There is no other company in this area that I would trust my Porsche and BMW to be worked on. They are quick, priced fairly, and we have never had any complaints. Plus, they have friendly and professional attitudes. As a Realtor, I understand how important it is to provide great service to your clients. I tell all of my clients that move here that have imports to use their services.

I went for diagnostic and the manager just made me not want to have anything to do with that place. He was not nice and frankly very dismissive. It was like that from the beginning to end. That old man had serious problem. I wish he had just said what the problem was but he knew better than that.... the owner(Wayland) on the other hand was very caring and respectful. He pretty much was professional in every way and honest. I recommend talking to him mostly about anything you need to know about your vehicle.

Waylon and the folks at Import Services have been taking care of my cars for years and I can t tell you how great it feels to know I have folks to work on my cars that I can trust. I have had them do everything from oils changes to rebuilding a motor of a car that flooded out during a hurricane and they have always taken the best care of me. I can t imagine going anywhere else. As a bonus their prices are extremely reasonable. A fraction of what it would cost to take my car to Raleigh to the dealerships for any service.

I Googled the right place!!Bill and his staff are skilled professionals, and they get the job done right. Even though I had an idea of what was wrong with my car, he went the extra mile to explain to me, in full detail, the problem and the solution. He also let me know about other issues I need to take care of in the very near future (tires & rims).I dropped my deposit on Friday so he could order the parts. The parts came on Monday. I took my import there Monday afternoon, and I got it back exactly when he said I would... The next day!! What I liked most was that Bill kept me informed throughout the entire process.I highly recommend Import Services, and I will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the BEST place to take your special car in for maintenance and any needed repairs. They are honest in reasonable. I researched their rates and they do service imported vehicles at a fraction of the cost of a dealership! Import Services in Greenville, North Carolina is the best! My 2004 Land Rover discovery needed a new engine. I am blessed to find this place that has a great reputation! Import Services LLC is without a doubt the best repair shop for imported cars in my opinion, in the entire east coast. My father has used Import Services for almost two decades for all of his German/JDM cars. I have a Mini Cooper S, it s my first car, Waylon the (owner) explained to me at the mileage it had, what parts could possibly give problems and fail making a repair cost many times more expensive, so we replaced the worn parts, in doing so, Waylon was so right!!! When replacing some major issue parts, it was revealed that the timing chain was almost at failing (big time costs). So Waylon really saved me thousands of dollars in avoided pitfalls that would have occurred (proven) with my particular model of car. As a college student, I have avoided any problems with my Mini Cooper S and it has always been totally reliable with the trusted hands at Import Services. Myself being a young female, 20 this year yea!!! I have been treated with complete respect every time I go either by myself or with my dad. This is so important today by any service business and it s employees especially the car repair or sales type setting. Import Services LLC. has my and my father s complete trust and support servicing or repairing all of my or my dads cars. Waylon is the best person ever, he is Honest, truthful and most of all respectful. People whom have given him a bad review are simply and totally untrue, I ve known him since a kid and my dad only uses ImportServices he explained it best honesty is rare in people and in any type business . Especially in the car repair or even car sales business. Waylon is the exception the 1% and if my dad trusts you with his cars, your at the top of your profession. Excellence. Import Services has been our go-to auto shop since we moved to the Greenville area in 2010. The owners and employees are patient, kind, and great at what they do. When my husband was deployed, Waylon and Kimberly generously offered to pick up my car for services simply to make my life a little easier. They have continued to go the extra mile to make sure all of our auto maintenance needs are met with convenience, competence, and affordability. They are a family-owned business that treats you like family. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. First for being accommodating because i am a disabled veteran with a TBI and showed up to my appointment a day late today and they still fit me in in a timely manner, thank you sincerely!! They serviced my wife s Volvo professionally and with expertise at a way better cost of driving over an hour to the nearest Volvo dealer. I give them an A plus on explaining everything they did and suggestions for future service. We are new to this area but Import Service is definitely a keeper for my wife s XC60.

Import Services respond quickly to requests for appointments. They are always friendly and personal. They are excellent about discussing the issue with me, before doing anything, communicating a clear detailed quote and I can approve what I can afford.They tell me what can wait and what can't, which is very helpful for those of us on tight budgets.Everything I have had done was completed accurately. Import Services has been my favorite shop i have taken my vehicle to. they do amazing work and do it fast and get it done perfectly. They have fixed my vehicle multiple times when it needed it. has an engine light take to here and it will get diagnosed and fixed! i would recommend this place to anyone who is having troubles with their car. I acquired a 2001 Porsche Boxster from a friend that had a handful of reasons why the car was no good in her words . So I took the car drove the car it did run foul .Luckily there was a gentleman in my neighborhood that has a really nice 911 .. so asked him where do you take your car for service he referred me to import services! Little did I know the journey it would be to get the boxster where it is now witch is top notch!!! First thing they did was a full plugs wires fuel injection cleaning . And the car ran fine picked it up then the whole engine light debacle began took it back to import services they ended up performing a smoke test on the vehicle that exposed some vacuum leaks the crankcase valve assembly was shot they replaced and fixed all the vacuum issues !!! picked the car up once again ran fine for a few days but nevertheless the light came back and the car ran foul would not idle at this point they tried everything they could to make the car run correct with no luck . So I took the car home and took a few weeks to think about what I was going to do ! In this time Mr bill and Waylon stayed in touch with me on and off I decided to take the car back to import services again this time Waylon reached out to his circle of Porsche friends etc. and one of them suggested something real odd as a solution!!!! Guess what ding ding ding he was correct there ended up being a nest of leaves and debris in the supply air tube from the air filter box to the maf sensor on the motor !!! So to end this review I would like to thank Waylon Mr bill and the techs at import services they never gave up they always had a great attitude even though the lil evil boxster was hard headed if you have a import car that needs love they are your answer they have a life long customer in me!!! Thanks !!!!!

I have been using Import Services for years. They are an honest Decent family business. Waylan is the car whisperer and his team, including Bill go above and beyond. Kim is welcoming and helpful. Their work is always excellent, I trust them completely when it comes to my car.

Import services is top quality vehicle shop that you can have the utmost trust in. The technicians and the owner are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Porsche in for any service. Auto care shops like this a gem to have locally. As a car/motorcycle guy, they exceeded my expectations and earned my business. This business has been the best auto mechanic shop i have been to. They have great customer service and very helpful to all my questions, my car has been diagnosed and fixed multiple times i have taken it to them. all around a great experience and very professional place. I had my Audi A6 repaired here at a MUCH cheaper price than the dealership had quoted me. I had a problem with my lights & they went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and as cost effective as possible. We re fortunate to have Import Services in our area. My wife and I have always loved German cars but, living in Eastern NC, we wouldn't dream of owning our Porsche without an excellent independent garage nearby. They are professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and they don t mind explaining in very clear details the work they perform. Nice folks who seem to really enjoy what they re doing provide a great experience at this business. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I was referred, by a friend, to the team at Import Services. My daughter is currently a freshman at ECU and I found it difficult to get her car serviced when she was home visiting.I contacted Bill, at Import Services, explained my situation and he, along with his staff, assisted with the services needed on her car.They were extremely professional in all of my interactions and my daughter felt comfortable with Bill and her surroundings.Also, she had an additional issue a few days later, unrelated to her recent service needs, and Bill was kind enough to assist on short notice.I appreciate their help and recommend Import Services if you are looking for automotive assistance in Greenville, NC.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After having the pleasure of being a costumer of Import Services for almost three years (which is like 21 in German car years), there is no one I trust more with my vehicles. The staff is very professional, the prices are more than fair and the work is phenomenal (and warranted). The owner has always gone out of his way to make sure every interaction was pleasant; including even offering to pick me up when my car was complete. This place is the real deal and I recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Waylon keep up the good work!

As someone who never writes reviews, I felt compelled to as I have had awesome experiences each and every time I have been here for service on my two Audi s. On multiple occasions Import went above and beyond to ensure my expectations were met and that my vehicles were running great when I left the facility. They were fair, responsive, and timely with all their repair work. I asked a lot of questions. They welcomed the questions and answered each of them until I was comfortable with the understanding of the answers. I ve tried other repair shops but I m much more impressed with Import s quality of work and professionalism.

Import Services has been taking care of my BMW for years! I love a business where the owner actually does the work. From regular service to needed repairs, I m always satisfied with their customer service and the actual work they perform. If you have a foreign car, them them a try!
