The counter guys were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The service tech was thorough and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Although I had gone in for an alignment, the tech identified some items he recommended I have performed; these were services I knew I needed, but had not planned to have performed at this location. However, the entire experience was excellent, so I decided to go ahead and have them performed. I knew the services were due, they brought them to my attention, did not pressure me to have them done, but the guys were excellent so I went ahead and got them done! Overall, I highly recommend the Eastchester location! Excellent experience!

These guys are the best. They are my go to for service on my Mercedes Benz. Always friendly, honest and work hard to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time all while doing pristine work. I highly recommend this location.

My check engine light was on and Johnny let me know that I needed to make an appointment. During my appointment, the technician had to order a part. I was called when the part arrived and my car was fixed while I waited. I appreciated the efficiency of the process.

Polite, efficient. Felt very comfortable waiting for my car. Was told to plan on at least 2 hours and was out the door in about 1.25 hours. Will def use again.

Made an appointment this past Sunday for my break booster. The guy I spoke to on the phone and at the front desk was very nice (don't remember his name, sorry). Dropped the car off at 9am. A man called to tell me what the price was going to be and got my car back with a fixed break booster that same day. Thanks so much!

They wasn't able to fix my car, but they didn't charge me for the diagnostic test because it was something they couldn't do. I will still take my car to Firestone for minor work. Thanks

Management is very rude. They even told me to not come back after I spent over $1000 for services. All I did was take a short cut through their service bay where no work or vehicles were anywhere near. Go somewhere else, I certainly will.

Update 2Dec23: returned for an oil change, still expensive but the customer service makes it worth every penny. Johnny explained everything in depth and was extremely helpful. He's truly an asset to the store. I'll probably continue to return here for future services.Staff is really friendly. Even early on a Saturday morning they were super nice. Prices are super high.

Thought all I needed was an alignment, turns out a tire rod was bent as well along with my sway bar wasn't connected. They assessed the issues, informed me and was ready to install immediately! Awesomeness... remedy to my problems. Offered a Firestone card for financing, but I got declined. Paid with debit instead. Appreciate the guys at Firestone in High Point, NC

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Rogers Mallory and they were very busy. Mr. Mallory came to me and ask how he could help me. I told him I needed four tires for my trailer and gave him the size also what ply I wanted. In a matter of minutes he had it pulled up and showed me the total cost for the tires, valve stems, put on and trash my old ones. When I looked at the register and saw the final price, I was shocked and speechless. I have shopped around for a couple weeks and all over the Piedmont for the best tires for the best price. Let's just say I found both right here at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 105 E. Chester Drive in High Point. Even when they were very busy, the service was very fast and friendly. I got a new set of tires and an alignment for around $900, and I could feel the improvements as soon as I drove it off the lot. I'll be coming back to this location for my tire needs. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Justin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we were stranded with a flat on our way back home from a trip. We got so lucky. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. The team was prompt, professional, and followed through on everything they said they would.

We took our RAV4 in to get an oil change and an inspection. We left our registration on the front seat of our car. When we picked it up, we were not given our registration card but didn t realize it until later. We called and spoke to Jonny who couldn t have been nicer. He couldn t find it but said the person who did the inspection had left and told us to call back the next day. We called in and spoke to Brandon. When we told him that they had our registration, instead of trying to help us, he said you know you can get another one at the dmv, right? Yes and that s not the point!! You lost our registration card!! We gave you our information and you lost it! Incredibly rude and unprofessional and they still don t know where our registration card is!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They got us in in a pinch and we were so grateful for that. And the customer service was pretty awesome! They have a nice little lobby to sit in, that could've been a little cleaner but not gross or anything. 4 out of 5 bc of the one employee I heard kind of bad mouthing customers in clear hearing distance of the public lobby. It wasn't just once, it seemed to be repeatedly. He just kinda brought a negative vibe to the place every time he came in from the garage area. Other than that everyone was very nice and professional and like I said they came through with tires in a pinch! Very happy with tires and my experience overall.

These guys are amazing! My family broke down on the road and was towed to them. They were very respectful and understanding about my wife being so far from home. Their commitment and professionalism was outstanding. Despite them getting the van late in the afternoon, they took on the challenge. Their time table for the work was spot on and my wife was on her way exactly at the time they promised. Absolutely incredible, thank you guys.

These guys have been great with the problems thrown their way by the car I recently purchased. The guy at the front desk is super nice, and many of the mechanics are great at explaining problems and very fun to talk to. Now that my local mechanic has closed, this will be the only place I take my car.

We called and spoke to a Justin to schedule a state inspection because site says to call to schedule and he was very rude and had an attitude. That was uncalled for and I know I won't be back to this one at all. Wow.

On our way home from vacation we had an issue with our engine overheating. They were able to fit us in. Slight delay waiting to get the needed part but once that was in they got it installed quickly. Very friendly employees.

The staff are always nice and respectful. They explain what the problem is and all the options available to fix. The work is great.
