The work and service were very good but DEFINITELY can't brag about the price!! And the woman in the office actually told me that the rates were going up!! Price was the only reason the score wasn't higher but its a big one to me.

We really needed our truck quickly and the whole transmission needed replacing. 2018 Chevy and this wonderful shop got the truck fixed in less than 24 hours!! Amazing and fast work. Great customer service. Recommend 100%Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Definitely a 5 star transmission repair center. When I took my car in for transmission issues the repair process was explained to me as well as the cost associated with the repair. I called them on the prev week on a Thursday and asked about a approx price for repair and when they could fit me it. The nice, friendly lady on the phone gave me a price and told me to bring in on Wed of the next week. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday evening. They begin work on it and called me back with results. I okayed them to do the work. I received a callback on Thursday evening and my vehicle was ready. The plan was stated it may take a week. The price that I was quoted was the same. No hidden surprises. Thanks for the servicesRDP

I brought my Jeep in with transmission fluid pouring out bell housing, Really nice people and a week later they was done! Very happy with service and speed of the job. Haven't drove Jeep yet but they have, I'm not worried. They was upfront with price, which is nice and they stuck with the price.

I highly recommend them they take their time to explain to you what went wrong, showyou the defective parts and the upgraded parts that s installed. They have the best turn around I ever seen at a transmission shop. Price is very fair for the high quality of work that you will receive. They guarantee there work and stand by it if for whatever reason something malfunctions. Again if you re looking for some good honest transmission specialist look no further you will be in good hands with this team.

Not very happy. I wanted my 4 speed manual transmission replaced with a 700r 4 speed automatic. In my 66 chevelle. They just didn't want to do it.

These guys really helped me from the very first phone call. My Hummer was stranded. and I honestly did not know who to call. Someone recommended I give these guys a call, and they performed admirably and honestly. No one is ever ready for unexpected car repairs, especially the transmission. Nevertheless, the owner arranged for a tow truck to get it back to them, and got my truck back on the road within a day and a half. No they aren't the cheapest, but they do a thorough rebuild, and take the proper steps to get you back on the road trouble free. Their price seemed to be in line with other privately owned shops. They offer a 1 year warranty on their work, which to me speaks volumes about the quality of work performed. My truck is driving very well, if not better than it has been since I've owned it. I don't normally write reviews after spending a chunk of hard earned money, but I was happy with my service and I did feel they were honest with what I needed to get me back on the road. Great job!

Had some Transmission work done on my truck at the friendly transmission shop. Both the owner David and his son Danny are truly good people. They both took the time to properly diagnose the issue i was having with my truck, repaired it and went out of their way to make sure i was thoroughly satisfied with the work done. They treated me with honesty, friendliness and fairness and my truck is running so smooth. The owner is the kindest, most knowledgable car repairman (and human) I've ever met. He's a great guy inside and out! They did not take advantage of the fact that I am a college student; Rather, worked their hardest to quickly meet all of my needs and charged a fair price while keeping me informed and updated the entire time

Fantastic customer service and the work they do is phenomenal. I have had them work on vehicles twice so far and had a great experience on both occasions. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need of transmission work - they are honest, take pride in their work, and keep you in the loop every step of the way.

I was referred to Friendly Transmission by a friend when my sons transmission went out. He was always so friendly when I talked to him on the phone and stuck to the price he quoted me. David truly is a God send. He was able to get my sons Explorer done in a day. This is the only place I trust to take my vehicles. I TRUST these people, and they have proven themselves to be honest. One time a place quoted me a $600-700 repair. I took it to Friendly, they found one loose wire, and said that should do it. I asked how much, "oh, nothing. We just connected a wire." Saved me a couple hundred bucks, and didn't charge me.

I'm very pleased with the work they done on my escalade. Drop my truck off got it back today so far so good I drove it al that way to Raleigh from High point and it run so smooth am so thankful to this guys they got my baby back on the road... I totally recommend them if I can give em 10 I would!!!!! They the BEST.....

Helped me out after having trouble with a repair shop messing up my transmition he was able to get me in and out working great fast. let's his customers know what he did and shows them what he did, he is a people person takes every job personal want the customers to understand and feel good and have them feel confident of the work he had done so they feel safe on the road .he makes you feel like family

Took my car into this shop after taking it to two other shops for the same problem. Friendly had it for 2 days and diagnosed and repaired my transmission. These guys are the best; David and his crew are top drawer! Honest and the highest technical skills. If you have a transmission concern take it in to them ASAP. Don't wait for it to grenade and the only option is a complete rebuild or replace.

Dropped transmission off at 8 AM and it was awaiting me when I was able to get back there at 2:30 PM, same day. This was quite impressive to me for a full rebuild and price seemed fair also.

These guys know how to treat you right. They offered top notch service with a friendly smile. I took my old 1977 Ford F150 in for a transmission rebuild and they had it done in two days (even after having some trouble finding a switch to get my reverse lights working again - they weren't working when I took the truck in so I asked them to fix that while they were working on the transmission). They did a great rebuild, cleaned the transmission up, painted it, and it looks and shifts like a brand new transmission. Very happy with their service!

I had work done that I thought would be very expensive. I was so surprised that the bill was so much less. My point is that, based on other estimates, they could have charged me so much more. This business is honest and ethical. You would have to agree that these qualities are extremely rare today.

They are one of the best transmission problem solvers and repairmen in, High Point, North Carolina. Fair towards me a disabled veteran who is a senior citizens who is living offen a fixed income, and homeless, living out of a hotel in, Greensboro North Carolina. Twice we returned 2 seperate trucks for warranty work. After buying new transmissions. 2nd truck we picked up after repairs... It was sitting over a large puddle of trans. Fluid. Still leaking terrible. Not good quality of work . we don't even want to return to get anything further done....Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Great Honest Place!We were traveling through from out of town and had transmission troubles. They spent close to an hour diagnosing the problem and didn't even charge us. Great customer service.
