I have been to this shop many times over the 20 years of living in this area. Every time I go to this shop I am greeted friendly and courteously. I am asked what I need and then they do the rest. Service is always fast and with a smile and a good conversation. The man that is always there has always taken pride in what he does.I will never go to another used tire place ever!!!! I ll buy new ones before I do that. Because at the other places they are trying to get almost new tire prices for a used tire.But to anyone that is in need and they want fast & friendly service this is the place you want to go.In fact I ll be by in the morning to get another tire for my Jeep Patriot that just eats the front tires up.

Do not purchase tires from this place. If you desperately need tires save your money and go somewhere else because this place will take your money and put your life in danger. I was referred here and it ended up costing me more money than I would have paid at a legitimate tire place. One, they installed 4 tires and didn t balance them like they said they did. Then the tires had different pressures. They advertise they do alignments but they don t. This gash pictured above was in the tire they knew it but I didn t until I had to get on the highway doing 65 and my car started shaking. I took it back and they took the tires off then charged me to balance them again. They told me that my tire is ok and my alignment is off. I went back and had my alignment checked. It wasn t my alignment it s the tire with the gash and it s not balanced ( this was the reading on another balance of the tire the day after I paid Eli s because my car was still shaking. Picture added. The guy told me a little shaking is ok but I can buy another tire . I will never purchase from this place or recommend anyone to get tires from here ever again. I had to replace the tire and get it balanced. I haven t had the tires I purchased from Eli s 2 whole weeks.

I m not from the High Point area, so finding the reviews to be great on this place was a plus coming from out of town. All I have to say is: Amazing customer service. Amazing prices. If I ever need to I will be back when I m in the area! Thank yall again!

I purchased a tire on Tuesday by Friday it was flat I called them and showed them a video they refused to give at least a partial refund . DO NOT SHOP WIT THEM went somewhere else paying MORE MONEY

2nd UPDATE: I discovered after my last visit that the young man had failed to balance my wheels; a wee bit disappointing, but a problem that was easily solved with a return visit following Monday. I'll leave up my five star rating because I still felt it was an overall positive experience (and because small, local businesses need all the support we can spare 'em).Keep up the good work, Maria, and please tell your weekend guy not to forget the balancing!Fast & affordable! (Cash preferred but also take Cash app.)UPDATE: 3 months have passed since my 1st visit & review. Came back again today looking for a set of used tires with decent tread left. They were the first shop (out of 5) with an entire set in the needed size.Received a solid price & solid service; second time I left Eli's satisfied!BTW: mad props to the owner (Maria) for entrusting her biz to a friendly young man who knows how to handle both front & back. Bah-BAM!

Terrible service, bought a used tire with 75% tread and a week later it popped which isn t a huge deal but when i went to take it off and they stripped 4 lug nuts and cross threaded the 5th. if i could give 0 stars i definitely would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! i had to go to the extent of cutting the rim off of my vehicle because the cross threaded lug!!! i had called to inform them and they told me that it wasn t there problem.

They were friendly and fast. They had my size tire and let me choose which ones I wanted to put on my car. The cost was $45. This included tire replacement and disposal of my old tires. Not bad in this era where everything is expensive.

Always good tires and always courteous service. It's my go-to spot for tires. He never tries to sell me something I don't need. He's honest and upfront about any issues he sees.

I ordered tires and they didn't come in on the truck as promised so I called and really needed them before my sons baseball game bc it was a 45 min route I my tires were bad!! They went and got them!! And put them on within 30 min!! This same night it rained so hard and me and my 3 kids are safe!! Thank you

We have went to Eli's now for 3 tire changes and the first 2 times we didnt necessarily pick them they just had our tires in when no one else did. So the 3rd time rather than waste my time driving around and on the phone I started with them and done!

Good people. They get to you pretty quickly. But there was one man there that kept creeping up on me making me super uncomfortable and asking me questions like "am I a single mother"? Not very professional if you ask me.evwryonw else was great, but that one man just totally creeper me out and made me super uneasy!

Known the owner for years. Takes pride in his work and business. The only guys I use when I need tires, plugs, and now inspections! Glad to see them grow!

Horrible customer service. The lady is disrespectful and tried to charge us 35$ to patch a tire. That s not why we left though. It was her lack of customer service skills. Learn how to talk to people lady. Disgusting rude ignorant
