needed to be fixed.

I am so happy with the service here. My brother on his way travelling to me got a flat tire 100 miles away in the middle of nowhere. There were no tire places close by for him so he had to do the rest of the ride on a donut. So, I called Goodyear, let them know what his situation was, and even though it was late in the day and were completely booked, they were completely sympathetic. They decided they would help him out and change his tire for him. I believe it was Julie on the phone that was so nice and accommodating as well. Thank you!

By far THE best Goodyear around. Consistent and excellent customer service! There are closer Goodyear shops - I will go nowhere else than the Indian Trail Goodyear- well done Sam!!

Great service. Checked in needing a wheel alignment. There was no waiting. Completed the service in about 30 minutes. Drove away and noticed the steering wheel was not aligned. Drove back and they corrected the problem at no extra cost.

I Want Everyone To Know If You Tires, Oil Change, Etc. This is the place tobe Good Year Ties Indian Trail, North Carolina When I tell you, this is the most outstanding company Sam and his Staff they represent how company should run from the time I walked in the door until i left. ( Professional ) I was truly blessed and I want everyone that you needs anything done on your car. This is the place to be

I have gone here for many things and have always been pleased but this most recent incident they went above any beyond to help me get my car fixed and ready for when I had to work and my inspection done in time. So thankful for their hard work.

I had a very scary incident in my truck 4 days ago. The safety issue of wobbly had me question whether to sell it. I refused. Took it to Goodyear in Indian Trail. I found Sam, was now the store manager there. Instantly I knew it was going to be fixed correctly. I have used Sam for 10 yrs at a different store. Sam knew I was scared of driving it. He and his service tech Trevell worked very hard and did not give up on me or my beloved truck. They accomplished the safety issue to a safe and great driving truck. I can't thank them enough. I have to also thank Julie , customer service for staying beyond for me to get this finished. When you go from your truck almost flipping over on you going 70 mpg to complete satisfaction, you know this is where you need your vehicle to be fixed. Thanks doesnt seem to be enough.

This Goodyear isn't the closest to my house (I moved 3 years ago) but I have been going to them for my truck and my mustang since they opened. They are the only ones I trust to mount and balance my new tires/wheels (staggered Shelby setup with Nitto 555 G2s 275/35R20 & 315/35R20). Everyone at the shop is so humble and respectful. They are almost always busy but worth the wait if you prefer to work with honest and transparent professionals. Just get there early in the AM and you will be in and out in no time!

I went into check on details regarding my husbands vehicle. There were 2 ladies at front desk neither greeted me. I stood there for about 10 minutes while they talked amongst one another about what to tell a customer about his vehicle. I grabbed one of the managerial card and walked out. Customer service is everything especially when the customer is paying for repairs on their car. I told my husband find another place to care for his vehicle.

This Goodyear is amazing, they are very efficient and friendly! They had me in and out in no time. I have to give a special shout-out to Caleb at the front desk, he was so sweet and very helpful.

Goodyear is a great company, but I would avoid this location. You can show up right when they open and still have to wait 4 hours or more to get your car serviced. Also they will try to up sell you with things that should be included in the initial charge, or aren't even necessary. Try another Goodyear.

Used to be my go to tire place. I had bought a full set of tires last summer paid for the extra warranty. On a Sunday afternoon. Caught a flat with my whole family in the vehicle. Went to get the tired repaired since i paid extra for warranty. Was told I was too late and that they could not fix the tire that day and to come back another day. I informed them that I did not have time another day and that my kids had to be driven to school the next morning and it was only one tire plus I paid for the extra warranty on all four tires. Still refused to provide me any service. Went to Mavis down the road got a replacement tire installed in less the 30 minutes with no issues or rebuttals. I guess Mavis will be my new tire place.

You told me my battery is bad and wanted to charge me $245. I go to AutoZone, and they test my system for free (while you wanted to charge me for that) and found nothing wrong.Way to go, just trying to get more money out of me.

This team really knows how to take care of their customers. When I had a big nail in my tire, they made sure to squeeze me in even though they were so busy. I watched how they talked to each customer and really listened to all of their concerns and everyone felt comfortable with what they were being sold. Highly recommend these guys!

Location is great for dropping off car and walking to near by movie theater. The front desk person was friendly as he juggled multi tasks. We had to wait for 10 plus minutes to check in even with an appointment. As expected prices for services have gone up.

Loved the service here for a couple of visits until walking into an appointment and being told they don t honor their own website appointment system any longer, and had no idea what services we had selected. Walk-in only. First come, first served. That would be acceptable if the website didn t specifically offer appointment day/times per store location and pre-selection of various services.We chose a day / time / location and the services we wanted and adjusted our schedules around it. Pretty infuriating waste of time. Unfortunate deal-breaker. Won t be back!

Sam does an amazing job running this shop! I have been coming to this location for a while and no issues! Pricing is reasonable and what you would expect! I thank you all for helping me keep my car running and in great condition Highly recommend this location!

Nice people at the store. However, I made an appointment online 2 days before for an 11:00 am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Checked in at 10:50 am. Left at 3:15 pm.Nearly 3 and half hours for an OIL CHANGE and TIRE ROTATION...Suggestion to Goodyear Corporate, if you don't do by appointment times, just cancel the online scheduling...

This place is great! I usually go to the dealer to have all my service work done including something as simple as a state inspection. I had a little bit of time on a Sat. morning so I decided to give this place a try.I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door by an enthusiastic gentleman who promptly took care of my needs. There were quite a few people in the waiting area and standing outside but the inspection only took 30 minutes. I looked in the tech area as there was a glass window so you can see the guys work on your vehicle. All the guys were well dressed (in matching uniforms) and were also very enthusiastic and professional. They looked like a well oiled machine as they were obviously tending to several cars at once. When they were finished my truck was parked out front and I was prompted to pay for the inspection.I will definitely take my vehicle to this Goodyear store for future service needs.

I ve visited this location twice now and each time was a great experience. Jordan and Sam are both polite and most of all HONEST!!! Jordan is sure to keep me posted on the progress of my car repair and has a magnetic personality. Sam is honest about the repairs and it was refreshing for me to know I m not being taken advantage of. This is definitely my new place to bring all of our cars!!! Great job guys!!!

I ve used this Goodyear location several times now and I honestly believe that they are some of the most informative, professional people I ve ever had work on my car. This last time around Jordan was a pleasure to work with. Even though my job was a small one, he still took the time to prioritize me and ensure that the work was done correctly. Also, a lot has to be said about the job Sam is doing as the manager over there. The place is always in tip top shape and he always comes out to say hello or give me some details about what I can do to make my tires or car perform better. No one has ever been pushy about upselling unnecessary products or recommending unnecessary work. They are always just factual, straight to the point and ultimately leave decisions to me. They will continue to get my business and high praises. Thank you to that team.
