Highly recommend! We originally took our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to a local dealership for a cylinder issue that they fixed for $500 and had it there for over a week then quoted us $6,500 for additional engine repairs that were needed to get it back running properly. Thankfully, we were referred to Coastal Car Care and we couldn t be happier with the service! They were able to diagnose the real issue, get it repaired, and ensured it was completely resolved before pickup. After just a few days in the shop, it s running perfectly and cost us well under $1000 WITH a warranty. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. We will be using them for all our car needs moving forward. Can t say enough good things about them - thank you!!!

Love these guys. They let you know exactly what needs to be done, what likely will need to be done in the future, and what would be helpful to keep your car running good. Even more importantly, they listen to you! It's up to you to choose the services and they get it done. They go above and beyond. One mechanic even offered to stay late to get my car done. I highly recommend! My old car is like new again.

Nicole at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive to my needs and wants for my vehicle. Coastal Car Care is thee go to place for all your automotive needs. They were professional, affordable, and the process was quick and painless. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of having their vehicle serviced or repaired hands down.

So grateful to the amazing team at Coastal Car Care. Had the most challenging car issue that others were unable to diagnose and they helped save my sanity. My car for whatever reason would crank but not turn over recently. After process of elimination they finally determined that my key was not being read by the computer for security reasons and therefore would not start. The staff was absolutely amazing with helping me make arrangements to get my car there for service and even more so with getting me up with a loaner car so I wouldn t miss work. Thank you Nicole, Amy and staff .I m forever grateful

A great experience from start to finish. I needed tires on my older car and Nicole gave me several great options, not just the most expensive ones! Full alignment and inspection service too! CCC is a great full service, hometown facility. My daughter referred me to Coastal Car Care based on her positive experience with them. My vehicle broke down about a mile away from the shop last week so I had it towed there. They weren t able to repair the car due to it s age and extensive fire damage. I was heartbroken but Bob did recommend another shop. My van never made it there because the insurance company totaled it out. Nicole at the front desk was very patient through the process. Though my interaction was limited I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there on future visits should the need arise.Thank you CCC for treating a tourist/visitor fairly and with honesty

Last week, we had 2 of our daily driver vehicles go down on the same day. Thankfully Coastal Car Care (CCC) was there to save the day. The team at CCC not only got both cars in the very next morning but provided a loaner vehicle while our cars were being repaired. Their friendly communication along with vehicle reports and recommendations made the process extremely seamless. My family and I will always use Coastal Car Care for our automative repair needs. I trust Coastal Car mechanics and staff. Trust is most important to me. They communicate with customers, are timely in repairs, prices are fair (never hidden costs that pop up on the bill), they fix things right the first time (no going back).

What can I say? After being totally ripped off by another mechanic who might or might not be located near the corner of 17 and 50, I found just the opposite at Coastal Car Care. They are great! Honest, thorough, personable and timely.What more could a gal ask for?

By far amd away the best car care experience I have ever had. No one else in town even comes close. They listen to your problems, diagnose it, provide you with pictures as evidence, and give you the choice of fixing it or not with no pressure. Highly recommend without reservation. Will take everyone of my vehicles here from now on.

I want to applaud this company for its honesty & knowledgeable service. Sadly, that is a rare combination in the business world today. We take both of our vehicles to them and I have seen ample opportunities for them to charge me more than what was required. And they didn't. Phenomenal experience. I refuse go anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced. Quick , reliable service , with warranty ! (I had my front wheel bearings done ) Great Personalities, upfront pricing , I definitely recommend them ! I dropped my 2nd vehicle off when picking up my 1st ! These folks have been taking care of my vehicles for the past 3 years. They always offer outstanding service at a great price. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work. I walked into Coastal extremely frustrated after dealing with another repair shop. Everyone was so professional, nice and helpful. They had my parts in 3 days, right axle and thermal control unit on a Subaru and did an excellent repair job. They kept me posted throughout the process. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

They took care of my wife's car when I was in a pinch. I was leaving for a trip when my wife's car decided it was a good time to have it's radiator break. They we're able to diagnose the issue and conduct the repair the following day. They were transparent with their pricing and reasonable. Will definitely be taking our family's vehicles here from now on. Great customer service and easy to talk to.

Good Customer Service but the mechanics are very sly with installation of wrong parts making my engine worse, BTW comes with a warranty but I don't think it help you at all because they just walk circles around you with other problems, so just be honest that the coil was not fit in and that was the issue.

Came from out of town and needed brake pads and rotors. Friendly staff diagnosed issues over the phone and scheduled an appointment. Day of, they were ready and equipped to do the work. I was also given an inspection of the entire vehicle with pictures and recommendations on what maintenance would be needed a bit further down the road. Staff didn t push to add other items to the bill and the prices were very fair. Left with my car same day and couldn t have been happier with the experience from start to finish.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance

These guys are very professional and thorough. They might cost a bit more than your average mechanic, but they aren't your average mechanic.
