Chris is very polite and honest. He rebuilt a 6l80e transmission and it lost forward gears twice in 3k miles. He tried to repair it a 2nd time and was unsuccessful. He then replaced it with a new transmission out of his pocket to make things right. Awesome guy and mechanic. If I need anything else I will be coming back

While driving in the area on a late night out, we ran into car trouble. We contacted C4 Automotive because they were actually open on a Sunday. I asked if they could look at our vehicle the next day and we were told they could. We had the vehicle towed to the business. Saturday afternoon I received a phone call from C4 Automotive telling me the issue and they could have it fixed that day. We are so grateful to be able to have our vehicle back in suck a short period of time. We recommend this business if you are in need of car repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris is a really good honest mechanic. I have taken several things to him in the past, including a transmission rebuild. It had an issue shortly after the rebuild and I took it back and he stood behind his work fixing it at no cost. C4 has better prices than anywhere around, and is a lot more trustworthy than other places I have been. I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough good things about C4 Automotive Chris the mechanic and owner is one great mechanic since finding C4 I do not use any other Automotive shop Chris is always been good to me he's honest friendly and all around good guy my whole family uses C4 now my son drives all the way from Lexington just for Chris to work on his vehicles my daughter from High Point the same I highly recommend C4 Automotive to anyone that needs the care you would want your vehicle to receive I probably could go on and on but I'll leave it with this if you're wanting a good mechanic you don't have to look any further then C4 Automotive.

I m recanting my last review of the company I was told bad advice and false information by another mechanic. After having conversation with the warranty department I later found out they did no wrong each install was manufacturer defect I can t apologize enough you were solid with each repair.
