This is the ONLY O Reillys I will go to in the Greenville area. They go above and beyond to help with anything that I ve ever needed. All of the staff there are extremely knowledgeable. There is another store closer to my location and I refuse to go there for any reason. If you need anything automotive this is the only store you should be going to. Can t thank everyone enough that works there for all of the help that they have provided.

I ve been a customer of many OReilly Auto for many many years. Today I needed a headlight for my 2014 Chevy Pickup. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by Casey the assistant manager. Not only was he friendly, he found the part I needed, gave me price options, and offered to install the part! Maybe this is common at this store, im not used to that. Can I do it myself? Yes, but I m in a hurry with a long drive ahead. Casey did the install, showed me a tool they also sell, the trim piece remover, and within minutes I was on my way. This guy rocks. They don t make folks like him anymore. This man has earned my exclusive business from here on out. He was so helpful, had he told me he OWNED the franchise Id have believed him. Kudos to this man, and his rare kindness. YOU ROCK Casey!!!! A customer for life .

I give this place 10 out of 5 stars. Especially to Christian. He went way out of his way to help me with my car. Went above and way beyond his responsibilities. Super helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this store and speaking with Christian for any and all of your needs. I cannot express how grateful I am for the service I received. 10000/5 stars

Casey (hope I'm spelling his name correctly), is an absolute angel. He goes out of his way to help me, every time I need help. He's the reason I go to this O'Reillys and nowhere else. He makes sure to help me out, regardless the issue, or if I'm purchasing items or not. He's very knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know the answer, he will figure it out. As someone who doesnt know zilch abt vehicles, I so greatly appreciate him. And I know I won't be taken advantage of bc of my lack of knowledge.

Went in and talked to Christian. What a great guy. Helped me out with no questions asked and was very knowledgeable, polite and happy to help. He really went out of the way to help me. Thanks a lot.. it s hard to find people like this now.

Omg my experience was awesome. I came to buy a bulb and when I say Matt I believe his name was, he helped me change my bulb. It was a little difficult trying to put it in because the bulb was really hard to pull out of the socket,but when I say he was so dedicated and persistent to help me. He was very kind and patient and I truly admire and appreciate his help. I pray his hard work and dedication gets recognition and he gets a raise,or opportunities flow in his favor. Thank you Soo very much I truly appreciate your kindness and work ethic .We need more beautiful souls in this world like you!!!

I needed to have my battery replaced so I came here to get a new one. Grayson assisted me & put it in for me. He was very nice and helpful! Will definitely be coming back for anything else I need for my car.

I always get great service from the staff at O'Reilly's. Recently I had to return a car battery that was only keeping a small charge. They covered it under warranty for me even though it was too early to based on the life of the battery. Things like that are what keep customers coming back.

I didn't mind saying that my wife went there one night and I the next morning and those folks are GREAT. They went above and beyond ANY parts store that I've ever been to. Cayce who worked with me not only run a diagnosis check for me but also gave me what it would cost me and gave his opinion on my issues. The guy that worked with my wife took the time to explain to her what was wrong with the car and that's something I've never been able to do.Thanks guys you are Great !!!

I was helped by Christian and he was absolutely amazing. He answered any questions I had, and advised me of my best option for a new car battery. Their customer service is wonderful!! I recommend them to anyone!

Every time that I come here they're so helpful. Store full of great employees! Honestly, I cannot say enough about how much these people go above and beyond. No other store goes above and beyond like the employees at O'Reilly's. Employees like Grayson is why I am brand loyal to O'Reilly's.

This group is the newest to Greenville. They offer a rewards program so don't forget to sign up. Their prices are better on most items than their competition. So far I have had friendly and professional service from this location.

I came for a battery test and was met with extremely professional and informative service. Casey went above and beyond and checked my alternator as well. Best O'Reilly's location in Greenville for sure.

Normally I like this store as the guys are VERY helpful BUT my last experience here says they won't get another dime of my money. The 2 females that work this store are rude and not knowledgeable AT ALL. I went in asking to have transmission fluid checked...was told by 1 of them standing at the counter EATING a sandwich that's NOT a service they provide but they can walk u thru the process....not happy about this but I agree. She then dispatches the other lady outside and she then comes out and starts READING me instructions!! REALLY!!??I coulda done that with youtube!! WILL NOT RETURN!!

Great customer service, LOVE the fact the offer Military discounts. They have always had my items in stock whenever I have came in and the prices for the items I purchased were cheaper then Autozone and Advanced Auto.

TERRIBLE RUDE DUMB STAFF. First time I went here I walked in the store and they 3 employees behind the counter just looked at my like why are you here, no one offered to help me find something, then when I was ready to check out I stood there for 5 minutes before one of them acknowledged I was waiting to pay for my item. My wife went yesterday, said the whole staff just look dumbfounded when a customer is in the store or checking out and very rude. I went again today to return something and the 3 people working acted the same way, GET SOME MGMT TO HELP THIS PLACE OUT!

Went through a stressful process for almost a year trying to get a bad battery replaced. Mechanic told me that it tested bad & O Reilly told me every reason why the warranty will not cover it. Respectfully will not purchase anything else.
