This is a long review.Thursday 2/23/2023 I dropped off my 2014 F150 at 7 am for oil change and tire rotation. Pick it up around 11 and drive back to work. 15 min ride to work. I go to put something in my truck a few hours later and notice a small amount of oil on the ground under my truck. I park in the same spot everyday with no oil spots. Did not think anything of it because it was near the filter where the drain pan was. Friday 2/24/2023 I drive it early in the morning and park it all day and come back out to about 12 hours later the same size oil spot under my truck. Still didn t think anything of it. I drive home for about 20 minutes and look under it as soon as I put it in park when I got back home. The picture attached is what I see. I call trying to reach quick lane where it was serviced at. No answer after 8 tries, I get that it s a busy place but, was continuously transferred with no answer and sent to voicemail multiple times. On the final phone call a woman answered and asked me if I was still holding for quick lane. I said yes I am transferred again with no answer. She then asked me after holding if I would like to leave a message. Frustrated I asked to talk to someone. She puts me on the phone with a manager. I wish I could remember her name but she offered to send a wrecker to my house to pick up my truck so that it could be looked at on Saturday 2/25/2023. I said that would be fine but instead said manager and a service mechanic drive to my house to look at it in my driveway (I live roughly 10 minutes from Hastings). They couldn t effectively find the problem because it wasn t lifted. They offer to take my truck back to the shop. They take it and come to find out that it was an overtightened drain plug, which caused the seal to bust and said problem stated earlier. Said that they had to put a new drain plug in and cleaned off the drain pan under oil filter. The ONLY REASON I give this review three stars is because, the manager and service mechanic were so helpful and didn t have to do what they did to fix the problem. They also apologized many times.I appreciated the service that THEY provided me. Quick lane really should check their work more than once.Service: Oil change

The staff in the Service Department and Quick Lane have always been top notch. Whenever I come in they always remember who I am and know the other customers by name as well. You won't find better service anywhere else.

We have been getting are van serviced here since it was purchased brand new. Recently had it serviced, went to pay and they charged me for a new drain plug because, the old one was damaged. They are the only ones that have been changing the oil, so why should I pay for a plug that they damaged. A couple of weeks later I tried to get it inspected on a Tuesday, and the service advisor asked if I could leave it. I ask when would he be able to get to it, and he said, Friday. Really? WTF it's just an inspection... I left and I won't ever carry another vehicle to get serviced by them again.

Since moving to Greenville to attend ECU I ve been hesitant of where to get my car serviced at, but Quick Lane at Hastings Ford was very welcoming and professional. So many car service places try to run you dry by telling you that all of these things are wrong with your vehicle just to get money out of you, but at Hastings Ford they were friendly and informed me of services I may need during my next visit with them. They even informed me of the FordPass app which can help me save money. I will definitely be coming back here!Service: Oil change

The service was great. However I was unhappy and uncomfortable with this business allowing others to be inside without a mask in the midst of corona. Every store that we go into requires a mask. No mask no business should be the policy.

Hastings ford has always taken care of my Maintenance on my Ford products. We have bought four ford fusion from Hastings ford since 2014 and the staff is great. They do all they can to take care of you. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Took my wrecker in for a flat repair, took about a hour and a half. Paid which was really to cheap, left, got a mile down the road, notice my rearend jumping up and down. Stop to look, didn't set the wheels on the dial pins. Could have lost my wheels, or could have caused a fatal wreck. Called in, was out on hold 3 times, I said y'all need to send a tech out. We'll see what we can do. 30 minutes pass, nonething, now I'm smoking. Called management, they got it on the ball. The tech that came out was wonderful, knew what he was doing, and apologized many time. My biggest problem is no one in management called, said sorry, or anything. I should have been compensated for the down time. That was my first, and last time going there.

I have always had a please try experience at the Quick Lane. They go above and beyond in terms of professionalism and customer service. I continue to go to them for all my car maintenance. I would HIGHLY suggest!
