Steven was really helpful with finding the right car for me within the price range I was looking for. He went the extra mile and was sure to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai's he knew everything about the cars, features, safety, services, warranty and then some. He had great customer service skills. The sales manager MJ was also very helpful and was willing to work with me to get the best price. Joe Pecheles Hyundai is definitely a great place to get a car from. Not only was the purchase of my 18 Expedition Max in Washington, NC an easy experience last summer, but each follow up maintenance service has been handled quickly, efficiently and expertly. All the staff with whom I ve come in contact have been delightful people who treat their customers with respect.I will buy other vehicles from Pecheles in Washington and highly recommend others do the same.

Tiffany Schuck was instrumental in my recent purchase of a vehicle. She was informative, but not pushy, attentive, but not overbearing, and let me guide my buying decision, while answering my questions and concerns thoroughly. I appreciate how she handled herself throughout the process, making it easy for me to test drive, then leave, and made it welcoming to return, at my discretion.I would recommend Tiffany to someone that wants a serious concern for your needs and questions, and a free hand to guide your own process and possible buying decision, with thoughtful input along the way.

I will begin by saying that I brought my Odyssey in for an oil change in January and at the time would have given this service center a 1 star rating. The service employee I dealt with was terrible and completely uninterested in helping me with my questions regarding another problem I was having with my van. I brushed it off believing we'd be leaving town soon and other dealerships that would gladly handle my future business. Fast forward to today where I had a completely different experience! I was prepared to be underwhelmed again but I was surprised by the exceptional service. For everything lacking on my last visit, the new staff more than made up for with this one! Thank you Bobby and Courtney for your excellent service and taking the time to respectfully explain the problems I was having with the van. I would happily recommend this service center!

The 2013 Traverse is a wonderful vehicle. My experience with the staff at Joe Pecheles was caring and very understanding to my budget. Well satisfied with the chose that was offererd to me. Very proud of the outcome of my visit on 11/12/16. Robert Smith was a great salesman, he talked me through all the details that had to be put in place, and reassured me that him and his staff would work effortlessly to get the financing to go through.Thank you Joe Pecheles Hyundai

Joe Pecheles Hyundai was just great. Because of them I enjoyed the process of finding a car, which I didn't expect. My main sales person is Jay Clarke, who has remained as a contact for follow-up. Jay is a really nice person and very knowledgable--full marks for helpfulness and friendliness! Bradley Johnson, and Robert Smith were also great secondary sales team members, and together with finance rep Edwin Santiago, made it possible to get a fair deal on a car I really love (also unexpected). Their service has been wonderful as well. this is a good business with a team of nice people, highly recommended.

This is top notch service for all Hyundais. I have had bad luck with cars in the past and promised myself I would take care of my vehicle this time. This lead me to this dealership service department. They went way above and beyond the regular shop service. They provide shuttles so you don t have to wait for your car for hours and the driver they had was so nice and personable. He took me to get food and home. They caught a recall on my vehicle that was paid for by Hyundai and was done absolutely free. It was well worth the money. They included a FREE full and thorough diagnostic test and called me on whatever maintenance service I needed. Matthew is great. He helped my proritize the problems and was patient with all my decisions and helped me figure out what was best. They brought me back to the dealership free of charge and gave me extra recommendations to keep my vehicle healthy. Just when I was already happy with my service, they threw in free deluxe car washes for my vehicle! Wow! I will take my car no where else for major under-the-hood issues and maintenance. Thanks Joe Pecheles! You would have thought I bought the car from them!

My experience at Joe Pecheles Hyundai was very rewarding. MJ and Stanley Whitaker were absolutely wonderful. They were so courteous and patient. As a woman I wasn't too comfortable going car shopping alone, but I have to say they treated me well. I am enjoying my 2017 Sonata and have received many compliments. Great Staff!!!

I dropped off my friend one morning to pick up his vehicle and decided to take a quick look at the lot having been considering trading my beloved truck for a diesel car. Dan from sales approached me and shortly later I was leaving in a vehicle that I still love over a year later. Dan was not pushy or aggressive but was simply knowledgeable and paired me with the vehicle I needed. Trudi from the service department has since been exceptional and has gotten me scheduled for service seamlessly amongst my ever changing schedule. Both Dan and Trudi have recognized me and knew me by name when I return for service and have been very helpful and honest about my vehicle's pros and cons.

My Sales Consultant Joseph Ryan was excellent helping me anyway he could to get a vehicle. I live in Jacksonville, NC which is 1 hour and 30 min away and I did not have time from my schedule to come out searching for a new vehicle. So Joseph Ryan offered and drove all the way out to me and we handled everything right there. Truely a exceptional car buying experience.

Purchased my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I can't tell you how much I love the guys at Joe Pecheles. They took great care of me and my new car from the time of deciding what to get, time of negotiation, time of signing those papers, and even driving the car off the lot, they still took care of me. I'm so happy I chose this particular dealership to get my car.

Just this past week, my partner bought a car at Joe Pecheles. They treated her with respect and appreciation. After the excellent deal they gave her on a new Golf, I started to think about trading in my car for their GTI. Wow, a totally different experience. Although the salesman I worked with was great (the same one that partner had), the managers did not give me any "actual" numbers, so I wasn't sure what they gave me for the trade in or tell me the actual price of the car. It made me wonder if they were even willing to work with me at all. The payment of the new exceed what I was already paying. I wish they had explained to me why. Oh, well.

My buying experience started in the service department. My old Hyundai had started with problems that were very expensive to repair. The service department was very informative as to my options and made sure that I understood the situation. Will Turner in service was very nice and explained to me that the amount of work that needed to be done would not be worth it for my 14 year old car. He helped me out by referring me to Eric Batchelor in sales. Eric and the sales department truly went above and beyond to get me way more car than I thought I could afford on my tight budget limit. You really can't beat the amazing Hyundai warranty.

I was traveling from out of town and I had an issue with my Genesis. I called on a Saturday hoping they could fit me in. When ai arrived I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest person I have met in a dealership. Mr. Mike Green was able to fit my vehicle and I wasn t there all day as I thought I would be. Excellent customer service. Thanks for every thing.

Jay Clarke at Pecheles VW was a great help over the last couple months while I was car shopping and test driving different models! He has been very helpful, kind, and worked around my schedule and was not overly pushy during my car buying experience. I had an overall very good experience but my Golf from him. I would love to do business again with him and Pecheles in the future.

Service was great! This was my 1st visit to this location for a safety recall. Alex was pleasant and very informative. They set me up with a shuttle ride home and will provide pick up service when the vehicle is ready. The shuttle driver Qwan was so polite and social. Although, I'm waiting for the final word on my vehicle's recall inspection my intial interaction with both service employees has exceeded my expectations thus far.

Not a good experience. I arrived and was approached by the sales manager. He left without an explanation and turned me over to another sales person. When I asked why the first person left I was told he was with another customer. When I turned to see if that was true he was chatting with other sales people. No other customers in the store. I was trading in a Hyundai and they offered me far less than another dealership stating my car was not in good shape. It only has 40k miles and was 4 years old. I drove down the road and purchased a Honda that day.

Yesterday I leased a 2018 VW Tiguan in this location. I can only say that overall, my wife and me had a wonderful experience. Mr. Anthony Sutton, the sales consultant who took care of us did a tremendous job at showing us all the vehicles that we wanted to see. He was very patient, professional, polite and he had great knowledge about each vehicle and their features. He really helped us choose the vehicle with the best qualities that would fit our family and we ended up very happy with our selection. The sales Manager Mr. David Webb and the finance Manager Mr. Brittain Bissette provided excellent customer service as well, and made the entire lease process as brief and smooth as possible. I HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

Comfortable, professional environment. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've had since moving to Greenville last year. They were upfront about prices and time-frames and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I really needed my car.

After a rough experience due to some outside circumstances, the General Manager (Doug) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.I have gone through this dealer for 2 cars now, and after their excellent customer service, I would absolutely go back!Thank you Doug for your willingness to listen and help!

I just stopped by to check out a car that I saw online. They were so friendly and helpful, not pushing, I wound up purchasing a new Hyunda Sonata Hybrid that day. I am very pleased with the whole dealership. Cory was my sales representative. Very professional.

They did fix my starter. I was originally told it was one problem, then told it was something different ($400 more) My husband and I both told them to check the dash light indicators for problems. They did not. Error lights are still on. They couldn't fix this when I picked up the car because the battery had been disconnected. They kept the car from Wednesday afternoon until Friday. No offer of a loaner vehicle, they didn't clean or vacuum the car, and when I asked questions about the lights, they ignored me and left me standing there until I gave up and left. Then they had the nerve to call my husband and apologize for how they treated ME. I will find someone else to service my car from now on!!!

Joseph Ryan was our salesman awesome smart dude knows his stuff worked magic ask for him if you want straight forward answers without the salesman speew. Had an issue with finance but it was all worked out in the long run. Love our new Mitsubishi Outlander and the outcome of our visit to Joe Pecheles in Greenville NC

Nice car dealership. If you want a honest service manager talk to Neil in the front service center. If you want to talk to an a"" to to John in the Audi and vw service area. Talk and walks like an aragaont man. In this one little area you have I believe 4 to 5 brands of new cars plus what ever different used cars they got.

Have only been with others that were purchasing cars, but the experience was great. The salesman was super friendly and not too pushy. Will definitely be coming here in the future for car purchases and I always recommend my friends to go here for their car needs!

I have been taking my VWs to your dealership ever since I movedto NC back in 2008. I think that this dealership, along with themaintenance department, is a first rate business organisation thatoffers excellent maintenance at reasonable prices. The staff iswell informed and explains all mechanical problems in laymen'sterms. If the quality of service remains the same, I will be bringingmy car to you business for quite sometime in the foreseeablefuture.
