I m late on my review! But the guys at sound solutions did an amazing job with my console & system! Didn t wanna remove my factory radio & the console looks as if it came with the car off the line! The system wiring is amazing, very nice & neat & sounds great! 6 s Highly Recommended for your audio needs

i had been looking to get tint for my car for a few months now. i had a few friends refer me to sound solutions, & they were AMAZING to work with. i called & got an appointment within 20 hours. the woman who did my tint did a phenomenal job. she payed amazing attention to the details. i couldn t recommend them enough; they were so nice & helpful!

An absolute incredible place to have work done to your vehicle. 100% would pay increased costs to have the peace and mind knowing I m getting top notch quality work done. I ve had speakers, tint, and a new head unit installed in my truck. I still have a half dozen more things to get done and I can t wait.

I truly dont understand why this business is still in business. I have watched countless amounts of my friends take their vehicles and receive terrible service resulting in issues within the vehicle. The owners are NOT professional whatsoever. I wouldnt trust them with a dang bicycle, let alone one of my vehicles. 0/10 wouldn t recommend

I had 2 stereo systems installed with steering wheel controls and they were fast and everything works and looks good. Lifetime warranty on labor too. Very pleased

I had 3 GPS/tracking devices to install. They worked me in next day and had all 3 devices installed by 3:00PM! Awesome work and very reasonably priced!

Came here from Winston to get keyless entry and even with the distance, it was worth it. Eric is very nice, the whole crew were nice, great customer service, which is very important. We will come back for services.

Anthony here does all of my window tinting. He is fantastic! I will recommend them to anyone! Also I have to give kudos to a sister who actually does the window tinting!! Overall they have a great team! Keep up the good work!!

Had my '17 Fusion retinted in 5%. Great quality and great prices!!! They had it done in a couple hours as well. Highly recommend going here.IG: @bagd_lowpez

These guys know what they're doing and are always willing to help you find the right setup at a fair price. Great job on my wi dow tint, and spent time with me regarding a near future purchase on audio upgrades to make sure I'm getting what I really want from the right I stall to the right equipment at the right price. Highly recommend.

Went to see if my speakers were messed up guy said it was just my radio bought a new radio still didn t work turns out it was the wires to my speakers so I bought a new radio for no reason and had to go somewhere to actually get it fixed

Tried to get my windows tinted there...Seeings how I'm a resident of High Point.. I wanted to show love by giving them my business...Stopped by to inquire about it & was told, yes we'll get you in today...I'll call you in about a hour or two..3hrs go by...I call, he says sure I call ya in a bout a hour...another almost 2 hours go by...I call again...He says, we gonna get to you...I'll call you in just a lil..Another hour goes by...No call...Hey if you guys don't want certain folks business, then you should just tell them..I ended up going somewhere in Greensboro though & they done a wonderful job..I paid a lil more money but that's ok...They treated me really nice & stuck by their word...That meant more to me than anything & they done good work. I don't know why you guys blew me off..I don't like making assumptions but it's not cool to tell a potential customer something you don't plan on standing by. I will never try to offer you guys any of my business in the future because of this.

Good people. Squeezed me in last minute. Ran into some issues with my BMW but the guys here stayed late getting figured out and even helped me out with a ride to get my kids from school because of the extra time it took. Even hooked the kids up with drinks while they waited. Definitely would recommend them for audio needs.................................Update...................................I've tried to update this post a few times now. I can't say this loud enough!!! Do not I repeat Do not bring your newer high end vehicles to the location in Lexington Ave in High Point NC. They have personally shorted out several modules in my 2010 BMW 550i gt to the point i have no audio at all now and my main module is having communication issues so bad I am unable to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. When the whole system lasted 20 min tops before I heard a pop I contacted the company the filtering business dayonly to have them tell me it couldn't be them I must have had the problem beforehand and never did anything to help fix what is still broken for almost $800 dollars for a single 12 L7 in a box and amp I figured the price was for skill set but come to find out I'm not the first not the last this has happened to and they have denied responsibility for. I wouldn't let them install a fuse let alone any type of car audio equipment me personally have a blessed day

I did have to wait a little bit but it was totally worth it. I have been working on a 99 Jeep that we have owned since 01. New LED headlights have been installed as well. CarPlay was next on the list for a massive entertainment upgrade. While doing this they also installed a back up camera and a pair of Kickers up front. I had a channel go out quite a while ago, so that was also necessary to complete the upgrade. They even had a dash insert to make this look factory. I have to say that I am totally impressed with the job they did and the price. You should call them if you need to upgrade an older vehicle. It was totally worth it. The Boss unit they installed is very nice. I now have Apple CarPlay in a 99 Jeep. It s very nice.

I ve been a customer of Sound Solutions and Leroy s for about 20 years and there is no other place anywhere around that I trust taking my car. They have the experience and expertise as well as great customer service. My Tesla sounds awesome now.

Anthony seems knowledgeable and happy to help, but the quality of service from the guys in shop does not match the service out front. I had a system installed here, including 2 DVD players. The amp went out 3 weeks in, took to local shop and guy said they used cheap wiring that just burned up. He replaced all wiring for me. Both DVD players quit working, Anthony scheduled to have replaced, replaced them with new ones, and both of them stopped opening after 3 uses. Anthony said to call in warranty, company stated that the serial numbers off my boxes did not match their product. I was given wrong boxes for the refurbished/non-working DVD players. Called to request help with filing for warranty and he said he would call me back. never did and have not been able to reach since.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! These guys will get you set up with all of your automotive needs. I had my windows tinted and new speakers, LED s and windows tinted on my daughters Jeep. Very happy with it all!

Outstanding work, they've been doing my work for years,thats why my 77 bronco project had to go to sound solutions, leroy and eric are awesome dudes, now they do custom cnc cut speaker boxes,matched my interior perfect,ground lighting, back up cam,2 step security system ,unbelievable work,no wires hanging, very professional job

Worked with my budget and installed a really nice Sony head unit. Install was very professional and they guys there were really nice. Definitely going here for all my audio needs in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received!! I dropped off my car round 1230 due to having issues with my radio and amp and he talked to me letting me know what could be causing it. He solved my issue thank God!!! The price was perfect. They are half the price of Eastgate off of Eastchester. I dropped of my car round 1230 and it was finished round 3. It looks great inside with my new radio and also he installed me the mic device so I can be hands free talking which I didn't know he was going to do . Very professional staff and I will be sending business their way!! I will be back to get tint put on!! Thanks again for you all's great service!!

Dudes got the job done. -Took a little longer than expected. First, time visiting this location. Long time customer of WINSTON-SALEM location.Word of advice for the company:If it's a lady especially with gray hair offer to carry the stereos.

They ALWAYS gets me right. Anthony, his das and all the guys are friendly and make you feel like you are more than just money. If you want something done come early and bw the first one because they are booked ans busy.

Had a full system replacement on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia. Work was done quick, install looks great, and very affordable compared to some other places. I will use these guys again!!
