Everyone was super nice. They did a great job. They were able to get it in and even did a follow up afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied. They were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend auto connection!

On a long trip in pouring rain we had a flat tire.Pulled into Auto Connection Henderson. They were not only helpful, super friendly, fast, but also reasonably priced service. Good folks! Very thankful for their help!

I have had the most positive experiences x 6 I have purchased 5 vehicles from this Auto Connection Dealership and have been pleased with each purchase.. i am super excited to be purchasing my 6th vehicle today I appreciate the entire staff who is always willing to give me information and help me with any and all questions I may have. The down payments as well as the monthly payments are affordable. My special thanks to Johnny, Ricky, Kim and my best friend ever Jackie because we share the same first names if you desire a used vehicle in great condition definitely stop by and talk with them you won t be disappointed at all. Thanks guys for the last 9 years of keeping me and my family on the road in great vehicles

This place will really take care of their customers. I got a good deal on a car. The car I had gotten was great, ran into a few obstacles with it along the way. But they have went above and beyond with making sure it is being fixed and taken care of. They are patient and have shown to efficient. I cannot express how great and hospitable everyone there has been.

This has been THE BEST experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop!!! My BMW shut off about 15 miles outside of Henderson. This was the only place I called that worked on BMW's in this area. It turned out I'm having some very costly issues and they were not sure if they could have the parts today and if that service would fix a possibly more expensive issue. I am a young female in college from out of town traveling alone. Seeing how stressed I became, after a little while waiting, and hearing the bad news, they told me all the possible solutions and price points (including towing it to Greensboro). They gave me a great price on towing the car and told me they wouldn't charge me anything considering the gravity of car issues and expenses I'll have to pay to fix it since I'm getting it towed back to Greensboro!!! I could have cried. For anyone who has owned a BMW, you know this is unheard of and so generous. These are extremely HONEST, FAIR and personable people. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians made me feel confortable. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome to a bad situation. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to speak highly of their character and amazing service.

Don't anyone buy that gold yukon. It's full of problems. It has a problem with the 4x4 system. Large exhaust leak. Oxygen sensors an its rusted underneath an by the step rails. Don't waste your hard earned money there. All they gone do is clear the codes so you can buy it. Go to auto mart

These people are the best! I was traveling to Chapel Hill from Richmond and had car trouble. I googled car service and found these folks. After arriving within a half hour of closing time on Friday I didn't have high hopes for getting home or my car fixed. They had me ready to go within an hour (had to get parts) and gave me a very fair price. If I lived anywhere close to here this would be the only place I would ever go for car service. Friendly folks and real pros!!

Great place to buy a used vehicle. I've bought 3 from them and the staff is awesome!! I've been doing business with them since 2012 and will continue. They make you feel right at home from start to finish.

While travelling, decided to get a car in tow inspected. Upon arrival, the Ram 3500 blew a water pump. Auto Connection did the inspection and replaced the water pump. The water pump took longer than the shop was opened, however the staff said "we are not going to leave you stranded, and we will fix it". They fixed it with a smile and we were back on our way. Great shop, trustworthy and knowledable technicians, outstanding customer service!

My outback snapped a belt on I85 and luckily we were able to pull off and make it into auto connection service center parking lot. Never heard of them, but they said they could replace the belt before they closed. We were so lucky, since it was friday before memorial day weekend. The belt was cheap, charged 1 hour for labor, even fixed a seized alternator bolt. Brought out a water bowl for my dog while we waited. Everyone there was very friendly. Cant thank them enough for turning a bad situation around for us.

I have all maintence done on my vehicles at auto connection. I have found that they provide prompt service with quality work . All of the employees at auto connect are polite and courteous. I also have my vehicles washed and detailed there . Excellent job done always with an excellent staff !

Beware of these CROOKS!!!! They will sell you a lemon for 4-5times the value of the vehicle!!! Know it's something wrong with it and still will try and talk you into buying it! They got my besties' sister with one!!! Now they're talking about taking her to court for breach of contract!!!!! They breached the contract when they sold her a lemon!!!!!!!! She was willing to do a voluntary repossession and they refused to come pick up the car......she was willing to do that bc she could no longer afford repairs and payments. The payments were ridiculous as well $350 for a 2004!!!!!!! The value of this particular vehicle was no more than $2500!!!!! I urge you to do your research on this company if you're considering doing business with them!!!! Oh and another thing ask them why they shut down their Raleigh store without properly informing their customers about it!!!!!! This company is a snake lying and waiting on its next victim please don't let it be you!!!!! We all work to darn hard for our money to be handing over to someone who is looking to get over on some innocent soul just trying to do better!!!!!

I have brought/paid for 3 vehicles from Johnny and Ricky Overby and never had problems of any sort except a battery replacement on one that I purchase back in 2010 And replaced the battery in 2012 I highly recommend auto connection good ppl to deal with

They sold me a vehicle that was leaking oil and gave me the run around for 5 months until the warranty ran out. The sensors were going crazy and the car would shut down. This vehicle put myself and my family in danger and they did not care at all. I lost time and money messing with this group of people. They take advantage of what they assume are desperate people. They don t check the cars properly but they throw them on the lit.. CROOKSThey asked me to come back every week to find out where the oil leak was coming from. When I asked them to trade it out they refused forcing me to drive a truck with stability track issues. The HENDERSON location is a no no

Never buy a car from ANY AUTO CONNECTION. TO DAMN PRICEY. Paying over 13,000 for a 2006 Chevy equinox. Always having issues. Definitely regret it.
