I damaged my front bumper. I had previous work done by this shop so I decided to use them again. They charged me $1608, then told me I had to take it to another shop never there s an oil leak. They also wanted to put a fan in the vehicle & I said no. The vehicle doesn t need it. It had to be towed to another shop to fix the oil leak. Upon getting it back I didn t drive it for a few days. So 4 days later I notice that there s a hole in the bumper that didn t get fixed. I called the shop & told them, they said they would call me back. They didn t. I called again today & I was told that the part was over $700 and they discussed it with me & I said I didn t want to pay that. LIE. So now my vehicle is going to a reputable shop, I wouldn t take a bicycle to this shop.

Took my wife's Honda CR-V to get the body repaired after a small collision. They did a phenomenal job in terms of quality and customer service. They even went above and beyond to help me with an unrelated issue. Highly recommend!

Donnie and his team perfectly colormatched some primed factory parts (both bumpers and door handles) to match my factory tricoat 2022 f250. Not an easy task and they nailed it. Donnie is a friendly guy too. See attached picture.The rear bumper was primed gray before Donnie and his team colormatched it perfectly.Service: Painting

The best body shop in town. Donnie and his shop is a group of honest, quality, and down-to-earth guys who do great work. They're very honest and direct, so you know they won't BS you. Seriously, there is a reason that this shop has the highest reviews in town. They have my genuine thanks for fixing my car, and I am happy with the end results. Thanks guys!

I ran over a car block like an absolute idiot right before my grandfathers funeral and on the way home to Jersey, our car started making terrible noises. This auto body shop was closing and when I tell you it is 98 degrees, it feels like 107. A young man named Cooper came out to look at my car, and got down on his hands and knees and fixed it up so we could get home. He refused a tip, didn t let us pay him. Even refused snacks. What a good person. We are eternally grateful.

Donnie Garris is the nicest and most awesome person. He assisted with a minor repair under my bumper due to an individual who backed into me in a parking lot. Additionally he gave me the options for future to sand and clear coat my headlights and at a reasonable price! He is definitely someone you want to use if you needed any repairs on your automobile. Highly recommend!

I Went back today to pick up a parking light that Donnie( the owner) said he would install on our van's exterior front bumper, which had not arrived yet upon our van's completion. We accepted the van anyways with the plan of that being finshed later. They had done a partial paint project on our 2014 Toyota Sienna 45 to 60 days ago, for $3300.00.My wife was not able to get her van back due to her schedule, so I volunteered to pick up the light from his shop in the last recent weeks, and just put the light back in myself, at home!When I walked in today, Donnie, had an adjuster sitting at a desk and they were discussing other informal business matters, etc.... To my dismay, Donnie was extremely rude to me when I showed up, while I was only friendly as usual. I was shocked!He said he sent the light back to the parts supply house, eventhough he didn't call us prior to doing so( I never brought that detail up, today). I asked him if he could reorder it and he said yes, for $40. I said ok, you take cards right, he said yes. I pulled out my AMEX, he said no AMEX. I said ok, here is my debit card... he said how about Cash! I said no, card is better for me. He then refused to order it and told me to go get it from Toyota myself!I then politely restated everything to him, as it just happened in our discusions since I walked in, just to be sure I didn't do/say anything out of line. He confirmed everything as I thought it had just happened!I was surprised at how cavalier, rude, and the such lack of care for a repeat customer! He had done 3-4 vehicles for me, and one my daughter's vehicles too. I've never bickered with him on price, and paid him as soon as he finished.I was really saddened by his attitude and his disrespectful behavior today. Maybe he was trying to show off to that adjuster how successful he thinks he is and how he doesn't need additional business. As he always made a point to say in the past, as a braggart would...He lost my business forever today! Maybe that was his goal?He likes Cash payments vs cards and checks for some unknown IRS reason, I suppose? Very sad for him!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Donnie and his team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process of getting my 2003 4Runner back up and running. They communicated well with me and my insurance company, made recommendations on ways to trim costs, and fixed my vehicle with awesome craftsmanship. I went to take photos of my vehicle so that my insurance company could complete a preliminary estimate. Donnie was very rude and disrespectful and told me he would not be working on my vehicle and I needed to have my vehicle moved. While yelling at me he said he don t work for me and he work on his own time. He said I left a voicemail the day prior telling him to check his voicemail. I explained to him that I did leave a voicemail and maybe he took the message the wrong way and the voicemail was asking him to check his email to confirm if he received the email from snap sheet. I also requested a call back. After not receiving a returned call I went to the shop to only get photos. While I was leaving he stopped me. He was not professional at all. Based off of the other reviews I thought I made a great decision choosing this shop. I understand if he couldn t or didn t want to work on my vehicle but he could have been professional about it.

Donnie is an excellent mechanic and businessman. He handled my Ford Escape's repairs very quickly and worked with my insurance company directly. All repairs were done expertly and my car has never looked better! (He and his crew also cleaned my car and vacuumed the inside, a very nice perk!) He always kept me in the loop and made sure I understood everything about what was going on, what needed to be done, and prices. He made every effort to keep my costs down which was greatly appreciated. He even met with me before opening hours to drop off my car, and made other efforts to fit within my schedule. Donnie knows how to run his business! I will be coming back here if I need any work done on my car in the future, and I highly recommend everyone to use Greenville Auto Body and Paint!

This business is truly a blessing. I brought in my car with a small scratch on the driver side front bumper and when I returned they repaired the ENTIRE front. Greenville Auto Body fixed imperfections that were overlooked by a previous body shop! Donnie was very gracious to extend services despite insufficient coverage from insurance. If you re looking for outstanding, goal-oriented, friendly business this place the answer. Thank you so much Donnie & crew for all your hard work!!!

Donnie and his staff were very welcoming when I arrived to get a quote on replacing my front bumper on my 2011 mustang GT. I needed to get the new bumper painted, and put in place of the old bumper that was in bad shape. I appreciate how up front Donnie was with the whole process, and his eye for paint and body work seriously suprised me. It's what you get when you have someone that cares about their business, excellent customer service, and craftmanship rarely seen these days. The painting of my bumper was done in a timely manner considering how busy his shop was at the time, and I was absolutely shocked of the quality. And as a finishing touch they wiped the car down and polished my exhaust tips. That is attention to detail/quality and going above and beyond for the customer. Greenville Auto Body and Paint will have all of my future business needs in regards to paint and body work. I hands down recommend anyone on the edge about paint or body work around Greenville to seriously consider this shop first. There is a reason why they are reviewed so highly.

I took my truck here to get repaired. Donnie did an EXCELLENT job. My truck looked great and I got it back on time. He also kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I would recommend this place to anyone needing good quality repairs done.

Donnie and his staff did an excellent job. Had someone hit the front end of my car and they had it looking better than before the wreck. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of quality repairs.

What a great business! When the nearby parts I needed seemed too expensive, Donnie found what I needed at a great price, but a long way away. I picked it up and he installed it at, what seems to me, a very decent price. He was fast and the outcome is beautiful. I will be recommending this shop to anybody who needs auto body repair. And if, God forbid, I need another repair, I will certainly come back here. Thank you!!!

I went to several shops before I came to Donnie and they all just gave me a huge price and basically said take it or leave it. When I went to Donnie he sat down with me and looked all over the internet trying to find the part I needed and we finally found it. Once we found it he gave me an awesome price to fix the repair which was much cheaper then everyone else. Especially, being a college student it helped a lot. Once the part came in I took my truck to Donnie and he got it repaired and the next time I saw it it looked like I was never in an accident. Highly recommend Greenville Auto Body great customer service and great quality work!

Very professional and polite people. Made sure to thoroughly lay out their plan for repair and price of repair, and even helped to cut down on costs where they could. They replaced my hood and headlights and made it look like the car had never seen an accident. Could not more highly recommend, would refer to friends, family and strangers alike

When life happens to your vehicle do yourself a favor and call Donnie at Greenville Auto Body and Paint. He has repaired two of my family's cars and each time the work was outstanding! My Ford F150 looks like it just came off the showroom floor. There are not enough superlatives to describe his customer service and the actual work done

If I could use zero stars I would! I just called and a gentleman answered the phone. I politely asked if they accepted Geico estimates. The reply I received was: We are pretty much booked through the end of the year! Clearly that s not what I asked.

Donny and his crew are fantastic to work with. I've sent my Saturn Vue there twice for body work when I was hit by another driver and he was excellent at coordinating with insurance adjusters and getting everything done in a timely manner. He is very vocal and is very likely to call you when he needs your opinion on anything, or to let you know what's going on in general. He's reasonably priced and has made several efforts to keep repair costs down by finding parts that are more afforadable. The work to my vehicle looks great and has held up well. I encourage anyone to try this great local shop.

Best service ever. The owner is nice and upfront and did such an amazing job on my Ford. I was amazed to see good quality of work. He is the guy to go to, I will recommend him and will go to him in the future if need to be.

The owner of this place has outstanding customer service, he was super nice and helpful throughout the whole repair process. He also gave me a cheaper price to repair my car than everywhere else I looked. My car looks better than before I was even in an accident. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming back here for any other issues I have with my car.

Donnie is great at what he does, and has a great eye for detail. He has repaired multiple vehicles for my wife and I, and I am always exceptionally pleased with his work. He is honest, fair, and skilled - a rare combination.

Went for a quote on my cars front bumper, (based off their Google reviews) and was HIGHLY impressed with their service and customer service. Love a local auto body shop and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a shop that is straight up with you, no run around, and customer oriented.
