I stopped at the Greenville NC location in search of some parts my mechanic left up to me to find and let me just say the staff was terrific in assisting l from start to finish! Henry & Gene both were extremely knowledgeable while going above and beyond to answer any questions i had.Great store , great guys for sure.

I am very happy with the experience I had at Napa last week! My car battery died out of the blue and within the same hour or less of ordering online, my battery was ready for pickup and installment. Mr. Gene was amazingly helpful with my car and helping me be informed of what was going on (was unsure if it was the battery or alternator). The team was also very useful in helping me out as soon as I walked in. I am very grateful for NAPA and their customer service and I look forward to visiting them again for my cars needs.

My car was not cranking alot. Had to jump it. Was told by Honda dealership battery was fine I needed to drive more. WTH Was told by advance auto it had a charge. Was told by Tonya at Napa not enough juice to crank the car. So they overnighted me a new one , because they didn't have the one I wanted (the one Tonya suggested) in the store. Henry put it in, did a great job. Was most helpful. Decided to buy windshield wipers. It only took Henry 4 minutes to change the blades. Go Napa. My dad told me they were on point, but I was amazed at the customer service I received. Thank you Tonya and Henry your the best!

Horrible customer service. Called maybe 15 minutes ago to ensure what I wanted was in stock. I knew they were closing at 1:00 I told him I d be there before the close. I made it with 5 minutes to spare. The guy literally cut the open sign off as I m walking up and pulling on the door refusing to let me in. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Good service. Mixed up my paint colors with out a problems. A little expensive for 2 cans of spray paint . But I recommend this store .

Screwed me on an item clearly was discussed & new was returning from coast to coast traveling. Got to get better for the custoners who are buying & you know are returning. Not doing that Speaks for Itself. Doesn't it Henry?

They were busy, but the service was pretty slow even considering that. The salesman was not very helpful and prices were high. I probably won't return.

Friendly, tried to help, but didn't have what I needed. If I did buy what they brought out of stock, I would of had to purchase a couple set of bearings and seals and and only needed one seal...

I actually see why part stores are going out of business I wrote on a sheet of paper the part I need crossfire srt6 supercharger belt 8 rib and they still gave my wife the wrong dam belt ,after she said they read the paper they should know the base crossfire is a 6 rib no supercharger good gog people .
