Pete and the team are the best! After they did such a great job painting my truck a couple of years ago, we came back to them with an unusual request to paint some kitchen appliances for us. We wanted an uncommon color that wasn't available, so were looking for a custom job. Pete and the team gladly took on the job, even though this was the first time ever trying to paint appliances. The outcome was fantastic! They used two colors to paint some of the parts dark bronze and some of the accent parts black. You can see from the photos that they knocked it out of the park! Not only did they do an excellent job, but they worked with us patiently to understand what we wanted and did everything with a friendly, great attitude. Highly recommend this shop for any car or appliance painting you may need!

Got my Jeep painted here a year ago and they were the worst. Told me it would take about a week, two weeks Max. After 2 weeks they hadn't even started on it. I was paying for rent a car out of pocket and after 2 weeks I told him I'd needed my vehicle back. On the 18th day at demanded my vehicle back and they hurried the job and shoved it out the door with so many flaws and overspray on everything. They didn't even try to hide it. I called to see if they would fix it and they told me I would have to drop it off and offered no money back or courtesy vehicle considering I had nothing else to drive. It's only been a year and the paint is already peeling off. Don't go here! I can promise you, you'll instantly regret it.

I brought in a 105 Howitzer to Maaco of Greenville NC that had been sitting in front of our VFW post for 23 years, and had served the military over 50 years before that. There were numerous layers of paint and lots of rust. The people at Maaco were great and their level of excitement to actually be doing the cannon for us was incredible. They jumped on the project and worked with us with all the little details as things came up during the process. What started as a simple strip and paint ended with several variations, from black accents to clear coating brass pieces that were discovered during the process. I cannot say enough about they way they worked on and cared for the cannon. I also spent quite a bit of time there during that process and observed them working on other vehicles and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the level of service they provide. I will be bringing my own truck in for paint and repair.Update 7-8-23So I picked up my 2006 Dodge 2500, they fixed and replaced the cab corners and rocker panels, took out a few dents and gave it a new coat of paint the truck looks great and the price was great, since this is my work truck didn t want to break the bank. The staff is great to deal with and made sure everything we talked about was completed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would give 5+ stars if this were just for the paint job. Kudos to whoever painted my car. I love the new color. Tudor Red (it was kiwi green)! I'm a little disappointed in "some" of the customer service. If you tell a customer you will call them, call. Someone in that office needs to be dedicated to the customers and make sure that business with them is handled in a timely and professional manner daily.

Friendly representative. I got my car back per estimated promise date. I paid Extra for paint blending. It looks like a burgundy bumper on a red car. I was told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the paint to cure. I am on day 5 of the waiting but I am having a hard seeing how this paint is going to change colors. Pic attached. I'll update my review if my current situation changes.Update: I took my car back to Maaco and got it back on 4/27/23. Absolute worst experience ever. It was only a slight dent and scuff marks they needed to fix. They tried to cut corners and delivered my vehicle so horrible. It looked better with the scuff marks. And the 18-year-old shop manager, Ricky is an arrogant and disrespectful young man. And The owner Pete is the same. After my husband and I ripped them a new one and made them fix their sloppy work. They delivered it to us again, still sloppy. And to make matters worse, they have the nerve to be careless on a $140K vehicle. Such incompetent people.

I am very pleased with the service and paint job completed by Maaco in Greenville, NC. My 1995 Jeep Wrangler was badly faded and had some rusting on the hood. I was told about the job and what to expect from the process and given a fair quote prior to the work being done. This look like a beginners paint job. They are one of the worse paint shops in Greenville. I did not have a great experience with them. Their customer service was bad as well. I took my car to them about 2 weeks ago because I needed my driver side doors painted. However they called me a week later and said it was ready for pick up. I got there and looked at my car, I had scratches on my car that wasn t there before. Also, you could see paint dropping around my car door panel. They told me they were going to buff it out, however they didn t. You can still see and feel the roughness on my doors. They told me to leave the car again & that it would be ready in a few days. Every time I called about my car, they gave me the wrong despot my car & the wrong detail information about what they supposed to be doing to it.So, I left my car yet again to get fixed, then the told me that it was ready & that I had to bring my car back in 4-6 weeks to get it buffed out. I m like are they serious. This is the worst place to take your car if your need it done professionally. Then on top of that, it looks like they changed out my driver side back cover of my mirror. It has paint smudges all on it and it a totally different color than my car. I talked to two different ppl. One who said he was the manager and the other one was Ricky. Ricky is very rude when he is on the phone. The should reimburse my money. I think I ll call the corporate office and let them know my concerns.Service: Painting

I was highly disappointed in my services, the body work was a mess the entire job was messy. The work was not put back together properly, my car was in the shop for 2 weeks only for it to come back in worst condition than what it was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MACCO FOR ANY BODY WORK. My window is off track , it won t even roll down properly, my tint was scratched up, paint job was a 1 out of 5. The manager was rude attitude was horrible. My next step is to contact corporate.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. They repaired a small dent on the side passenger door and repainted the front bumper of my BMW 750 looks brand new. I had my car scuffed and resprayed from gray to black, a small dent in the trunk filled and sanded and had trunk emblem holes filled 6 months ago. Overall for the im very very happy with the result. Brian was very transparent about how long it would take and I felt like I was updated the whole time on the cars status. The body work was exceptional and you can't tell that anything was ever there. The paint quality is excellent as well. After getting it painted i waited a few weeks then polished the car and sealed it with a ceramic sealant. The paint has held up very well and you can only notice very few small details in the paint and masking but overall it looks super great and im very happy with the results, especially for the price. I would and have been recommending Greenville Maaco to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a truck painted with MAACO in Greenville. The guys there are friendly and service is good. I was told the turnaround would be a week and a half and it took a month. The paint job looks good. Brought a 20 year old truck back to life. The front grille was sanded but didn t get painted. That s my only major issue. Was told to bring it back in a month to have it painted so not to damage the new paint.Service: Painting

My experience with Maaco was amazing, the customer service was outstanding, they treated me like I was only person that mattered. The paint job and fender replaced was so amazing, it actually looks like a completely different car, I have had nothing but compliments on the car and people asking where I got it done, and I tell them Maaco in Greenville on Greenville Blvd SW. Had my car painted here last week. Tons of trash and orange peel in the paint. Looked like a beginner painted my car. I do not recommend this Maaco at all! -Also I don't want some comment from Maaco on this post saying how sorry they are or how I should contact them via email or call to talk to them. They should have done a better job with my car from the beginning.

I was recommended to them by a friend to have the whole car painted and after I read the reviews I felt more confident to utilize their services. My van crossed paths with a rather large bear on Thanksgiving day in the middle of nowhere-ville, NC. The bear took a tumble and continued on his path while my van's front end was crumbled. Thankfully, no humans and hopefully no bears were seriously injured in the making of this holiday story. On the other hand, the van was in bad shape. We quickly discovered that nothing is open but hotels and gas stations on Thanksgiving weekend and the area we found ourselves was called Bear grass, go figure.With much help from our hotel staff, we were able to get in touch with Maaco in Greenville, NC. Ricky was God sent. He made everything go extremely smoothly with getting our van to them and working with us for the repairs. He arranged the tow truck which came about 3 hours after talking to him. Plus, he was willing to work with us long distance, as we were still three hours from home.There was a long list of repairs, as one would expect when a bear tries to hug your van during his nightly run. Ricky, the owner, and the repair team were able to assess the van and come up with an affordable solution to repair my van. I even recieved a progress video via text that showcased the beautiful paint job and the mostly completed work. It was wonderful. We picked up our van shortly after Christmas. She is beautifully whole again. They did good work and provided a 4 year guarantee on the work they preformed.I plan to share my holiday bear story for many years to come which will also included Greenville's Maaco team for the excellent work they preformed and kindness they extened to us during our first and hopefully only bear encounter.Thank you Maaco for your skills and expertise.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to take it back a second time because they messed the paint up totally the first time. The young man who supposedly did the paint on my car was rude. He would not let me speak and talked down to me.

Changed price 20 percent after starting. Did an amateur job. Masking done poorly. Dirt in the paint. Emblems in the front seat. Pin stripe missing. . If you have a nice car, find about shop. Warranty not what was "sold". Given in writing after I paid.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My 2007 Toyota 4Runner had sever paint damage on the hood, many many chips to bare meta. The roof paint was almost all gone.I brought it on for an estimate and was more than happy with the partial (hood and roof) or complete paint vehicle.I opted for a complete job and after 14 days picked up an unrecognizable Beaty of a car!First impressions? Amazed! Will see how it holds up to Eastern NC summer outside all the time.Very pleasant staff to deal with!Service: Painting
