Do NOT go here. Read other reviews that has low rating describing what issues they had, and those were exactly I had to go through. To make this review short yet give you an idea . They told me my front bumper needed a replacement. They gave me an estimate, and had told my insurance estimator/inspector to send a check to them directly. They did not give me the detailed invoice for the new bumper. And they rushed to start work on my car. I became suspicious at this point and asked for an invoice at which point they started being very rude on the phone. Their response to my request on sending me an invoice was you think you know how to repair the car, then come and take your car! Was very surprised and puzzled with their response in return for asking an invoice.This is when I sensed something was totally off and I decide to stop by directly to take my car back from the shop. When I dropped there to my surprise I saw my car was already in works and what was more shocking was that they were trying to take my original front bumper off and scratch/repaint the same and sell it to me as new bumper!! Check out the video.I decide to not get in a heated argument since I now know these guys were fraud and just asked them to put the front bumper back on and give it back to me. They are shocked to see me there and since I caught them red-handed they offer to do the repair for me free and they tell me not to worry about the deductible payment - we will take care they say!I was furious and very seriously asked them to put my car back together and leave the place with my car. I went to another place with my car who were super good and made it super easy for me. I was very happy with this second place. But overall the whole process caused so much stress and frustration, and that is not something you want to go through when you are already dealing with your Carnot in good condition, dealing daily stuff without your car, dealing with your insurance, working on payment numbers, etc.Oh and btw they seem to work these things out with the insurance inspector, so just be aware. I also felt my insurance inspector(Frank from Progressive) collaborated with agreeing to issuing the check to them and not informing me. I had to reach out to Progressive executives to file a complaint and get the payment reversed.The whole process was very disappointing and was very off putting at the time. If you want your car in good hands and avoid the mental drama just do NOT go here. I feel bad for people who may have gone here and not know what tricks they exactly pulled on them and these guys got away. Anyway at least if this helps you, I m glad taking time writing this.

I had my bumper and fender painted by Chris in black color KH3 for Infiniti FX35. They did amazing job, painting looks so good. My custom bumper was fiber glass so Chris had to do more prep work for the painting which added considerable more cost but they managed to do it, my only remark is that I wish warranty for my fiber glass bumper could have been more than 2 years they gave me, this is due to what we usually get when we get car parts painted but it looks awesome!

Chris did rear tailgate work on my Chevrolet Colorado one year ago did an excellent job and was very reasonable!I just left from there not long ago with a minor repair and left happy of course.Thank you Chris!Service: Body & Trim

Got a Car fixed fixed from him 2 years ago, he did a Great job so we went back to him with another car in high hopes. Not sure what happened to the service and experience, just horrible. He said bring the Car, so he can give us an estimate. We got the estimate with things that weren t even part of the repair, when asked, he said its a technical error on his end. Told him if he can fix the estimate and send it again, his words were here s the deal, there is your car outside. Take it and leave . He said he took apart the car looked at it and wrote an estimate, but the car was literally untouched and just as I left it. Since he had our car to give us an estimate, our of nowhere he said there s a Storage fee of $50 per day? Just what kinda experience and treatment is this? Ended up taking the Car back and getting it done elsewhere. Thank you for wasting our timeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I love my car and was devastated when I had to bring her in to repair some (as it turned out, significant) body damage sustained by an idiot driver too busy texting to notice my Diamond. Yes I named my precious car Diamond.... SighI live in Charlotte, but I was recommended to Chris at Chris Paint and Body in High Point and I'm beyond happy with the results. I found out that my parts would be sent to Chris unpainted so I wasn't sure how the color would look in the end. Well, the color match is seamless and it's hard to believe that it didn't come that way.My baby looks as good as new and you can't even tell that she's had any work done. Thanks so much to Chris and his team for making this process as quick and painless as possible. I'm so glad I took my Diamond to the best auto body shop around!

I HIGHLY recommend this shop.It was with some trepidation that I took my TESLA Model 3 to a non-Tesla certified body shop to fix a fairly minor dent in the left rear quarter panel.However, the nearest Tesla-certified body shop was over an hour away, was planning to keep the car two weeks, and gave an outrageously high estimate for repair that wasn't even a firm estimate "depending what they found when they got inside." I needed an alternative, but when I checked into a high-end collision repair shop here in Greensboro that claims to work on electric vehicles, they wouldn't touch my car--and they actually suggested that the estimate I had been given by the Tesla-certified shop was too LOW !!!!!!!!So Chris's Body and Paint was a breath of fresh air by comparison. Chris (AKA Josey) met me at his shop off-hours to accommodate my schedule and offered a firm estimate that was about HALF what the Tesla-certified facility offered. He seemed very comfortable and confident working on a Tesla, having been to an electric-vehicle repair course, and indicating that he had the equipment necessary to re-calibrate the Tesla crash-avoidance systems (although that didn't prove necessary because he didn't have to disconnect the battery for the type of repair being done).In 4 days (during which time I received frequent photos of the work in progress) I had a FLAWLESS repair. I couldn't be happier.Chris is confident, experienced, a great communicator, and seems to be extremely honest. Although I know almost nothing about automotive body work, I really get the sense he tries to do a perfect job at the lowest cost, without "upcharging" even for those who have high-end vehicles.Two caveats: 1. Your car will smell like cigarette smoke when you get it back. 2. Apparently, Tesla parts are hard to come by if you are not a Tesla-certified repair facility, so if my repair had required replacement parts rather than just dent repair, there may have been problems.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you are looking for someone friendly, knowledgeable and professional to repair your car, then look no further. I did my research before I brought my car to Chris and my research paid off! There is a reason they have almost perfect 5 star reviews! These guys are friendly and welcoming from the first time you step foot in the door. His estimate is very fair. There is no reason to try to haggle, because these guys are honest and do amazing work for a very fair price! I will definitely take my car there in the future when I need a repair and have recommended my friends and family to do the same! They matched the paint from the repair perfectly with the existing paint and the pin striping was on point! As you can tell, I am a very satisfied customer. Detailing the outside of my car, before returning it to me, was a nice extra touch! Thank you once again, for making my car look like new again, guys!

I googled 'body shop', looking for someone close to the area where my son had just rear ended someone 65 miles from home. Chris Paint and Body came up with great reviews. I called and he quickly answered, listened and provided me instructions on exactly how to handle the situation. He even offered to take my son anywhere he needed to go. He provided a timely estimate. Unfortunately, the car was totaled. He was great at communicating with me, just a God send and so kind. I asked if he knew of any good, used vehicles for sale and he had two on his lot, which he had purchased with minimal damage and repaired. He text me before and after pictures of his work, which was excellent. Within a few days after the accident, my son dropped me off at Chris', I cleaned out our totaled car, said goodbye to it and brought home a Mazda, which Chris had repaired and I love it! Just perfect for me. Chris was so easy to work with, honest and fair. Thank you, Chris!!

I called Chris in a panic! He was able to meet with me that day to determine the best course of action for my son's vehicle. He prepared the estimate and had the car ready within a few days. Looks better than ever! I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any work needed on your car. They are fast, efficient and absolutely care about you as a customer. 5 stars for sure. Chris Paint and Body was amazing. We took our car in for estimate and they had it completed in a week. They were courteous and prompt. Great customer service and attitudes. After dealing with another body shop in the area; they were a breath of fresh air. My car was in rough shape when I came to Chris. I was worried that it might be beyond repair. From the the first conversation to my last Chris was great at calming my nerves and talking through what needs to be done to my car.As someone who is not very car savvy I was worried about trying out a new place. Chris and Joseph were great at making sure I understood what was happening to my car and why, and making sure I wasn't being charged for things without a reason.I hope I won't need more body and paint work done, but without a doubt if I do Chris and his team will be my first call, and first recommendation for anyone else who needs help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Chris the owner and his employees made an unfortunate incident (getting hit in an accident) turn out to be a pleasant experience. Speaking to the owner directly / getting fit into their schedule immediately / leaving my truck at a secure location / their office dealt with the insurance company the whole time / easy, convenient, honest!Don't waste your time going to another shop - especially the 'big ones' recommended by your insurance company. Did an excellent job removing the rust around the windshield and then painting the roof where the paint had peeled. Perfect match in color to the body of the car. Work was done earlier than expected! Looks great. Would definitely recommend this business!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Amazing group of ppl here at this shop. My beautiful 2020 had a horrible dent in the back bumper. My fault unfortunately but none the less I stumbled upon Chris paint and body after a vigorous search for the perfect place to restore my precious car. I literally could not find a bad review on these guys anywhere. Well I see now why and it's because they done an amazing job on mine as well. If you need body work, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Outstanding ppl, just down to earth and as friendly as can be.

Chris and his staff did excellent work repairing our truck. They did above and beyond helping us reduce cost without sacrificing quality. He had the truck repaired ahead of schedule and looks great. I highly recommend them if you need paint and body work.

I called at 12:30 to simply ask a question and get an estimate after my usual mechanic told me they could not handle the job. I was told I could bring it right away to be looked at. By 1:00, it had been looked over, a plan made and an estimate given. Job was done by 4:30 at a very reasonable price. Excellent service. My father took his Tacoma here. And wow must I say! The job was done fast and without lacking quality. I was surprised to see that they were able to make it the car look as if the damage was never there! Not to mention the great deal it was for the work they did. Very friendly and professional. Worked with me to get my truck fixed on my schedule. Went above and beyond to make sure my paint matched exactly. Worked directly with my State Farm Insurance and had my truck back to me before I expected . It looks great and you would never know it had been in an accident. I will differently use this body shop for now on!

I called for a ball park quote on an all over paint job, he BARKED AT ME & rudely told me I'd have to bring it in. Seriously, this is how you talk to a customer??! He was so rude & unprofessional that I'd NEVER consider using him. Glad I found out now before I sank $ into it!!

My ladies' 2015 Nissan Altima Door was hit and damaged by a reckless driver while exiting her vehicle in a Foodlion parking lot. We took the vehicle in to a couple well known collision repair shops for an estimate. After being given very expensive quotes, we ended up at Chris' shop as a final option.... Boy are we so glad we did!!!!! Chris and Tina did everything they could to help make the repair more affordable without sacrificing quality. They're very honest, fairly priced, and they provide top quality work. In addition to that the repair was completed and the car was ready to be picked up 2 days prior to the date originally anticipated. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend their services... Thanks again!!

I recently moved to the area from Texas and was in an accident that caused some significant damage to my vehicle prior to the Christmas holiday. Chris and Josey were able to effectively take my vehicle, find me a quality rental, make repairs, and navigate the coordination of payment with my insurance company. In two weeks I was back in my vehicle and on the road. So glad I found Chris Paint & Body when our older car needed collision repair. Chris and Tina did a wonderful job of tracking down the parts we needed and kept the cost as low as they could for us. Now we have our 2005 Sebring back on the road looking as good as new. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing body work.
