They installed a hitch and hitch basket on my 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. It was way below what Honda quoted they could do it sans the basket and cover. I am thrilled with it. It is easy to maneuver and lightweight. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was great.

My husband and I placed an order through Leonard who represents the manufacturer. Due to circumstances beyond Leonard's control, we were unable to obtain our purchase. The store manager advocated on our behalf to the manufacturer and saw to it that we receive a full refund.We were impressed with the manager's professionalism and how he handled a very difficult situation. We are very grateful for this outcome and for the customer support they offer.

I wish I could give them 10 stars.A HUGE shout out to Jamie Seymour and his staff always friendly service and fast installation today!We made an appointment and we were in and out, in an hour or so.The prices were great, they had everything we needed.If you need new truck accessories, or a building, do yourself a favor and call them today!!

I recently bought a truck cap from the Greenville store. This experience was nothing other than ridiculous. I was told 3 to 5 weeks for the cap. It ended up being closer to 7. The system was down so my paperwork that should have been printed out 6 weeks ago was not ready. We had to go to the Lendmark office ourselves to pickup the paperwork ourselves and take it back to the store in order to get the cap installed. The cap is extremely nasty with fiberglass inside and out. They washed it off only to make my entire truck look disgusting. The customer service is a joke. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!

They didn t check the trailer to make sure the lights on the trailer worked after they fixed them. It took them a whole two hours just to fix the lights. When we got the trailer back out left side light was still not working. The associate also didn t inform that the trailer was ready. He just hook it up to our truck and walked away. Worst service ever.

Jamie Seymour was super helpful. My installation only lasted 30 minutes when I expected to wait over an hour. I truly recommend Jamie to anyone visiting Leonard.

Love my trailer. Every time I put my lawn mower on it or take it off I got to beat it back into shape with a sledgehammer. They told me my lawn mower would go on up and off easily and that was a lie.

Excellent and easy buying process. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable about the trailer and the benefits of the trailer I was looking for. Definitely recommend him and Leonard s for anybody looking for a trailer from Leonard s.

Great customer service! Naomi was very knowledgeable about the various options available and scheduled for an install while I waited. Out in less than 30 minutes with the new bed cover!

My husband, Hunter Manning purchased a camper shell from this store because we have always tried to purchase local and have used Leonard's a lot in the past. Once the camper shell came in, it was installed and apparently never checked out by anyone very well. There was damage to the camper shell itself and they left all the drill shavings from the install in the truck and all over the headliner. The windows were obviously never cleaned because they were extremely dirty. When you spend this amount of money as a small business owner it is very disappointing to see these kind of results. I was expecting much more, maybe my expectations where to high. Ended up having to go back to the store to have it removed and sent off to be repaired. Hopefully it will be returned as soon as possible so I do not have to load and unload my tools daily to keep them from being damaged or stolen. If not for Richie Murray I would have just asked for a complete refund and went and purchased one from another store, but he truly acted like he cared. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. He acted like my business mattered to him. I plan to purchase several other items for my truck, but I will not be purchasing anything else from Leonard's unless this issue is completely resolved, hopefully sooner rather than later. Accidents happen and people can't control everything. Hopefully when this is over I will be able to change this from a 2 star rating to a 5 star rating based on customer service provided.Update on review: Leonard's staff have gone upon and beyond with getting this situation resolved and have done everything possible to help with making sure I was satisfied.

I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and Naomi Johnson, Assistant Manager, found me a top of the line trailer cab at another location, saved me $1,500, and scheduled installation within days. I m beyond thrilled with Naomi. She is a blessing to Leonard s.

I'm delighted to write this review for Leonard Truck Accessories in Greenville, NC. Richie (the manager), has been outstanding, courteous, and very knowledgeable with any questions that I've had with the product that we've purchased. My parents have used Leonard's in the past for various needs, now I can see why they've continued to be repeat customers. Another important thing to know about Richie, is that he's a great problem solver. He knows how to think quick on his feet, look at the resources at his disposal, and make appropriate decisions to ensure that the customer's experience is genuine and successful. The staff in general have been responsive and have contributed to an overall successful experience for us. I would recommend this store and the staff to anyone.I would however, suggest that they hire additional staff, as there are times that I've observed there to be so many customers, that it's tough for the staff to get to everyone without a bit of a wait. I'm sure this is beyond Richie's control, but this store is so busy and such a strong foundation in the local community, that it deserves the best! You can bet that I'll go back to this store if I should have any product needs that they can assist with in the future!Thank you Leonard's Building and Trucking!

I was referred to this store in Greenville, NC after a store closer to my hometown failed to follow up with me on two different occasions. Richie, the store manager, work diligently with me over the phone for several days to try to find the products that I needed and to get them on order and in the store at a very good price. They installed everything beautifully; the service was outstanding, and the friendliness and the overall experience was such that they made you feel at home. I would recommend this store to anyone, even if you have to drive an additional hour to get to it like I had to. Thanks everyone!!

On a van I have they installed a brake controller and wired for trailer lights, other than a minor misunderstanding, they did a great job. Everything works correctly and was a neat job.

Went and applied for a trailer and never got a call back.That's not very professional.So the question is was it because I was black.But the loan company called and asked did we get the trailer."Lendmark" not giving no one of dark color a trailer unless you Hispanic are some type.

When we stopped in this afternoon, the woman working was dealing with a customer. No biggie. However, at no point during our 10-15 minutes there did she say "hello", or "I'll be with you in a minute" - or anything to even acknowledge our existence. She even walked right past us to go outside with the other customer and still said nothing. Our sure sale and the money we would have spent spends just as well someplace else with people or a company who actually values their customers and acknowledges their existence.

The 2 gentlemen that I dealt with were very professional & nice, however I ordered my truck cover on Monday or Tuesday & was told it would arrive Thursday. It did. However it didn't have the correct stuff in the box/was the wrong version. I'm suppose to start work Friday. Now I can't work because I have no truck cover & It's too late of notice to find another. Now I have to hope I still have my job come Monday Or whenever the truck cover comes in. This is gonna screw over my family for the holidays. So buyers beware.

Went shopping today for last minute Valentine's Day Present for Hubby. The manager walked me around there showroom and suggested a tow and stow for his truck. He was very knowledgeable an a huge help in my time of need. Great Staff, Great Prices.
