The service was great. I took my Kia in to have the recalls done & Jennifer was so professional & friendly. I was made comfortable while waiting & was even provided snacks. My car was ready in about 45 minutes & they started on time. Thank You Lee Kia of Greenville.

I Purchased a new Kia some time ago from another dealership due to the national supply shortage (that place just happened to have the one I wanted) but have it serviced regularly at this dealership.My review is for the service side of the house, not the sales side.They ve been wonderful! On multiple occasions I ve had to bring my car in for random things like nails in my tires, air pressure and a small software glitch that was easily fixed. They didn t hesitate to squeeze me in when I needed them to, don t charge outrageously (for maintenance and non warranty items), they have a friendly staff and a great waiting room filled with snacks and coffee while your car is serviced. Great place with great people.

The service center is always wonderful. Jennifer is always attentive and very helpful with questions and concerns. Ryan, remembered who I was, even from purchasing my past car a few years ago. He assisted me to see if I was able to purchase a new car and went above and beyond normal sales associate. Thank you to everyone for their assistance. Will always return.

I was in town for a meeting and stopped by Kia of Greenville on my way back to Raleigh. I had been to a Kia dealership in my hometown and was disappointed by the lack of care and consideration that was given to me. I stopped by Lee Kia of Greenville hoping to get a better experience and I received exactly that! My salesman Brandon was patient and listened carefully to what I was looking for. He worked diligently to show me my options in my price range and ultimately found me the perfect car! I cannot say enough positive things about the Service experience at Lee Kia of Greenville!! I have been a customer of Lee Kia for 18 years now and Jimmy has been my Mechanic and Service Advisor for my 04 Sorento the entire 18 years. He is an Outstanding Master Mechanic! We ve taken our vehicles there for everything from oil changes to inspections to maintenance and new tires and even major repairs and we ve ALWAYS gotten the best service possible! Judy and the Service Team there are Outstanding at their jobs! From a customer service perspective, you have to communicate and connect with the customer to ensure they are heard. This team has ALWAYS done that! I always leave feeling like a valued customer and that is the goal, the standard you should always strive for in the Service industry! Keep up the outstanding work and you will always have my business!

Lee Kia of Greenville has been a wonderful place for us to do our business. The staff are pleasant and attentive. I normally take my vehicle for service but I was recently unable, so I asked my husband to take my vehicle for me. He has talked so much about his experience that our daughter says she's wanting to take her vehicle to Lee...and it doesn't even need servicing.

Since I've purchased my vehicle from Kia, I have gotten it service here. Everyone is aways so friendly, and I love the atmosphere. I don't mind waiting to have my vehicle serviced, because the waiting area is very comfortable. I'm not planning to go anywhere else but Kia.

My experience has improved almost ten times over this year than years prior. I used to dread coming to this place and get service for my car because I d be hounded by salespeople to purchase another vehicle. Now, if I am in the waiting room I am greeted and offered nice refreshments. Service people actually tell me what my car needs and recommend future services to keep me up to date on what s going on with my car (this was not the case in previous years). Overall, LEE KIA is changing for the better. Unsure if there is new management, but someone is pushing it all in the right direction.

I had an issue with my headlight that I tried to fix myself. I took it to Lee Kia and they thought they corrected my error. Before I left Greenville the warning light came back on. I took it back to Kia, they found the problem and corrected it. I haven t had any issues since. I was 100% satisfied with my service

Kia of Greenville has been my dealer for many years and now my family also have Kia vehicles. I have only good things to say. They take very good care of us and like family. It's a pleasure to go and have service done and when it is finish and leave you know it is done to the best of their ability and knowledge. The awaiting time was alright. I did like the young s guy CS, something we do not see quite often nowadays. So, kudos for him (cannot recall his name, but he is in his 20 s. I also was kind of disoriented with the new parking spots for the Service entrance, as in the past there used to be 2 spots for regular drivers. However, the lady wearing a white/creamy pullover was extremely nice and helpful I also did like the CS of some other staff asking if we needed some snacks/drinks.

The service is top-notched from start to finish. Whether you prefer to wait, in their clean and comfortable waiting area and have coffee and a snack or get a ride to the Mall, as I did, Corey or Jennifer will keep you abreast of the status of your service. (All service is approved by you prior to being performed.) "Tellia" enjoyed her free car wash eventhough she'd be covered with pollen again by the time we arrived home. Thanks again, Lee KIA Service Dept.

My car buying experience was amazing! When I first pulled up, I wasn't harassed or jumped on. You know the feeling when the salesman are like piranhas, knocking on your window lol. I had the privilege of working with Ryan. He had all the knowledge and experience. I noticed his employee of the month plaques, and I see why he has so many. This man knows his stuff and he's so down to earth. He listened to my wants and needs and delivered. I walked in a few hours before closing, and left with a vehicle within the hour. The staff are genuinely friendly and they care about the customers. I wish I got the young lady in finances name. But shout out to her too, she was so caring. Lee of Kia Greenville is where you want to go, you won't be disappointed. Plus they have nachos in the waiting room ya'll!!

Got several reminders of my appointment got there on time, they got me to sign paper and to me it would take about an hour. Well guess what, 20 min later they came to tell me they didn t have the part and I would have to return another time. I had made the appointment 3 weeks earlier no excuse to have this happen. I traveled 60 miles and no compensation. By the way, It was recall safety item. Terrible service. J

Your Service tech, Corey, came up and greeted me upon my arrival, confirmed what was going to be serviced on my vehicle and showed me to the customer lounge.When my vehicle was ready, he walked me to my car, had the door open, shook my hand, answered a couple of questions I had about maintenance and told me if there's any way they could be of assistance, to not hesitate to let them know. I was very impressed with this young man. Your dealership is fortunate to have him.

I had taken my Sorento there for about a year and had her form with the service. They re really good at communicating and being accommodating. Lounge is pretty nice, amenities and prices aren t too bad.I have to ding stars for a recent interaction. In short, they believe in coincidence more than I m able to. After a routine service, I started seeing smoke. I had an appointment coming up and I asked them to look at it which they did. It was a gasket malfunction of some kind and of course, was going to be expensive.I mentioned that it didn t seem right that I had only started having the issue after my last service. I asked if there was any possibility of error on their end. They were a firm no. The service manager offered to give a discount on service (which already existed in their website); it remained a firm, albeit polite, no all the way to the GM. Never rude; not flexible in that way either.I expressed the concern and asked if they could consider helping. I mentioned that a few hundred dollars here in this seemingly-to-me gray area would result in thousands of dollars in continued business. They politely declined.They fixed it. But, they lost regular business in the meantime. I might go back for a bigger repair, but the normal maintenance, I ll take elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of doing business with salesman Robert Frye and I want to say he did an outstanding job working with me. Robert is a great salesman! He was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot and well informed of their functions. He was honest with me and that helped me make my decision to buy the 2024 Kia Telluride. This SUV is off the charts! I am very happy with my purchase, so thanks Robert for helping me get into one, and thank you Kia for being a great car to purchase! This is my second car from Kia which I got a 2015 Kia Optima when it was new and I have no complaints about their cars or service! They have been excellent to me in quality and service! Thanks Kia! My engine died on my 2016 Kia. I was devasted, and it was right before the holidays. Kia was amazing from day one. I called , they were so friendly and comforting. Got my Kia back within one month. Engine issue resolved at hardly no cost to me. This is my second Kia. My first was totaled in a wreak, it will not be my last. They are a great company, and really know how to take care of their customers.

They really helped me out with my warranty situation a few months ago which was a hassle but they was able to get my car fixed and I have not had any problems with it since. So I came back to get my oil changed and once again great customer service from Cory and the team. Also the mechanics were helpful as well.

Awesome customer service! Although I just went in for my Kia recalls, they fixed my tire pressure, (which was low in one tire) and proceeded to vacuum the floors in the front of the car. Immaculate! Great people to deal with and will go back when needed.

Vehicle Recalls with other services. All the work was completed sooner than expected and Advisor (Corey) was professional. *I anticipated dealership would provide a courtesy vacuum , etc. as some do, but it wasn't. Customer appreciation... 4 stars only

I have purchased two vehicles from Lee Kia and within a two year period my radio Bluetooth has stopped working my touch screen is no longer working and my back up camera isn t working .so I take it to get fixed by Lee Kia and they then tell me they require me to replace the whole radio which is 600$ and 300 for installation .then they proceed to tell me there is an update that may or may not fix the back up camera and that they don t have a remedy to fix those yet!!!! WHY WOULD YOU SELL A VEHICLE KNOWING YOU CANT FIX THE PROBLEM WHEN IT ARISES!!! Bad business!!! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again!!!

Just recently was a second time NEW car buyer choosing Lee Kia within a six month period. My first experience while not stellar was just good enough where I choose to return thinking they would give me the Best deal since I came back. My mistake. Apparently, as within a car dealerships right they included a "market adjustment" figure onto the sale of my new car, $3,000 to be exact. While I get that completely, The problem was they didnt let me know. I DONT mean discussing it with me, and asking if it was ok. I mean the salesman, Braydon, removed the sticker of information from the car so swiftly when we got back from the drive when I said "YES this is the one I want" before I ever even saw the sticker price and before we went inside to discuss numbers. So The first time I actually saw any numbers regarding the price on the car was when i was inside at the desk starting to sign documents. AND WHY? I found out why. They/HE didn't WANT me to see it on the sticker price therefore not allowing me to negotiate it out of the price. I saw the sticker the next day in my paperwork when I was home filing the paperwork into my home office. I was NOT happy as anyone could imagine. I found this to be VERY sketchy!!!! Again I understand in these times a market adjustment might be necessary, however one should have the opportunity to Know of its existence and to haggle that amount just as much as the dealership has the right to add it on. Additionally apparently they got the car in from Virginia and in that state it is a REQUIREMENT to have a front plate on a vehicle. Well in NC it is not a requirement and therefore we can have a clean bumper in front NO PLATE.. The car I bought with 4 miles on it had two holes drilled directly into the front bumper no bracket no nothing. I had a meeting with the GM of Lee Kia, (Jordan)??? who was extremely arrogant , condescending and non helpful. No solutions to any of my concerns at all , no offers at all to want to please or to make things right, NOTHING Whatsoever!!! I did find out that his "wife drives a Yukon and has a front plate on her vehicle and she is ok with it" These were the responses he gave me to my concerns, so you can imagine how the rest went. This, to a TWICE new car customer in 6 months. Disgraceful, poor customer service. I could have chose any car, any dealership but I chose theirs twice and to be treated so disrespectfully without the slightest compensation even offered was shocking!!!. All I can say is BEWARE of this dealership they are the true epitome of why people categorize car salesman and car dealerships the way they do...Braydon the salesman while seems nice and caring is part of the scheme as he whisked that sticker off and it was gone like the wind, out of sight out of mind.. Watch your P's and Qs with this place and if something goes awry JUST KNOW THEY WILL NOT BE ON YOUR SIDE once they have your money...and the deal is done!!! What a shame.

Lee Kia is the absolute best excellent customer service and wonderful employees stop by and purchase a car from Ryan and Mrs Jennifer in service is the sweetest everyone there does excellent work and they are all wonderful employees! Also Chad is an excellent employee as well, Everyone at Lee Kia have great customer service and they always welcome everyone with an open heart.
