I've used this location before for a cracked iPhone screen, and everything went well. This time I needed a battery replacement. Christi (Sp?) was great checking me in, and my phone was ready when she said it would be. Jacob did the battery replacement; I'm very pleased, and everything works fine. The only issue was not being told the battery was not an apple, so the iPhone diagnostics for the battery won't work. As long as it holds a charge better than before, I'll be happy.

Never again will I let a batteries plus location touch my cell phone. After multiple visits to both winston and highpoint locations, 4 months, and cell phone still not working properly, district management has now refused to return my calls after multiple attempts and the last customer service rep suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card because no one planned to call me back. As a customer service manager myself I do not understand how this is acceptable business practices when all i wanted was to get the service i paid for. I didn't ask for compensation for additional issues, time spent traveling or the number of times i was given misinformation. Only the service i paid for. **Edit. Cell phone is now not working at all and you'll notice on the reviews all of the positive ones were immediately commented on. Guess they only respond to positive feedback comments??**

The reason for my 3 star review is simple, The store manager wasn't willing to spot weld the needed contacts onto the 3.5v lithium aa cell sized battery stating that it wasn't safe for her to do so . This forced me to have to use a soldering iron to get the job done..... Much more dangerous !!! I had the very same battery in my hand that the same store had provided a few years ago... Just less customer service than before. Well I got er done anyhow !!!

So it has been a few weeks since I've been here and I can not stop thinking about the high quality level of care that they showed me. There were 2 workers and a female manager when I went in and every single one of them was amazing. I WISH I could remember their names but they literally went above and beyond. I am also going through a really dark time in my life right now and just getting to talk and joke around with them made me feel so much better and got my mind off of what is happening. I really wish I could remember their names but I know the 2 of the workers were brand new (would have never known), and there was a female manager that night. I know that they are their to fix phones but they helped me with more than just my phone and I can not thank them enough. You guys are amazing.

I thought and was told my charging port on my phone was bad and I had to pay 107 dollars for a new phone they checked it out un 5 minutes had my phone clearing and paid 10 dollars my charging port was full of lint

Stopped into High Point store today to purchase battery for my car key fob. I needed a little guidance to get my fob opened so that I could identify what type of battery I needed. Gentleman behind the counter stated that he would help me with that only if I purchased the battery with lifetime warranty for $21.99. I explained I would just like to know how to open my own key fob so that I could replace my own battery and would just like to purchase a single battery. He refused and I left the store. Went home and learned from owners manual how to open my key fob and placed an Amazon order for the batteries I need with next day delivery. Look no further to understand why consumers are choosing online shopping over local merchants. Very sad indeed.

Went in for three different batteries. Came out withe the three. Wonderful, nice and knowledge. A little expensive, but well worth it. Check them out.

High Point store #205 has very knowledgeable staff working there and many items at reasonable prices. The customer service was excellent! If you need to talk to a problem solver, ask for Scott.

Good, reliable service. High Point store personnel have always been very helpful. Elizabeth took my order over the phone and handled the payment. Everything was ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. COVID-19 precautions were in place, the store was very clean. Excellent experience.

Had to get an iPhone 8 repaired today for one of my children, the screen was cracked really bad and, over the camera! Well, this store did a GREAT job of fixing it! I was given a two hour time slot for pickup but they had it ready in less than an hour! Prices are the norm for this type of repair and I got a great case from them too! Thank you Liz! Y all are bomb and my son is very pleased!

Had iPhone 2016 SE battery replaced. I believe the cost was reasonable and they applied an unexpected discount from what was expected from what was listed on their website. The service was fairly quick. There was some liquid staining that had seeped into the inside of the screen and it appears they cleaned that in the process.

Absolutely the place to come for any cell phone repairs. They were kind, patient, and best part- fast and less $$ than having the repair done at the Verizon store! Tip- schedule an appointment online to get a coupon! Will highly recommend this location!

I ordered and paid on line and received a 10% discount just by picking the batteries up myself. I arrived less than 30 minutes after I placed my order and it was ready. I showed my ID, signed for the pick-up and was back out the door in less than 3 minutes. Great service!

Great service and very nice store associates. I needed to replace my battery in my Samsung Note 8 Smartphone. Just want to recognize John for doing a great job. It is not easy to open up these new phones anymore. Phone returned and going strong. Great job! Update since my note 8. Stellar service once again. John replaced a battery in my Note 10. Thanks again for an awesome experience!

I am very impressed and satisfied with the Batteries+Bulbs store on North Main in High Point. Scott did a wonderful job meeting my needs. I needed my iPhone Screen replaced and not only got $10 off by scheduling an appointment online, I got my phone fixed in less than an hour! Thank you Scott!!

From the time i called about the services they offer for phone repair, when i walked in the door of the store to drop off my phone and when i came back to pick up my phone i was given GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Repair time was great. The price was within my budget and my phone looks & works great.

They were very nice and went through all the steps necessary. They didn't rush anything and I knew that my phone wasn't going to be manhandled or not cared for. It was a quick turn around and now Im happy with my clean and crack-free screen

I asked the clerk if they carried a battery for my phone. He takes my phone apart and puts the new battery in without telling me the price or even asking if I want to purchase the battery. I only asked but instead felt "forced" into a 43$ purchase. I feel like he should have told me the price before installing the battery. Also he seemed like I was bothering him for coming into the store and wanted to get me out as soon as possible.

Glad they were open on a Sunday morning. My husband's iPhone connector was not working well and Scott was a great help! He checked it and found a large piece of lint stuck inside the connector. He fixed it in 5 minutes and told me no charge! He saved us a lot of money and we are thankful! I recommend this place.

I returned with a battery which I had purchased last summer. I wasthinking informed that the wire had come loose & needed to be soldered. I agreed. I was then informed that I was beinginvestigated charged $20.00 plus tax for a $5.00 solder. The prices are listed on a board. I am insulted to be charged anything as this store did the original solder last summer. I will Not return to this store ever.

Scheduled an appointment for phone battery replacement and job was completed within 30-45 minutes after drop off. And prices seemed reasonable (as I did not shop around or do a comparison of prices).

Ordered my ATV battery online and picked up in store. Online was an easy navigation. Found the exact battery I needed. 10% off online orders that was a definite plus. Confirm at checkout said they would send an email letting me know my order was ready. After about 10 minutes got the email. So go to the store to pick up , Wich is about 30minutes fro the house. Got there to pickup, I was told that they had just put it on charge. Be about an hour. The guy says we willwcall you when its ready. No problem. I went to a few other stores. Now it's 3hrs later haven't received a call about the battery. Go to the store parking lot, called and asked about my battery to see if it was done yet. The lady asked my name then came back on and said, yes it's done. Well, no one called me to let me know it was done. Sorry but it's ready. Hmm, scratch my head. Think someone should've called me. Guess I'm weird like that

As usual a great experience ordering online and zipping in and out in just a few minutes with exactly what I needed. The employees know the products they carry very well and they help the customers purchase the right product for their needs. Whenever I need any kind of battery I head to Batteries Plus where I know I will get quality at a great price.
