The 105 Howitzer that sits out in front of the VFW post in Greenville was in need of professional paint, since it had been sitting for 23 years in the same spot we knew just towing it was out of the question. We contacted G-Vegas towing and they assured us they could safely move it for us. They arrived with the rollback and had it loaded in almost no time and dropped it off at the paint shop. A month later they came back and loaded it for the ride back, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to secure the cannon to ensure a safe ride back and not scratch or leave marks on the new paint job. Very friendly and professional staff. Can t thank them enough for the assistance in getting the restoration completed.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

This company does not advertise that they are cash only. They also locked the doors after I came back with the cash money after 5 min. Also I don t care if you are cash only I believe it is dishonest to not issue customers receipts. After I finally got my car it was 15 min before I was able to leave because they locked me in the back. I will not be renewing my lease with my apartment if they continue to do business with this company and what company does your towing will definitely be on the interview questions for all apartments to come.

I ve had to depend on Brandon at G Vegas towing more than a few times. Each time he has been super professional and kind! Given the situations you re in to need towing, it s so amazing to have a this towing company and Brandon to help make the experience less stressful and allowing you to feel confident in the service provide!!Thank you Brandon and G-Vegas towing!!! Used these guys 3 times now and they always deliver great customer service and mannerism. One time was a lock out while wife and I were out to dinner followed by removal of a abandoned vehicle from my place of business and now this. Towed my car when I was parked next to the visitor parking sign for an hour and a half, proceeded to demean and speak condescendingly towards me when trying to resolve the situation. "I'll tell you like I tell everyone else, is the person you're seeing worth $185?" Also only accepted cash, gave no receipt, and seemed very shady/off the books.

My classic car broke down in Greenville late on a Saturday night and Brandon came right out to pick up the car and store it safely until I could arrange for it to be fixed on Monday morning. He then transported it to the garage that fixed it within 30 minutes of being asked. Overall great service. Brandon was excellent all the way through the experience.Service: Car towing

Had a problem with my ignition so had to get a tow back to my house, guy came and fixed the issue with my tumbler and started the car for me didn t even charge 10/10 service

I had a great experience with Richard from G-Vas he was very professional, polite, kind and honest. My son car cut off and would not start at this department store. I called G-Vas spoke with Richard, I told him our situation he told me what it was and he told me how much it would cost to tow the vehicle and he also gave options. When he arrived at our location he tested the vehicle the car started, but it was our decision whether we wanted to take it the dealership or some where else long story short Richard was awesome through out our whole situation. I would recommend G-Vas and Richard if anyone is end need of a tow. Thanks Richard!

I have had to call G-Vegas several times and I have had great experience. Brandon who is a driver for G-Vegas came and picked up my daughters truck and towed it to where I needed it to go. Brandon was very polite, pleasant to deal with. He hooked up to her truck and was quick but was careful not to damage anything.I called again on 02/22/2020 to have my dads car towed. I spoke with a guy named Richard. I told him where the car was and he gave me a price which I thought was good. He was also polite, and professional. Richard said he was sending someone and it was no time before the wrecker showed up. The guy driving the wrecker and the other guy were just as nice and pleasant as well.I have told my parents and other family members, if they need a tow to give G-Vegas a call.They haven t messed up any of the vehicles I ve had towed nor been rude or overpriced.No, I m not related to them. I just feel when a company does well, others should know. If it had of been a bad experience I would have posted negative.Thank you G-Vegas for taking care of my towing needs and handling my family s vehicles as you have done.

Wish I could give 0. Very shady people. Scratched my rims and wouldn t show me the picture before just offered to lift it to show me he didn t do it. Didn t get a receipt until the next day. And the receipt said 80 but I paid him 100 and never got back change. The dates are wrong on the receipt as well. Anytime I tried to just talk to them they get hostile.I finally just gave up and told them to have a nice day. Ig my only option is to file a distraction to personal property police report. Last of all the building it s self is sketchy, it appears to be a pest control business as well.Service: Car towing

I got tow from brandon today he even went out his way to help try and figure out the problem to the car. There s still good people in the world thank you again call them if you need tow super fast to get to you he told me 20 mins he got there in like 10 thanks again

I had a legitimate parking pass and they still towed my car and would not bring it back when I informed them I was a 2 year resident at my complex and my parking pass was legitimate. In the morning told me I had to pay $160 5 hours later the same day I was told I had to pay $185. Would only allow me to pay cash even though the site says they take cards. Finally, was called a girl by someone over the phone even though I am a 31 year old woman. Very bad customer service.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Best tow company I ve ever had the pleasure of getting a tow from. Showed up in less than 20 minutes, super polite driver and unbelievably fast service time. If I could leave zero stars I would. This business is unprofessional and fails to properly communicate with people. We had our car towed, even though we talked to a tow truck driver and asked where "visitors" parking was. We parked where he said to park and were still towed, along with two of our friends. The man on the phone is beyond rude. He does not listen and only argues. The business seems to only want money, they do not care about people.Service: Car towing

I've had a car towed by them towed by them before and always had great service but today when the guy came to do to it again he was able to start my car and didn't charge me. I will always call them. Great honest service and always wonderful people. I do think it's time for a new car though. So, hopefully I won't be calling any time soon.**** So, today February 25, I had to take my daughter to the ER. Brandon came and got my car all while I was in the ER with my daughter. He let me know when my car was dropped off and everything. I will continue to use them even though I am getting a new car this time. Lol... Thanks again Brandon!

My experience tonight was Awesome! Don't judge the overall rating. I called someone else and told me 45min. I called and spoke with Chris I believe forgot his name that fast. However, he told me 10-15min even though it was higher I wanted to get home. Also, he was professional and knows his craft when operating the lift. Very reliable service! I will call them again if need be.

Saturday 7/6/2019 we were 232 miles from home on our way from the Outer Banks and the transmission came out of our truck. After "thinking" our auto insurance would take care of us and sitting on the side of the road for HOURS and it being 95+ degrees when the insurance said someone would be there... no one came. WE took matters into our own hands and called G-Vegas towing and they listened to what our truck was and what we needed and said we will be there and they were in no time. Fast, friendly A+ service. He had our truck loaded and we were off to Winston Salem NC. When we got there and the driver unloaded the truck before he left he asked if there was ANYTHING he could do for us - take us to the store anything!!! He was great and we can't thank them enough for helping us. We had a great experience with them and can't thank them enough.Gene & Dianne J.

They literally do ANYTHING to get money out of you. I m a college student and my fianc� s car got towed out of my apartment because it fell on the floor. Went to go pick the car up and he still charged us $125, he was so rude as well. YOU don t have to worry about this anymore, we got the pass up now. Very unprofessional of how they spoke to us, now i have to figure out rent.. because i has to pay $125 because they didn t see a car pass.Service: Car towing

I called and spoke to Brandon who was extremely helpful. My daughters car was parked on private property and was towed by another company who wanted $235 for their services. I called randomly the next morning and got Brandon on the phone to see what their rate was and whether the other company was allowed to not let my daughter get her car back that night immediately after towing. Told me his rate, should get access, and took it upon himself to make a 3-way call to the other company to try to help. He went the extra mile. If my daughter or her friends get stuck somewhere and need help, they have Brandons number! Nice for a dad to know with his daughter away at school!

After being left by another company in the middle of a snow storm with out any way of getting home, this company was called by my insurance to come and assist with a flat tire. They were AWESOME!!! They said they would be there within 30 minutes and were!! Brandon came and had the tire changed in a matter of minutes and called me to see if he could assist with anything else! He was PHENOMENAL! I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely request them if I need a tow or service!!
