Had a vehicle through a used car dealership that I was overpaying for and frankly wasn t happy with. The other dealership refused a trade in because I still owed so much on it but they sent me to Honda because they knew they d be willing to work with my loan. I met Tess and she explained to me how everything worked and that they were definitely more than happy to take my old car and put me in something I deserved. It just so happened that the car they could give me was my dream car! I had hesitation due to my current financial standing but they worked with me until I felt comfortable with a price. They were flexible on everything and made sure I was walking away with something I wouldn t regret and that would be reliable for years to come. Tess was very communicative and told me what was happening every step of the way. She was also very knowledgeable about the car and could answer any question I asked. I appreciate Tess and her desire to make sure everything was about how confident I was with my purchase. :)

I went in to Vann York Saturday and they helped me lease a brand new passport that was within my budget! Curtis was extremely helpful throughout the process as well as everyone else I worked with there. I am so excited for my new Honda!

These guys are great! Friendly! And very helpful! I called to get an estimate and had to drop my car off the day before. They took care of me as if I was the only customer there smooth fast drop off. The next morning got a text about 9am saying my car was ready and the bill... so that ment no surprises! I loved that! They got my payment and again took care of me like I was their only customer and got me on the way. On the drive home my car drove like she was new again! They did an amazing job and will recommend anyone to use them! I will be back for future work as needed.... although I hope it's not too soon lol

Let me start by saying it was a struggle to find a Honda civic type R. But Moses Idahor made it happen. Very respectful and wasn t in it just for the sale. Will purchase again! Definitely recommend seeing Moses if you plan on buying any car from Vann York Honda.

I almost used their service and had to back at the last moment. I had been here by recommendation of my friend who said they have competitive Pricing. I had a good conversation with Ian, who is the service Guy, on the phone. He made lot of promises one of them was they have pick up and drop services on Saturdays. So I go there and we agree on the deal, he agrees to drop me off.A moment latter he looks at my address where I should be dropped, straight out says they do not offer drop services on Saturday. Ian lies right on my face that he did not say they offer pick up and drop services, and this is after writing down all my pick up time on one his document.Ian's lack of professionalism really questioned the credibility of the service department he is representing. You cannot lie a right on a customers face. I would have understood and would not be offended, if he had said my address was not within the range of their coverage, because I lived little farther away from the service center.This may be a personal experience to me, but a person who lies on your face at his convenience cannot be trusted with your car. The over all interaction was very unpleasant and very unprofessional.From my experience here are the things I noticedThe Positives1. Pricing is competitive, they are priced lot better than Greensboro Honda service center.The Negatives1. Awful customer service.2. There is a very good chance that they say they performed a service and not do it, because they double booked or something. They do not care of fixing it, but out right lie. So take your chances.

I went in Monday during my lunch time. The process was easy and fast. Jeremy was so helpful. He answered all my questions. Traded in my car in which he made the process so easy. Jeremy was really outgoing and nice!! Highly recommend!!

We live almost two hours from High Point, and it was worth the drive. Daniel skillfully facilitated the process of buying a new Accord hybrid to replace our lesser quality and ailing conventional car. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was also friendly and helpful. We enthusiastically recommend Vann York Honda.

Vann York Honda talks a big game when you purchase a vehicle but their after purchase support is lackluster. They offer service plans then change the parameters of said service package to a point that it s worthless. The service writers are rude an the service manager is pretty childish. My advice would be find a different dealership the entire Vann York network is garbage but I ll say Honda has by far been the worst. It s not hard to honor your word but when your greedy an could care less for you customers what should we expect. Vann York there s no need to reach out or respond to my review I won t change my review for so free stuff, an your response will be like your word..worthless.

Hey Folks! When you re ready for that new Honda head straight to Vann York in High Point and ask for Don Pennetta - Sr SalesHe s not your typical high-pressure salesman. He s kind, patient & knows the Honda product. He s not only a good salesman. He s a good man and I trust him. This is my 3rdcar with him and when I m ready I ll beback for my 4th.I live in Asheboro and I happily drive to High Point because I know I ll be taken care of by the excellent Service dept (Candice) and by their Top Notch Senior Sales consultantMr. Don Pennetta!

I bought my last 2 cars from Vann York and Raymond Hatch. I found out Raymond retired and that s when I met Daniel Coleman. Daniel listened to what I wanted and needed and came up with the goods. I would recommend Daniel and will definitely call him next time I need a vehicle

Sales professionals were a complete joke. Novice at it s finest. Not sure what sales program you people s go through, but it is clearly NOT IT. Lack of professionalism, and complete lies straight to my face. Clearly only care about commissions and not a satisfied customer. This has to be quite possibly one of the worse sales division i ve ever witness. Vann York Honda DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've always serviced my car at Vann York without any issues. Because I bought my tires there with the balance rotate road hazard package there should be no charge for the service. After having the service performed, I was presented a bill. No big deal I'll just ask them to take it off..Instead if just removing the charge the service advisor argued about removing the charge. Yep I got angry. It's not that I was charged incorrectly,it's that the service advisor argued about it the tried to bs me that the balance wasn't covered. Then he glared at me. The glare is what set me off. Guess I'll buy the Pilot I've been shopping for from another dealer.

I bought my car completely remotely from Vann York Honda. Leslie, Richard, and Chris were all straight-forward and helpful from quoting a price to delivering the vehicle. Leslie was courteous & patient walking through the documentation and setting up the car. I would definetly recommend purchasing from Vann York again.

Danielle is a superstar. I am a tough customer and a nervous new used car buyer . She handled multiple service calls and requests from me, answered all my questions and made sure the service I needed was performed. Horrible Service Experience @ VannYork HondaOn June 2021 I took my 2015 white Honda Civic Hybrid in for an oil change and to repair a slow brake fluid leak, 40k on odometer.. The master cylinder was replaced ($4100 repair). When I received the car back I immediately noticed the car had reduced power/sluggishness, as if the brakes were always being applied. After driving the car for a few days I noticed the gas mileage was significantly reduced, 35 mpg after repair, before repair 49-52 mpg. I have since taken the car back to the Vann York 2-3 times. First they adjusted the calipers and stated there was no code to indicate any problem. After receiving the car back with adjusted calipers I drove it for a week. It still had the same sluggishness as stated above and a manual check of the mpg was 30 mpg. I explained this to the service dept. Vann York service stated several technicians had tested the car and they stated that nothing was wrong with the car. I requested they manually check the mileage and I have no confidence this request was honored. They stated that I would have normal variations in mpg. I countered that a decrease from 50 mpg to 30-35 mpg when driving the same route to work and back was NOT normal variation in mileage and I insisted the car be fixed. Vann York service continues to assert nothing is wrong with the car. The car has been at Vann York since 7/15/21, with no resolution to the issue.Anyone thinking about making a purchase at Vann York should be aware that this dealership may not be able or willing to properly repair their vehicle if repairs are needed.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Horrible !Will NEVER go back there and warned my friends & family too not to go here. The sales manager( I believe ) has to go back to school and get educated before he comes to the Sale floor. We nicely offered a price to initiate a negotiation over a car and he yelled at us to get out of the building without any discussion of the price of the car. We have a recorded video of the entire interaction where you can see how rude and unprofessional the sales manager (or associate) was to us. This happened in February, however, that does not mean I will not let the public know this dealership's true colors. Whether it was a racist rant or an unprofessional morale, NO customer should be treated the way we were treated. The video has been posted on Facebook and does not have any intention of being taken down. Skip Vann York and go to a more TOLERANT, accepting, open-minded, and PROFESSIONAL dealership-- there are tons 5 minutes down the road.

Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up having additional services, so the the oil change was free, plus an additional overall discount of $100+. Excellent service. Thanks again Brian Hughs for always being courteous and on point.

I thought my alternator was going bad (local auto parts store check). Turned out to be just the battery. It was still under warranty. Vann York got me in the next day on short notice. Replaced my battery and changed my oil. Construction is the only reason I didn't give them a 5.
