My husband took his truck to Kings to have a light kit installed between the tail gate & bumper. And light kits installed along the running boards. Lights kits all privided by us. All light kits also have the turn signal indicators.He was told they would install them for $100.00. My husband also asked them to CHECK the air condition, due to it wasn't blowing as cool as usual. Image our surprise when he went to pick up his truck. They didn't install the lights on the running board and the back lights do not light up for a turn signal, only when you break! They charged $105.00 to install the back light strip which only half works. And said it took 1 hour and 56 minutes, you only have to plug them in to insure the turn signals are on the correct side, pull the paper off the Glue side, press on the body of the truck, put a very small brace on each side and plug up again! Them they charged $25.41 for ac part and $179.95 to repair the ac that we only asked them to check! And $14.38 for shop supplies! After being quoted $100.00, my husband had to pay $424.05! CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! NEVER AGAIN! WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Clear explanation of the problem, accurate diagnosis of a somewhat rare issue (I'd never heard of it) and repaired on time. Very reasonable charge.Friendly atmosphere.I'll definitely return.

Great customer service and very friendly. Fast service as requested and they called with a complete quote and options for the work needed. They also drove me to work and dropped my car back off when finished. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in Thursday night to get diagnosed on Friday. My car was shaking badly over a certain speed and after a good balance its driving better. Will need an alignment next. Thanks for the affordable service.

This place destroyed my car! They told me the problem was the radiator, which they replaced; they charged me over $400 for that and refilling with coolant. What they did not do is replace the transmission fluid they drained in the process. According to 2 other mechanics, the fluid would have drained out if they were not paying attention, or lines not reconnected properly, and there are no leaks to explain it any other way. Now the entire transmission needs to be replaced. The other issue, which I told them about when I dropped the car off, is that the radiator fans are not working. They still are not working, even after they 'fixed' the problem. Customer service was poor, which would not be a big deal, if they had done a decent job on the repair. Maybe they used to do a good job, but not anymore. They came recommended by a friend, so I expected them to know what they are doing. They did more damage to my car than they fixed, and I had no idea until it was too late. Do NOT trust them with your car, or get it checked by someone else, to make sure they actually did the work correctly.

My family has used King's Automotive for several years. We received somewhat fair results with repairs and usually we experienced courtesy when speaking with management. Imagine our SURPRISE when recently a nearly $2,000 repair at King's resulted in a recently installed new axel being broken at King's which they quickly refused to own up to or repair. A brand-new axel installed at Toyota Dealership clearly was broken at King's when we took our car in for a different type of repair. Kings's management refused to accept responsibility for this brand new and expensive part being broken at their shop saying the problem I was experiencing with my car upon leaving their shop was something entirely different. The worst part of this bad experience was the yelling and abject denial of any responsibility as a vehement verbal attack ensued for merely suggesting that King's was responsible for the new part getting destroyed there. We were forced to pay for another expensive repair at a different automotive service shop to fix the new part they broke. We offered to take the actual part back to King's for them to see, but we were blown off like a dry leaf on a windy day. BE AWAREService: General repairs & maintenance

Someone destroyed the gear ring on my axle in my Lexus suv. They sent me away with a diagnosis of my brake actuater needed replacing at a Lexus dealer for 3000.00 . When I had someone else ready to repair it they found the axle had been broken and the code read that, they did not know what was going on at Kings, but finally when the axle had been replaced the gear ring was able to do its job for the brake actuater to read from it. Wrong diagnosis from Kings . I called and spoke with Mrs. King she was adamant they did nothing wrong but when I left them I had no brakes but before I took it my brakes were great so Kings did not make it right !!! My advise would be do not take even your bicycle to kings for a repair you wont have brakes when you leave, I took it in for lower control arms and struts replacementService: Steering & suspension repair
