I wanted to share my review of the body shop at East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep.My 2019 Jeep Wrangler had the corrosion issue on the hinges that seems to be an issue with many of these models. I contacted the dealer I purchased it from and they did not have a body shop. I then contacted the dealer an hour and a half away and was told they were booked out for months and were not even willing to schedule me.I contacted East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep and explained that I only had 10 days left on my warranty. They said drive on over and they would take some pictures. When I got there the Bodyshop manager said if I left it they would see if it would be possible. Before I even left the parking lot he said he has put in an order for the parts and would keep me posted. I must admit, I didn t hold my breath after seeing all the issues people had online with other dealers.Needless to say they replaced all the hinges, repainted most of the Jeep and it looks brand new! They even took time to wash and detail it.I really can t say thank you enough to the staff at East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Greenville, NC. Their body shop is top notch.

My experience at East Carolina was far from a one star, if I could give it a negative I would. To begin, they couldn t even take the tape off of my vehicle after fixing it due to me hitting a deer. My accident happened November 6, my vehicle was towed in November 8. Or is now March 27th and my vehicle although drivable and fairly fixed, is still not fixed. After multiple in person interactions, empty promises of getting back to me, calling me back, or just simply touching base with me did not happen. In fact I m still waiting for a call back after writing a letter to the Owner, Chip Davis. Mr. Chip and I had a meeting and I was told that he would reach back out to me Monday or Tuesday (two weeks ago) to make things right. Not only that but the entire dealership and people that I worked with were caught in lies that were unnecessary, Mr. Carlton Skinner decided to take lunch when I had previously told him I would be up there at lunch time for a meeting and proceeded to pass me in his vehicle then sit there and tell me he Waited until 12:20 for me. Mind you I was there at 11:50. Besides the unacceptable, unprofessionalism. Mr. Jason Kinsey, told me I could sign my insurance check for my mother. Which obviously I did not do because it s illegal. They also tired to tell me my work was worth the amount of the insurance check ( Around $6,900) when in fact Carlton gave me the paperwork to show me it was in fact just at $4,500 and STILL Proceeded to argue with me that it was over $6,000. Carlton did later admit I was correct but still tried to get me to sign the full check over to them. But again, besides all of that the work itself was terrible. As I stated earlier, they left tape on my truck in multiple places, the paint job was decent, my headlights had and still have moisture in them. My front bumper was out and completely not level and it s still missing screws on one side. I also gave them almost a month and a half with little to no pressure to get my vehicle done then told them ( with about 3 weeks in advance) that I had a trip I needed my truck done as soon as possible and even asked them if they thought they couldn t get it done to just let me know and I would figure out another way OR reschedule my trip. They then told everyone but me that my parts were in and they couldn t find them and mind you none of my parts were on back order. Actually, my parts had been in for almost 2 weeks and they still hadn t touched my truck. Then since they let the vehicle sit for almost a month and some change, when they went to go work on it, they couldn t get the battery to hold a charge, crazy because you d think a dealership would know that when you let a vehicle sit for a long time, the battery goes bad. The ONE good thing is Carlton did manage to find all my missing parts within 10-15 minutes. With all this being said Mr. Chip still has not called back, Jason never called except one time AFTER I complained about work being done wrong and it was still multiple weeks apart. And Carlton, is likely still eating lunch which is why he hasn t called me back. In the last picture if you look at the passenger side you can see where the bottom front bumper is higher or (has less room) than the drivers side. Anyways, way to go East Carolina Chrysler dodge jeep ram fiat.

Was a great experience. DJ was nice and respectful and had knowledge of the auto I was looking. I can honestly say this deal was the best I ever had buying a car. I will be back when we decide to buy another. Thanks for all yall did for us.

Excellent experience during initial contact and fair negotiation with sales team. Extremely bad experience during final signing of paperwork by business manager who was arrogant and used poor sales tactical response after I decided not to purchase the extended warranties which had me leaving the office disgusted to be treated that way for what should have been a few signatures and a celebration on getting a new vehicle. I give the 3 because what I typically think is the hard part of negotiating was straight forward and pretty painless. For this reason you should check them out and hopefully the general manager will do some retraining to improve how to present extended warranty information and how to respond appropriately if the customer chooses to decline it without making unfounded threats to customers that the TOYOTA vehicle they just purchased isn t reliable.

I have known the Davis for over 30 year and I have bought several car over the years and always have been treated professionally and valued. So when my son was ready to buy his first car, I knew I wanted him to get the same experience. Salesperson, Deanna; Brian Rogers, General Sales Manager; George Willis, Sr sales manager and owner, Chip Davis treated us so well! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I hated to do it, but I had to remove my previous 5 star rating. Our 2020 Ram has had some issue going on for a year or so. While under warranty it was "fixed" but oddly the issue came back. Twice. Then a third time, we were made to PAY appx 200$, to attempt to repair same issue. Service Manager still made us pay even after explaining this had been an issue and they had clearly not repaired it. 3-4 weeks later, here were are again. Same problem. Called to speak to service manager but was told to try again later, he wasn't working. I had given them a 5 Star rating when we purchased from them before but I had to delete it. They haven't repaired the vehicle and want me to continue to shell money out when if it had been repaired under at worst the second time, we wouldn't be here. UPDATED: Rod from East Carolina Dodge has gone above and beyond to fix this issue since we spoke. We have been reimbursed for the monies we paid and they have attempted again to fix the issue. I'm crossing my fingers that this will be the final time.

I had an amazing experience dealing with East Carolina Chrysler and Dodge dealership. My sales person SHAWN went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and content with all my needs met, and every one else was so nice and professional, explaining everything step-by-step I was so pleased with the service I received from this car dealership And I can t say enough good things about my sales person SHAWN he was awesome. I could not be happier with my car purchase, and I definitely would do business again with this dealership.

The experience was good. I wish there was less haggling . Interest rates are terribly high right now and that alone would have kept me from buying. Thankfully, I have good credit and they were able to get a lower rate. The Jeep is beautiful and I m excited to have it. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and easy to get along with. I loved the note at the end after going back and forth for a while about my trade in . you win .

KJ was my salesman and he was awesome! Very patient with my 1000 questions, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted. More like ideas of what I didnt want. I ended up getting a newer model that he has not been trained on yet, but he was up front and honest about it. Instead of trying to bluff his way thru, he said "we're gonna figure it out together". He knew what the car would do, he just wasn't 100% sure on how to make this model do it. His honesty went A LONG way with me as I had bought a vehicle before from another dealer and the salesman was in the same boat. But instead of explaining that he didn't know, he bluffed and gave me lots of incorrect info that I only found out by calling the manufacturer to help.Everybody I spoke with were super helpful and extemely polite. They weren't pushy and they all took the time to get to know me. Highly recommend.

I was given a price and an interest rate that brought me in to purchase the vehicle, but the price and the interest rate were not what I was quoted when the contract was ready to be signed, I reminded him of the price quoted, I was gaslighted but price was adjusted but the interest rate was not unless I paid full price for the vehicle which was several thousand dollars more, apparently if you want a good interest rate, you don t get any of the rebates and you have to pay the full asking price., I opted for a higher interest rate. Again the contract was adjusted, but it still came back with thousands of dollars of unexplained and unasked for items. The sales manager, Tony was so busy using his left hand to point at the monthly payment while the right hand was busy adding things, it was like a carnival shell game. Only after I informed him, I was not concerned about the monthly payment only the bottom line did it force him to readjust the sales price and eliminate over $4000 worth of unasked for items, it was astonishing, at that point I really should ve walked out but I thought after he eliminated the garbage extras we were ready to make a deal, But even on the way to financing, he threw in another $300 which I had to have removed.I was told I could pick up the vehicle the next day that it would be fueled up and detailed, it was fueled up, but not detailed, we also noticed that it had defective rims on it. We were told to bring the Vehicle back the next day and they would take rims off another vehicle and put them on ours. We drove the hour down, waited the hour to have the new rims put on only to find out they either didn t replace the rims or they took rims off another vehicle with defective rims and put them on ours. we were told they would order new rims under the vehicles warranty, well , it s been three weeks and I still don t have my new rims But I suppose it doesn t really matter because I can t drive the vehicle because it was supposed to be titled in New York where I have my drivers license and they titled it North Carolina. Without a North Carolina drivers license, I can t get insurance, and I can t register it in New York until I have a title, which is going to take weeks.Instead of this purchase, being a happy occasion, it has turned out to be a nightmare. The lesson I learned was I should have left during the contract phase when I realized they were using unethical pricing practices, and gaslighting me at every correction, why should I have thought they would care to make sure it was titled properly and make good on the rims. . I Have no doubt they use these pricing practices on all their clients and are making a fortune adding these garbage fees to everyone s contract, shame on you East Carolina Dodge

East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat, is a great dealership to buy a vehicle from. I called and spoke to Ashton before traveling there from Virginia. Ashton was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He and the entire East Carolina team worked hard and diligently to get me into the Ram truck I wanted. They gave me a more than fair deal on my trade-in. There was never a moment I felt pressured and they went out of their way to make my long trip a successful one. After just a few hours, I was on my way back to Virginia in my amazing Ram truck! I highly recommend this dealership.

My salesman Taylor was amazing. My 1 star is for one of the sales managers Ed behind the big counter in the showroom, he was rude , interfered in the sales overstepping another sales manger (Steve) and started arguing with me and raised his voice because I was negotiating the price. It was unprofessional and ghetto of him. If your prices are non negotiable, then your business name should be changed to CarMax.

Very good dealership. I've bought 4 vehicles there. Brian is straight up.I have very good relationship with Ken in service. RAM is a fantastic truck. They did lift and tire fitting on Renegade. Great results.
