Don t bother using them for installation of tires that you purchase thru Amazon. Even though you paid for the tire installation from this facility from Amazon because they are a authorized tire installer they WILL cancel your appointment the day before and they WILL get a attitude when you try getting the tires that YOU PAID FOR back from them. Even with emailing them the Amazon Invoice. I will HAPPILY get my tires installed elsewhere from someone who actually does want my business and money. They WILL claim that they didn t cancel the appointment as well. It wasn t me or Amazon who canceled it. I already asked Amazon Customer Service Support. Feel free to comment how I m lying or that I m a terrible customer and that you don t want my business Memorial Mr Tire. We re in agreement that I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU EVER AGAIN.

I ll be blunt and honest do not bring your car here unless you want to have to spend more money to fix what they screwed up I spent the total of over $3000 getting a complete tuneup on my car just to find out a week later that things need to be refixed incompetence here, is unbelievable I repeat if you want to waste your money and your time please go here otherwise don t. Rush jobs not done correctly not put together correctly. Creates more issues than solving the problem.

Business logoCustomer Feedback SurveyThank you for your response!Let the world know.I'm not one to leave or make negative comments for trivial things that businesses go through from time to time however in this instance negative comments are warranted. I came to this establishment when there was no one there around 8 30 am. There appeared to be 2 workers servicing several cars. I was there simply to get a tire patched or plugged, a 15 minute fix tops. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk it would be 1 hr 30 minute wait due to them being short-staffed. I was there exactly 1 hr 30 minutes before my vehicle was even started on. A worker appeared to have arrived late but did start on my vehicle or fix the tire. I could not opt to leave once I was told the wait time because I was losing air-pressure and Mr. Tire was the first service center I saw. This was a company vehicle and I was on the clock at the time. I'm not saying this is a bad place to do business but I wish they were more accommodating to my situation seeing as they didn't have any customers at the time as my fix would have only taken a few minutes. I'm not from the Greenville area, I was only in town for work-related purposes so maybe this was not the norm for Mr. Tire. I do not wish to cast any aspersions on the company, I'm just simply stating the facts.Click to Copy

I went to Mr. Tire today for an oil change, and realized my Tires need replacing also.They have a special on certain tires, buy 3 get 1 free. Jeff really made me feel right at home.I went there without an appointment and they were very prompt with service for me.His staff were very helpful and friendly with maintenance to my vehicle. I gave them 5 stars. Keep up the great work Team.

New to Greenville and was sent to Mr. Tire to see Jeff the service manager by a friend who works for Enterprise. Was at the shop first thing Tuesday morning (7:30) and walked in where Jeff was sitting at the desk. Understanding that people are different and have different personalities. This guy is a complete jerk. I was polite and friendly telling him why I was sent and to ask for him. Couldn t believe this guy insulted me and throwing shade. I asked for my keys back and said I d find someone else. All to do a simple safety inspection on a vehicle that is a year old. If I wanted to sling insults back, I would ve commented that he should try and get a shampoo that is for greasy hair and maybe see if Mr. Tire had some managerial courses for customer service on being polite and decent. We don t all speak in a whimpered voice or lack animation especially when a customer is giving business that pays his check and is being polite. I still can t wrap my head around how insulting this jerk was this morning with no provocation whatsoever. Drove directly to Firestone on Greenville Blvd and the guys got me right in. Polite and we even had a chuckle while the inspection was being done. My last time at Mr. Tire.Update: called the customer service number as Mr. Tire requested and spoke to generic rep. They do nothing but send to their district manager who she claimed was new and would be calling me. She said anything new you wanna add to the complaint on which I tried to elaborate a little bit further and she was as uninterested and dismissive as I expected. I am a degreed professional and in my experience of being in the workforce for awhile, stuff (a polite and alternative to the expletive I d prefer to use) ALWAYS runs downhill. This is why these lower managerial staff are kept and not replaced as they should be. When their bosses and upper managers treat them this way, it passes to their customers. Never forget this. I ve seen this happen all my life and the principle has rarely been flawed.

Jeff was great and very helpful. Took care of my tire as quickly as possible and nice guy. He also knows what the hell he s talking about and I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful service. Best customer dealings. Person at the front desk was so nice and let us in quickly for tire pressure check for our Tesla. The person came for service was so pleasant and friendly. Didn t even charge for the service.

Mr. Tire on Memorial Blvd. has been my go to for years. Love the customer service! It's the #1 reason I continue to go back. The service is always great as well, and they're prompt.

5 stars to Mr Tire Memorial blvd in Greenville. My car had an issue and they worked me in. Used quality Napa parts per my request and everything about the visit was wonderful. Good waiting area with tv.

Jeff the manager was given 3 chances to get an alignment correct for one of my customers we first brought it to them and got it back the steering wheel was way off and pulling hard to the left they took my money then. After that I take it back to be redone and was told there alignment guy would not be back untill the next Monday so 5 days later they call and tell me it needed camber keys I said ok do it if that will fix the alignment then the next day he calls and says not the rear axle in the truck is out (keep in mind solid axle trucks do NOT have any adjustments in the rear and would not have anything to do with the front end)and they can t get it aligned so I go to pick it up he charges me another $207.00 and the truck is still the same as it was the first time I took it to them and that there alignment guy had left for the day at 2:30. I took the truck to Meineke and 30 minutes later they call and say it s done and good to go and there was no need for camber keys the front end was just way out of alignment. I call Jeff back and ask for a refund at this point I have spent $286.00 and never got it fixed and he tells me NO they will not refund my money and that they had to pay the tech and I told him but your tech did not fix the truck and made me spend more money on parts we did not even need and he still refused I also told him the other shop fixed it in 30 minutes with no issues he still refused Do NOT USE THIS PLACE I am a business that was spend 5-8 trucks a week to this place for alignments and have had many issues with them still pulling leaving boots loose on upper control arms several times this is bad business at it finest and poor management just a employee there to get a paycheck and has no degree of customer service

Devin really took care of us! We really needed my front brakes done and Jiffy Lube couldn t do it! Mr.Tire rocks and he even stayed late to make sure we had great customer service.

To anyone considering going to this establishment to have their car checked in any way. Please avoid this place. I came here for an issue with my car, was charged alot of money without the issue resolving. Please find another establishment if you value your car.

Always great service when I come here, they have always been very honest and good to me. I ve never had bad service when I have visited here. They showed me what was wrong with my car when something needed fixed and a lot of places do not do that. I was blessed by going here and I absolutely recommend this shop. Thank you for everything you ve done for me. I will forever continue to bring my car here

My mom came in from out of town and had a piece hanging from her vehicle, they fixed it in less than a minute , they were very nice and considering, I will be returning for services for my vehicle.

This is the second Mr tire location I have been to in Greenville Nc. I went to this location 2/4/23 on memorial drive to get my oil changed. When I got home I parked my car in the garage. The next morning I looked under my car and oil was everywhere. I will not go back to either location again. I tried to contact the owner when this happened the first time at the Greenville BLV location, but no one called me back.

Cannot say enough about the great service my son received here specifically by Geoff and Austin. My son has rims with a very odd socket size and these two knocked it out of the park! Their service and attention was top rate and the courtesy extended was awesome! From a mom 1.5 hours away knowing her son was getting great service is a huge relief. Thanks again!

After a random streak of bad luck for my fianc�s truck and it having a valve issue on 4th of July week with every other shop closed, Mr. Tire came through! Got it done the very next day quickly, it was affordable, with awesome custom service. Thank you Mr Jeff and your team!

After over 10 years of friendly service. Jeff was unnecessarily rude, disrespectful to my wife and I... All because of a misunderstanding. After a minor accident my wife had a blowout tire, we went to Mr. Tire, already upset due to the sudden unexpected expense. Instead of our usual good experience, we were met with a smart alec rude attitude after asking a simple question of Jeff. We were felt very pushed to the side. We will not be back.

Worst customer service l have ever received. Went there to have some wheels looked at. Person at the desk told me that I would need an appointment. Explained that I did not expect immediate service and just wanted them to take a look and possibly provide an estimate then or later, if necessary. Also explained that I had driven 30 miles and preferred not to make a return trip just for them to take a look. Person refused and, of course, I left. Went to Firestone down the street and they helped me right away. I will never go to Mr. Tire again.

This business and staff would get a 10 STAR rating if it were an option. I called midmorning today and asked if I needed an appointment for an inspection and was told I did. I was then asked what was convenient for me, I explained I was from out of town, would only be in town and hour and I had just realized this morning my sticker would expire soon. I was told to come on to the place of business and they would take care of it.Staff was so nice, and i was on my way with inspection completed within 15 minutes.

Had a Labor Day tire leaking air. When I went to fill it, found a nail. Called and spoke to Jeff and he said come right over. We were in and out in less than an hour. The waiting room was nice and cool. Also has wifi though I didn t use it. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!!

Manager is horrible. Lied about the wait time originally, told me it was little to no wait. When we arrived told us to park the car & wait 45 minutes to an hour. It was just me, him & my sister outside. Never told us to go in. When 45 minutes passed I went inside to see what was going on. He lied & said he told us to go in. I informed him he did not. Then he said 5 people were around. That was not true as I mentioned only me, him, & my sister. When I told him to roll the camera if they had cameras. He looked as if he seen a ghost. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate.

I had a great first experience here! My tire was leaking and they checked everything out and fixed it quickly. EJ did a great job! Will definitely be back with anything else I need in the future.

BEWARE!My daughter took her van into this business because the brakes were squishy. She scheduled an appointment for 10am in the morning. An hour after her scheduled appointment time they finally looked at the van. Sometime later the person working behind the desk said that the master cylinder was bad. $800. After two more hours, the con man came back and said a "pin" was stuck and had to be replaced... for $100. Then con man came back a third time and told her that the ABS control module was incorrectly installed. (This had been replaced by the service department at a Toyota dealership - so this con man was lying.) While checking out, she asked to see the parts that were "bad." Con man told her that corporate policy would not allow them to show the parts.Unless you like supporting shysters, Avoid this location.

Absolutely love this place. My car had a bunch of different issues and they had to order parts for it. Got my car fixed as soon as they could and they even advocated for those parts to be delivered when they said they would be. Would definitely recommend!
