Today I had rims, and tires installed here. The truck drove smoother, handled better overall. I recommend this tire store. I was way overdue for this. The staff and tech great there. Get your service here.

Normally I do not have any issues with them and have bought my rims and tires from them and tires one other time before BUT I just but a set of tires from them in on April 19th and it has just been 6 months on my car...steering wheel has been shaking for last 2 to 2 1/2 months and tires roared very bad (DURUN brand)....called them and they told me to come in and they would rotate and balance them.... i came in and they said that all 4 of my tires had belts broken in every single one of them and i needed to buy 4 new tires...I told them that it had only been 6 months of having the tires and they should have warranty on the tires and I should get a new set and spoke with Jonathan today and he said that all he could do was take the set off and send them in and see if he could get me a discount on the set that I have to buy....I DO NOT THINK THIS IS RIGHT!!!! Been dealing with yall for 5 years and never had this bad of an experience before....would like for yall to correct this the proper way so I can continue to do business with yall!!! Thank you

Good customer service, and i nice selection. The only problem is the added fees.120 days same as cash has stipulations and extra fees.

Couldn't be happier finally settled on some rose gold rims. The guys there are so helpful, and welcoming. If you have concerns ask to speak to the new manager Jhonatan, he is incredibly helpful.

I was a little hesitant coming here because of the one star reviews, but I'm here to tell you that those reviews mean absolutely nothing. Joel and his crew were incredibly kind and helpful. They have so much variety in their selection and I believe they can order wheels for you too. Prices are wildly competitive. Service was quick and painless, and the prices are among the cheapest I have ever seen. I believe the people that left the one star reviews simply do not understand how economics work, or purchasing anything for that matter. This place is the BOMB. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends. Thanks Joel for giving me the hook!

Addison and his staff are first rate. 3-day wait on the rims from Detroit which was better than anticipated. Great job on the installation. Making you feel like you are a long standing customer when you walk in the door is a good way to make a first impression. Thanks guys.

What an amazing honest business!! I came in for a set of rims as I was told one of my rims was bent, which was causing my car to shake, however when they got the car up they checked everything and showed me that my rims were not bad, but my tires were. They refunded the majority of my money and sold me a set of tires. Most places would have up sold me and just had me add tires as well. Very impressed with the staffs professionalism and honesty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all tire and rims !!!

Rim Tyme is a great business if you need any thing dealing with your wheels. The manager Jonathan was nothing but short of amazing. He helped me find the wheel lock that I needed in 5 minutes !

Payed $30 for a lug nuts and tool to get home a 45 minutes later just to find out they gave me 1 right lug nut and 4 Wrong lug nuts. So I had to ride back 1 way 45 minutes for them to fix there mistakes ..... bad thing about it was no one said sorry or anything about it...... they won't get a dime out of me no ... I want the owner... I want the owner to... I want the owner to a. A simple apology would have been nice....... but no I got back in my car and took the 45 minute ride back home. What poor Customer support. Don't waste your time with these clowns ... I want the Owner to call me .....2 your reply its because he was not paying attention ................

I came in here to get 24's. The white boy in the store has the worst possible customer service. His attitude is terrible. I just took 24's off my car and he tells me I can't fit 24's. I decided to go with the 22's then after more debating he tells me that he doesn't need my business or money and to get my car out of his shop. Worst customer service I've EVER had. Wouldn't refer anyone here if they gave me rims for free. Find somewhere else to go. If i could i would give them 0 stars. Nice rims but not worth the attitude. Can definitely get rims somewhere else with better customer service and better prices. Won't ever get more rims from here. Fire Joel and get new management. He's gonna cost you guys a lot of money

The manager customer service sucks he wants to talk to like a child ...I was told If you ever can't make your payment on time give them a call and advance and I did so told them I would have it in first thing Monday morning when called and ready to give the payment he ask me why I could pay it Friday I mean what does it matter as long as the payment is in ...RUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! Where your business is appreciated because when it comes to the manager your garage go to rent and roll OR HOUSE OF TOYS they are great... Unfortunately I have to pay my rims off because I don't want my money to go down the drain Jojo and mark are great they mean business but they know how to talk to their customer

Went in this morning looking for some nice 17 rims for my Dodge Grand Caravan, walked in and was greeted that was about it . Mind you only one customer was in store at the time before us, so we walked around looking at wheels (about 15 minutes) before we were asked could we help you. I told the salesman I found a set of wheels on your website that matched what I had on my van and the new tires I just had installed on it. And here is the reaction I got .. we do not sell that size (I hate that website) ! He then said we only sell 18 and up. So despite the rudeness we walked around looking at some 18 wheels again (another 10 minutes or so) was not offered any assistance after that. So yes we left and went down the street to Rent A Wheel . Much much better service but again was told they didn t have 17 s in stock , but the sweet lady said if you want 17 s and use your new tires we can order them! Needless to say I found a beautiful set of wheels for my van with Rent A Wheel they will be in in 1 to 3 business days and I can still use my brand new tires! Paid them cash! Will NEVER go back to Rim Time! I wouldn t even give them one star but at least we were greeted when we walked in.

Was told that we could get a certain set of rims that he liked they went to put them on and said it would scrub! Took them off before even showing us we were told that those were the most expensive rims in the store, but the replacement rims that we got cost more than the ones that we were going to get! The payment that we put down was not included in the paperwork!! Couldn't really get a straight answer!

Called about two weeks ago asking for a quote for a set of tires and wheels for my vehicle. No one ever bothered to call me back to let me know anything. Called again today and I was told every thing is on backorder for the size I would need. Really? I thought that was kind of strange because another business I checked told me they could have my tires and wheels in a few days. So glad I didn't waste money or time with this place.

I found out that I paid $200 more than I could have bought them new online shipped to me and waited 3hours to install! They were not even busy! They need to fire the assistant manager Joel. What a Douchebag. I do not recommend buying anything from here. Do not #rollwithjoel !!!!!

I purchased new tires and rims a few months back. One of my tires blew and I went back to Rim Tyme to get the same tire put back on. I called To make sure they had the EXACT tire and even asked again when I got to the store. They put on the right size tire but not the brand I asked for! When I called about the problem the manager was rude, the employees lied and he told me he didn t even carry the tire I was asking for.Nasty service and unprofessional.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Warning Warning...Please do not buy no rims or tires from RimTyme in 3006 S. Memorial Dr, Greenville, NC. The White Caucasian general manager has the worst attitude ever. He does not know how to talk to people and refuses to explain the policy of how they are really ripping people off. He has the black African American young men in there working and they about scared but their attitudes are not like the manger. They will rip you off.. I purchase rims/tires in June and they charged me almost an extra $500 and the young black man told me that I could do 90 days same as cash...Wrong they tacked on all these fees waiver fees, taxes that bought it up to about $500 extra. Bottom line I had to drive a hour to come in to find out all the hidden fees they were charging because he refused to explain it to me over the phone and when I arrived he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and just wanted to know if I was paying out my account today...This is the worst sales transaction I have ever done plus he has a "don't care attitude" it's not over yet though...

I would recommend any college student to Rimtyme if you are in need of wheels or tires. They took care of me and helped me pick out the perfect set. I appreciate their honesty and good work. Even the installer in the back was polite and professional.

I was not a customer there but I know someone that was, they will call your phone over and over once you given them a payment they are already calling 4 days for the next payment. The Manager and Staff are unprofessional they they do not see any liberal to you as a customer. You can be can be over half payed of your rims they will still take your rims, even if you are only days from being late. As a non customer I ve seen the worst of how they service people I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Terrible experience. The so called sales person rude arrogant attitude! Left without any purchase as one would say "incivility" can cost a business. Never under estimate a customer male or female with money in the pocket ready to spend...do not plan to return.
