Maurice and Daniel are the best at Meineke Holly Springs They always do a great job working on all my vehicles at very fair and honest price without any unnecessary extra cost.The shop is super clean and the work is always meticulous and in a very timely manner... Arrived at my appointment for a cat-back installation and was met by polite and welcoming associates. It felt like a family-run shop everyone was super helpful and sincere. They reduced the price of the install from the original (very fair) quote after it took less time than expected. Overall, a pleasure doing business with them; will return!

I brought my vehicle here for a state inspection. The guy who helped me was super friendly and the service was very quick. My vehicle passed inspection, but they had some suggestions (needing oil change and to change my air filter). They provided pictures, but we re not pushy at all. I opted to wait on these services and the were very pleasant about it. It was a great experience and I will definitely return!

I've been there a couple times now and received nothing but the upmost, respectful, professional treatment. I recently took my mom's car there for an alignment, they called me shortly after saying it was ready. When I returned, Mr. Maurice showed me the print out that it was already in alignment and nothing more needed to be done and there wouldn't be a charge. Many other shops may have not been this honest. I am so appreciative for his honesty. I will continue to go back and refer others.Thank you Maurice for your professionalism!

Dropped my daughters car off late on a Friday afternoon. Excellent customer service, advised they would have a tech look at it on Monday. Contacted Monday, advised on problem and solution with cost involved. Work was done quickly, professionally and at a fair price. I give them my highest praise and would recommend to anyone. Well done!

Great experience at the Holly Springs Meineke. Took my daughter s car in with a major oil leak. The mechanic inspected the car and explained to me and my daughter about what needed to be done to fix the leak and gave us suggestions about other areas that may need some attention. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. The customer service was outstanding and professional. I will definitely take my car there again for any repairs, oil changes etc.

My Honda Accord was checked quickly by Shawn and the gentleman in office. Quickly wanted to help, and despite closing 40 min before. He diagnosed by problem with possible oil spill/bolt. He did not hesitate and will gladly come back here for overall service.. It was my first time, and they truly kept it honest and genuinely felt.

This place is more than just an auto repair/maintenance shop; they actually made me feel apart of the family . I came in for a last minute oil change and state inspection while they were fully booked for the day, and they were still able to get me out in less than an hour. I came in without an appointment OR consideration of their time crunch ( ) and they were still happy to help me with my needs. I cannot express how much I appreciate them.

I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. The owner was kind enough not to make me feel like a jerk and offered to get me in for my state inspection anyway. The waiting area is clean and neat and there is free coffee and sodas. You can tell there is a lot of well-deserved pride taken by the owner and staff in how this business is run. I was impressed. I would definitely return there and have recommended them to friends and family.

Excellent service. The attention of the crew was outstanding. Shawn really delivers in every way all the things I need and answered all my questions. Recommend 110%. I ll be back with my cars when the time comes no doubt. He even after my request allow me to take the other car to reset the oil alarm because in the last service they forgot to do it. Happy with Meineke Holly Springs.

I took my vehicle in today for brakes. The dealer said I needed front and rear brakes, but they also tried to charge me to fix an issue they caused, so I didn't really trust them and wanted a second opinion.I made an easy online appointment, was greeted by name, and promised a thorough inspection and repairs only as necessary. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I only needed front brakes, and they were reasonably priced. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who helped me. He deserves a shout out. I'll be going back.

Maurice and his team are fantastic. Daniel is a great mechanic to communicate with. They keep you looped in as they work, so there is no surprise cost upon picking your vehicle up. I will be a customer as long as they are open!

Staff was very friendly . My little girl was with me and she played in the small and very clean child area . I made an appointment and my car was taken immediately, they let me know what was going on with photos . I had my brakes serviced and had a great experience!

To have a mechanic you can trust is a BLESSING that brings great peace of mind. Maurice is as knowledgeable as he is warm. His integrity as well as expertise saved me thousands! Staff members like Sean deserve kudos too. No more Mercedes Benz auto shops for me!

Our Holly Springs Meinke is excellent! I have had oil change, air condition recharge and regular maintenance for my Acura done there and was very pleased with their workmanship. A bonus is their outgoing, friendly front employees who always have a smile and will greet you by name!

I couldn t possibly have gotten the service I received today. Not only did they perform the service I needed but when the owners heard me talking to my wife that she needed to come get me they offered a ride home. One of the owners, Derek, brought me home. Wow! The garage looked like a NASCAR garage, very clean and well organized.

Car inspection went very well. Completed quicker than I anticipated In addition, my dashboard showed that there was low tire pressure prior to me going there. Symbol was gone when I returned to my car. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I was in a bind yesterday getting the lug nuts off my truck and these guys loosened them for me for free. They were friendly and incredibly helpful. I try to do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles but if I m in need of a shop, this is the first spot I d think to go. Thanks for just being good people!

I have used Meineke Car Care for years and have always been very satisfied with their quality of work, their reasonable pricing and their friendly staff. Recently had problems with my car and Meineke in Holly Springs quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had me back on the road later that day.Thanks Maurice Richardson.You re the best!

I had a state inspection appointment at 7:30am. As soon as I arrived I was greeted, they took my keys and were done in less than 15min. Everyone was nice, respectful, and professional.

Overall great experience. Easy check in, great folks and got ready ahead when they thought would be ready.Only reason I m giving this 3 stars is the price. I think about double the amount what it should be. Very expensive place to do business, in my estimation.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Meineke in Holly Springs is Awesome. Great service and great perks! You can get rewards that builds up in points. Yesterday I received a FREE oil change due to the points that I accumulated. Maurice, Mr. Derrick and their team are professional and really care about the service they provide to customers. Great job guys! Thank you very much for all you do!
