Atrocious work at outrageous prices. paint was filled to the brim with imperfections, bits of dirt and runs. Some parts hardly looked sanded, and I wouldn t be surprised if the paint started peeling off in a year. I calculated the labor costs and it came out to over 200 AN HOUR!! I cannot in good faith recommend this shop with its current pricing. The only upside was the staff, who were nice, but nothing standout.Service: Painting

My 1st accident this shop made it the BEST Experience! The owner kept me up to date, walked me step by step thru the process & was very nice. I came with an insurance claim but unlike the rest I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. He stands by his work & his work stands by him. I would 100% recommend anyone to this establishment. You'll be a FOOL not to go to this guy. #MyHonestOpinion.

The service here was great. After comparing prices around town I decided to take my car here at the end of last year. The staff was very respectful. They sent me pictures of each step they took in the make over of my car. I must say it was an awesome turnout!! Thank you guys for all the hard work and effort!!!!!

I had body repair done on my vehicle. His quoted price prior for repairs was the same as the final price. He charged significantly less than a half dozen other places in town that gave me an estimate. He made the car look good as new, so it didn't matter to me that it took a couple days longer than estimated. I look forward to returning for other car repairs as needed in the future.

Beaware: Bad Business! Terrible Customer Service! So many issues with this guy Roundtree but what broke the camel's back was when he completed a supplement job on original repairs to my 2014 sonata. He had the car a few hours picked it up drove home and saw my radiator leaking called him immediately. He act like I was imagining things and said it was just excess. This was just before Christmas so I had to wait until the New Year before I could show him the leak. Ofcourse had to notify insurance and ask for another supplement. Well when I took my car to the adjuster they pointed out that the radiator wasn't properly mounted and missing bolts and since Kandy Coat was not on there list of shops wouldn't cover costs. I go to the owner and tell him what the insurance adjuster said and instead of him taking ownership of his faulty work he gets hostile with me beacause I said it's your fault. Then when he got tried of hearing me complain he had the nerve to call the police on me so that I would leave the shop. Smh... My advice stay clear of this shady business !!

Paid Roundtree 2,500 for a truck with an additional 10,500 in customizations and repairs all totaling 13,000.He had my vehicle for almost a year and never did any of the repairs or customizations. Reached out to him several times in reference to this issue until he stopped returning my phone calls and text messages Ended up having to take him to court and he said it was due to unrelated personal reason in which I won t go into. He never signed over the title and did absolutely no work to the truck although he was paid in full. Had to take him to small claims court. Got a judgment against him for 10,000 dollars. BEWARE THIS BUSINESS!!! You have been WARNED. This man took my money and didn t do the wrk. He will make excuse after excuse on why the wrk is not being done. Business should never be personal. You get paid to do a job it s tht simple. if for any reason you can t deliver the product then you shouldn t take people s money. If you conduct business in tht manner then theses kind of outcomes can be avoided.

Kandy Coat is the best body shop ever! Whatever you need done they are the ones for the job! No task is too big and the prices are just right!! Took my car to them to be painted and boy they did an amazing job! Thanks Kandy Coat!!

This guy actually had to nerve to tell me he had to paint my whole car for $2,000.00, when it only needed a spot repair. He must've thought that I was completely ignorant to the car painting process. To me, he thought that since my car looked expensive he could really cash-in on me. WRONG!!!! Obviously he don't know what he is doing or the people that let him paint their car probably is stupid and got robbed!

Most expensive repair quote in the town!I needed couple more quotes From other people and he said that it will cost me $500 extra if I come back. Really? Is this how the business runs??Extremely non professionals.

I got my car painted from them and they did not do it the way I asked. It took them longer than the time they told me and still my car was not completely dry when I left causing white specs to cover my entire car! Waste of money and I don't recommend anyone to go here!

This is one of the best shops in town they really aim to please and satisfy their customers. I had alot of work done here at Kandy Koats... Family oriented and friendly service. Keep up the good work fellas
