A BIG THANKS to @momentumtiredirect & @momentumcarcare for getting me back on the road in record time!!! I ordered the tire on Thursday night & was hoping to have the tire shipped to me at the hotel I was staying at, the owner contacted me via eBay and said they couldn t guarantee shipment by Saturday (my due date to leave) so he had it shipped to one of his outlets nearby which was there the NEXT DAY!!! I drove out this morning & even though they had never changed a wheel on a Slingshot before (they didn t send me off like most places do), the tech listened to where I told him to lift & the rest he knew how to do with no issues For any other Slingshot owners in the area or those making the trip down to Maggie Valley this is the place to go!!!#findyourmomentum #vengeance #sinista1 #sinista1productions

This place used to be the best place to get your car serviced. Went in for an oil change and inspection,charged 88 dollars and some change. After looking at my bill, I was charged an extra 22.00 for "parts/tires", for whatever that was, tire rotation was free "supposedly ". Needed tire rods and belt changed, was quoted a price for over 1000.00, when I can get all the parts for under 70 dollars.

This place is great! The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. I love the atmosphere here, I feel comfortable when waiting for my car. I like that I can see as they work on my car. The music and book selection is nice too! This is the place I choose every time I have a car need.

If I had an option to choose 10 STARS, I WOULD! Exceptionally pleased with the service that I received today. Will not be going anywhere else from now on. You can really tell they thrive on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Very nice people work there. The lobby is nice with good Christian music playing. They did a computerized alignment on my car and good time. 30 minutes tops. They have good prices too! It now runs straight and I don't worry about running my tires. I will be back.

I had the most wonderful experience today at Momentum Tire and Car Care. Professional, courteous, friendly and timely. I scheduled my appointment last week and when I walked in they had my information ready, tires pulled and ready to go to work! Highly recommend you see them for your car care needs! I definitely will be back for anything that I need done to my car. Honesty is very important, I thought my car needed inspection but it didn t. He told me that so I appreciate the truth. If it was any other place they would have just done it for the money. Momentum where have you been!! Just that little bit of time was great again Thank you! I will be back

I was in and out quickly. The staff addressed me as soon as I entered. And, while waiting, I noted how friendly the management, who were obviously working on the schedule, were, not only to customers, but to their employees. That tells me tons about how they value people. I will definitely be back for any and all my future needs they are a le to address.

Just came from getting my oil changed. I made a 7:30 appointment. It took 1 hr and 15 minutes to do an oil change, and just take a look at my tires to see if I needed any new ones. I came here to try another place to take my business. I will try again that's why I am giving them 3 stars. I think that is longer than it should have taken. I hope my next visit will be a lot better.

To add: I called to speak with a manager and got Tom. Tom immediately seemed like he had an attitude and was rude and condescending on the phone. I didn t expect any refunds because it has been 9000 miles(though i took my car back a few days later after service because I felt something was wrong and was told it was fine so I kept driving trying to ignore the wobbling and noise) just called because the mechanic at Toyota was truly concerned with what he saw and what my husband and myself speculated was wrong before taking it to them. I was really expecting to take this review down after speaking with them but not after the rude encounter I had today. A good rating won t make me go to someone who is rude to customers. Tom stated he had an attitude because of my reviewJust left the Toyota dealership in another town where I had to pay an additional $1200 for new rotors and extra repairs to my 2019 car from the damage of my rotors not being installed properly by Momentum Hickory(calipers not cleaned properly before new rotors put on). I took my car a few days after the service with momentum back to momentum with concerns that my car was making noises and not driving the way it should. They looked at it for 15 min and said they didn't see any issues. Well now I know there was after being out an additional $1200 after already paying Momentum $400

I only needed a tire checked for a slow leak, knowing there was something in the tread that I couldn't see. I made an appt online and got a call a few minutes later to confirm, but the time I chose was already taken. No big deal. I still got in on the day and close to the time I needed. In and out in 30 minutes. I'll likely give them a try for my other vehicle svc needs since I'm new to the area.

Been a customer for over 3 years now. I bring both my vehicles here and as always receive honest customer service. The work is impeccable and I know I can trust these people 100 percent. They are competitively priced and would rather work with you to find solutions within your budget than nickel and dime you to death. They restore a great name to mechanics.

With 65000+ miles on my original brake pads, I figured it must be time to replace them. My dealer had suggested it a year ago. They tool all my info and I went to a local sandwich shop while they took care of the car. A half hour later I went in, prepared to wait. The tech at the front desk told me that replacement wasn't necessary and that I should check back after another 10K miles or so and they would take care of it then, if necessary! I was ready to spend the money - they wanted to do the job the right way! 5 stars, and I will be back! What a pleasant surprise!

We were out of town when our car broke down. Tim went above and beyond for us on a Friday, picking me up at a nearby hotel and ensuring our car would be repaired for the weekend (luckily it was a quick fix!). We were so very grateful. Two weeks later, we heard a weird noise and it was in the shop for three days, and they kept in touch and got it back to us in a timely manner. Their sitting room is cozy and pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog), and they were always friendly and professional. So so thankful Momentum was recommended to us while we were in Morganton!

The friendly crew at Momentum always has my back! I have been a satisfied customer with Momentum for many years. Whether my cars require a routine oil change or have a major issue, I trust the mechanics and staff completely to provide quality services at fair prices. They have never attempted to sell me unneeded products or unneeded service. They value me as a customer and treat me right every time. I highly recommend Momentum!

your dont know nothing about repairing. I bring it to a lexus dealer . The car cannot be fix due to a water damage existing dealership lies about it . Basically the car cannot be fix , but your just trying to fix something that were not even related to the issue and charged me $1000 . Now stop lies

I ve never had a bad experience here. I trust these people. Prices are fair. They don t charge me for all the things they could. I couldn t recommend this shop more. For me, they take away the stress of car maintenance.

Hacks.. my friend who brings me his oil changes usually went here and had an oil change. He told me that after the oil change he was losing massive amounts of oil. After inspection I realized that someone at this fine establishment stripped his oil drain and installed this fine device seen in the pics in an attempt to bandaid their $2000 mistake. Upon discussion with one other person I was informed that he too was also charged by momentum for a stripped drain plug repair. Drain plug removal and replacement is day 1 auto repair, if this can not be completed here I would not trust a single repair.

We took our jeep to have them check a diagnostic test we got from auto zone. There were 3 codes on this page. 2 codes suggested easy replacement that would have cost $30 to replace. One was more serious. We got in right away. We have a $200 deductible, bumper to bumper. So instead of checking to see what sensor was giving us the issue and telling us it was just the simple $30 sensor....they replaced the senor per the counter person and they did some other work. Wait! What!? When asked for a detailed list of what was done to the jeep she didn't say...I was handed 2 sheets of paper. A copy of my warranty and the $180 bill. No details of what was done. Now one week later, my engine light comes on, really?? Now if I take it back to this same place...another $200 to fix whatever is causing this sensor to come on. Nope!! Not this time. I'll take it to the dealer who gives me a detailed list of everything done and the go over what they will be doing first. They also let us know if it would be cheaper if we did it ourselves. If anyone who is from Momentum and reading this...please send us a detailed list of what was done to our jeep. You have our number thx. Dan

This is the only place I will bring the Teslas as the folks in the service department have worked on them extensively and always do an amazing job in a timely fashion. Wish they would use seat covers on the light interior vehicles, but have had many tire changes and adjustments performed here and am greatly satisfied. Please open an Asheville location and show these other businesses how it's done!

Always great! The staff there really know what they are doing and always seem to go above and beyond to help fix the problem. They have helped me out so many times. Got me hooked on since the first time they helped me. Really enjoy this place. The decor inside is also very adorable!!
