I was able to communicate my concerns by phone and when I came in, Sam was extremely helpful and validated my concerns. Sam went above and beyond to help me get my repairs as quickly as possible. Robbie inspected my vehicle for repairs and provided two options for needed repairs. Sam communicated with me and gave honest feedback for me to select the best option. Big thanks to Sam & Robbie!

Visited the dealership yesterday for an inquiry about my current lease and a potential new lease. Although the chances of doing business with me were minimal (buying my current leased car is financially the best solution), Mr. Whitten, Mr. Phelps and team were very professional and courteous and took the time to provide all necessary information. They invested in a potential long-term relationship and behaved very ethically. I respect that a lot and I am very thankful for it.

Service was great. Staff were communicative and friendly. Drop-off / pick-up process was smooth. Pricing seemed fair. Docking a half star if I could because it took longer than I would have liked for a routine oil change / tire rotation with an appointment. Maybe that s a little unfair since the industry standard for these services are slow as molasses.

I dropped my car off the day before for an 8:00am appointment. My car wasn t touched until almost 3:30pm. No one called or notified me on nothing about my car. I had to call several times to figure out when my car would be ready. Around 4:45ish, after calling back, I was told oh yeah your car is ready and you have until 5:30pm to get here before we close. Which was nearly impossible because by the time I got there it was literally 2 minutes before they closed. I was pretty much told nothing was wrong with my car, I just needed an updated engine (something I already knew and inquired about the last time I had work done to my car at that location). Which in terms didn t explain what I came for. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my experienced felt rushed and like thats not my concern/problem . Meaning everything I talked about, explained or inquired about was just like oh well we wouldn t have made a mistake in the first place and you don t know what you re talking about. At the end of the day, this is probably one of my worst experiences. Will probably never come back.

Phelps Chevrolet did a great job fixing my truck, they did their part and gave me a new truck to drive while it was getting fixed. The problem I have is Chevrolet should have paid for this repair! They should also have a recall on the oil cooler and lines! Truck only had 20,352 miles on it.

Very friendly! I had purchased my 2021 Blazer from a different dealer and had an out-of-balance issue with my tires. Phelps was able to do a quick and easy tire balance and it rides great now! I love the text updates as service is in progress. I will continue to take my car here for any of my additional servicing needs.

I have bought two vehicles at Phelps Chevrolet. Both experiences were amazing in great part due to the exceptional skills of Robin Whitten, a long time sales professional with Phelps Chevrolet. His assistance with the details of trading in my vehicle and buying my new car made everything effortless. He educated me on the technology that I was unfamiliar with in my new 2024 car as well as going through the process of hooking me up to my OnStar app on my phone. Thanks to him and the great group of guys that work there, I am a very happy customer.

I forgot that I in south, please taking that recording down that your customer are first. I know how to put customer, your dealship does not. I brought my Chev Equinox, to get oil consumption in my car. The first experience was great but this second time was the worst customer service I have received in a dealship. Being African American woman, they think I don t know anything, Chase Service Professional , told me it was safe to drive my car long distance , but when I spoke to Matt he said it was not. They are wondering why I issue and upset about the level of service I have received. I wondering if I was a celebrity they would they treat me like this. I wondering if they would let me drive off with my car like this, or is about the $130.00 they are seeking. I am an educated African American Woman, I guess they use to African American Woman cleaning the offices and not having a word say but yes sir. Matt refuse to talk to me because I was taking 20 minutes of his time or is caught his Service Professional in a lie or not doing his job. Chase thought he could say anything to an African American Women.

Outstanding dealership. We were there, Saturday, Monday, then bought the Blazer on Tuesday, went back Wednesday and hubby bought the Z71. They let us look, answered all our questions, hubby test drove several trucks until he decided which was his favorite. Everyone was amazing but a huge shout out to Katie and Allen.

Truck was purchased from another dealer that could not make an appointment for 2 weeks. AC Issue with the current temperatures made this unacceptable. Called Phelps and Chase got me in in 2 days. Worked with my extended warranty provider and was able to get the failures covered under warranty. Excellent service and Phelps will be completing my service work moving forward.

My light was out. I needed for it to be checked. The representative checked with the mechanics to see if they had a space to look at my car. They made room on their schedule for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was happy because I have to work and wouldn't have been able to come another day. Service was provided with a smile. Thank you!

I am a repeat customer of Phelps in which this makes my 4th vechile I have purchased...That being said I feel like they should give a $1000 rebate or certain amount of oil changes for repeat customers...this is how you can do more for the repeat customers you have...

Well first of all just just went there looking for a trailblazer. Wanted to test drive one. We didn't see one on the lot. Our salesman told us that the truck had just came in and there were 3 on there. He brought out this two tone gray with black trim. My wife fell on love with it. We drove it, and my wife said that was what she was looking for. This has been our 3rd car we have brought from Phelps. Our salesperson Tim Hardee was very helpful in showing us alot of the features on the car. I am very exciting on our purchase of this beautiful Trailblazer.
