The whole team was awesome and kind. They explained everything and showed you as well. I guess my cabin filter had never been changed before and man it was nasty. My car definitely drives a little better after a quick oil change and some filter replacements. Thanks again!

I had a great experience today and the guy Brandon who helped me was lovely. I only went for an inspection, but it took them less than 20 minutes and all of them were very nice to me. I will go back for any future inspections or quick problems I need fixed!!

Great place for an oil change! It is conveniently located, prices are competitive, and the service is always fast and friendly. Just had my 2nd oil change done there on Saturday. Special shout out to Shareef, Tevin and Corbin for their expertise and expedience! I'll definitely be a return customer.

Terrible service. I had to keep asking them to get my oil change done. The guys all stood around talking. Almost 40 minutes for an oil change.

This is a friendly, competent business. They are in a convenient location on Greenville Blvd. I took my car for a state inspection and was there for about 10 minutes.

I have been going here for the past 3 years and this is by far the best experience I ve had at a mechanic shop. Everytime I come they re so friendly and they don t try to sell me anything they handle my vehicle with care and are very fast. This is the only place I will use in town they have the best customer service I recommend everyone to check it out!

First inside the auto oil change. It was speedier than the wait in the office. Of course it is close to my home. I also use them for yearly inspection as well. Only issue was paperwork said tire pressures were checked. The tire sensor light was on when I got there and when I left. I went to an air pump and two tires were underinflated. When I put air in the two tires, the light went out. They shouldn't check off work they didn't do. If they had pulled in the car, they would have noted the tire light and actually checked the tire pressures.Service: Oil change

After a bad experience at JiffyLube, I stopped by here and was attended by great staff. Service was so fast I thought they had called me from the lobby to ask something but nope, car was ready and all that was left was to check out. Sure it was only an inspection, but something tells me I should do my the rest of maintenance here.

I love this place! The guys are always professional without being stuffy and they are quick. They're very knowledgeable and give me information about my car without being pushy salesmen. As long as they are there, I'm not going anywhere else.

Fastest oil change ever! You get to sit in your vehicle the entire time. I was able to drive there and back to work with enough time to spare to grab food during my lunch break. Highly recommended for working professionals. Staff was friendly and delivered top-notch service. I'll definitely be back!

My wife had the oil changed here. The address for us is incorrect, they said the transmission is sealed and cant check level (it has a dipstick marked a/t oil), they made a HUGE mess underneath the car. Bad experience will be contacting them about poor work quality.

Overpriced oil change should have done more checking of other places first, but even the dealership charges less than this place and gives better service for the money save your money and find a different option than this place will never go to any of these places again!

I went here for a routine oil change. I m less than a week from having my baby, and Javian was quick to assist me, even offering to drive my car into the waiting line so I could wait inside in the AC. The staff was very attentive to check in on the customers in the lobby, overall a great experience. The only place I ll go!

Brennen had a great smile with a positive attitude towards me when I pulled up. Explained process as it was happening. He was very knowledgeable about products and procedures. I enjoyed communication with him. I would consider Brennen an asset to the Valvoline company! He made the process enjoyable and fun. Oil changes are usually not a fun ordeal for anyone. I will be using Brennen's location from now on. It was great to see the whole crew work together as a team. My main communication was with Brennen though. And I do not know him, but he made me feel like a Valvoline friend! Kudos Brennen.. keep up the good work!!Service: Oil change

Came in for an oil change and E didn t recommend that I get an oil change. I appreciate staff that are not looking to just charge customers for un-needed services. Definitely going back when my oil needs to be changed!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My coworkers advised me not to go to this place but I had been going for the past four years, but this time it was bad service I paid over $80 nothing but the oil change was done no air pressure check windshield wipers check like they normally do, and he had bad Attitude ..will never go back and will not recommend this place again Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went to this place just as it became valvoline they did a oil change, because I commute alot I went back for another not even 2 months later denied because they said they didn't have filters for a prius, how did they change it not even 2 months prior then?
