Will not go back again. Bought a car there. They ended up putting new tires on. I drove it not even 10 miles, and the low pressure light came on. Nothing was wrong with the pressure of tires. They did something to the tire sensor. I was told to go to Toyota and have them reset it . I would have to pay $150 to have them check to see what was wrong with it before they would fix it. That should not be my responsibility to pay for that.

Great group of guys! All around great service! Purchased several vehicles from them in the past but most recently had a lift kit installed by their service department. Couldn t be more satisfied! They supplied the new wheels, tires and suspension lift kit along with the installation. Merry Christmas to me!

Picked up truck after starter repair had to turn around because then the air conditioner would not work. The owner called me and said it would be taken care of. Now my truck starts and the air is cool. Thank you Auto World.

Do not take your vehicle here. They might have been good under old management but this new management is horrible nobody calls you back, they pad the bill with all sorts of excuses.Terrible Terrible customer service.Staying far away from here.

If you are looking for a a good, honest, easy experience to buy your car this is where you should go!! From the time I called about the vehicle I was looking at, until I drove it off the lot, everyone was so nice. In a time where this market is super competitive I was told that they would hold the car on the lot until I could come and look at it on Saturday...from Jim to Sherry and finishing up with John!! This is a great place to work with. I am very happy to have worked with them and will certainly continue to do business with them in the future!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!!

My experience was great. Bond 007 treated me as a person instead of a number. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease. So I purchased a Jaguar my dream car. Stop by and check them out. The selection of cars they have is amazing. You will be happy you did.

Worked with John and couldn't have been more pleased. Honest People , fair price and very pleasant experience. I drove down from Richmond , Va . to help my daughter purchase her 1st vehicle and was amazed at the honesty and professionalism. I l already have John looking for a vehicle for my wife. I would drive twice as far for the GREAT service we received. You will not find better people to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

We drove 2 hours to AutoWorld to look at a car. Without a doubt the best car buying experience ever. We weren t bombarded, pressured, or let down. John was absolutely amazing. Gave direct answers to questions, great hospitality, and let us take our time as far as looking at the vehicle. You guys are definitely laid back, yet very professional. You made our purchase very easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome experience here. Todd was great. Communicated on-line at 1st, I showed up, test drove, signed, out the door in less than an hour. Super experience. Would definitely deal with them again.. Great car, great price, great financing, 5 star, no doubt

The best dealership EVER! Everyone that works there is so friendly and makes you feel right at home!! They are kind-hearted and caring people and want to make everyone happy! Mr. Tim is the best and most friendly guy you will meet! Everyone here is amazing!! Special shoutouts to Mr. Tim, Jim, Todd, John, Sherry, Jay, Byrd, Darryl, and everyone else there that has helped to give me so much relief from car troubles the last 4 years that I ve been in Greenville. I have been doing business with Greenville Auto World for several years. The staff is wonderful and the repair work top notch. Jay and Sherry handle customers with care! Doing my recent visit, Greenville Auto World went beyond and above to satisfy me. I had some fluid leaking and got a call that is was ready to pickup. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed that it appeared it was still wet underneath. I contacted Jay and he said bring it back in. The problem was resolved professionally and they also fixed one of my door panels that kept falling out when I shut the door without charging me a dime. That is what I call customer service! Finally, an auto shop that exceeds my expectations!

So my sister takes her van here for an oil change. Not a half hour after the oil change the oil pan blew up. So she has it towed back to these guys that take no responsibility for the incident and charges her over 700$ to fix what was more than likely their mistake.

I have purchased many cars and dealing with Todd at Greenville AutoWorld was a great experience. I just purchased a 2016 Suburban form them and the process went very smooth. I live in Raleigh and Greenville AutoWorld had the best price within 100 miles. He also stood behind getting a couple of items fixed on the suburban as a part of the deal. I would definitely buy another car from Todd.

We recently purchased a vehicle for our daughter who was turning 16. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was. I inquired about the vehicle through email and Todd Bond immediately messaged me back. From that moment on he was awesome! Todd went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. He was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk with! When we left I felt like I had made a new friend. To the owner of this business- Todd was everything an employee should be and more. I hope he receives this recognition and we will surely ask to deal with him when purchasing our next vehicle!!

Excellent service, clean waiting area, polite and professional. The folks here are all about excellence in technical competence and service to customers. I had my car aligned and needed some additional work done, due to replacement of some suspension parts. Steve was great, getting the work done ahead of schedule and test driving the car. Perfection!

I can't be more pleased with the professionalism and honesty. I was hit by another driver in my car Dec. 24, 2018. After taking it to Gerber, who sublets their work to Pugh's, going to Greenville Auto and working with Sherry was pleasant and painless. Gerber had my car from Dec. 28 until last week. Still wasn't fixed, see my review at Gerber for whole story. Took my car to Greenville Auto, Sherry communicated with the insurance and me, nothing was a surprise and the prices were excellent. Just goes to show who really cares about their customers being safe in their vehicles and making them happy.....that would be Greenville Auto World. Sherry, you and your service staff are amazing! For a woman that takes her car all the way to Wake Forest because I don't trust anyone here, you have made me a believer in you all! I will be back for all my car needs in the future! Thank you all so much!

I did some ball joint work to the front end of my truck on Sunday that required an alignment when completed. When I told the service writer Monday was my only day off during the week she worked me into the shops very busy schedule. Very thankful for the help and professional service!

We just recently purchased a used Honda Accord from Greenville Auto World. Todd was an absolute pleasure to work with and got the price right where we wanted it to be! We had some minor issues after purchasing our vehicle that he made sure were fixed immediately. They even gave us a car to drive while ours was being fixed. Excellent customer service and free oil changes for life...you can t beat it! Thank you so much to Todd and to the service department for all of their help!-The Winslows

I recently bought a car from this dealer & I am extremely happy ! The salesman was nice, answered my questions, and was willing to help! I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything! I honestly feel they care for their customers and really work hard to make sure their happy! I definitely recommend this place to purchase a car ! Awesome service !!

Bought a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from them and I couldn't be more pleased with the truck or my experience. The new shop is great for service as well. My wife and I take all our vehicles there. Can't recommend them enough. They're good people over there. Need more businesses in this town like them!
