Cars and beyond is like family. They have been with me every step of the way. They are willing to help and you anyway they can. I will continue to do business with them. From the service department to the representatives on the phone everyone is so nice to talk to. I am a satisfied customer.

I called cars and beyond on a Friday afternoon and they had me in the car of my dreams by that next Tuesday. The staff was the perfect mix of professional and friendly. They were upfront about every detail and walked me through the whole process baby step by baby step! They even put up with my indecision and let me test drive 3 cars before made up my mind! I highly reccomend then for your next vehicle purchase!

I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 at 112,000. Car had a misfire when I first bought it and then. It was fixed and I had to replace spark plugs and ignition coil and air mass flow sensor and purge valve and check engine light came on at 127,000 miles for catalytic converter. I didn t even bother to replace it after spending too much money on parts after parts. If you do buy from them be aware of the cars you buy and take a scan tool with you. I didn t get 1 year without issues.

I had a great experience with this company very Bice and they make sure that you understand every detail and that you understand you policies Ms.Beatris was very helpful understand and she got us the greatest deals I highly recommend please shop with them if you need a great car.... Great company everyone is on top of things here and I really love it

Everyone here was AMAZING!! They were so kind and patient. Most car people are pushy but not them!! If you are considering getting a car from there DO IT!! Gelvin was awesome along with all other staff! He even gave me a full tank before I drove off! Great people

This place is awesome and the staff are very professional...They'll make sure all of your questions are answered before you leave. The lot is a nice size with a good variety of vehicles to choose from. Beatris really took care of me and made sure I left with something that I wanted. I would recommend Cars and Beyond to anyone!

I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima in October Let s just say this experience has been such a learning experience. Starting from the beginning, I was given a certain number for down payment. After agreeing to the down payment, my next step was to get full coverage insurance. Got it! By, the next day, The General had sent over the binder and I was waiting on the car to be delivered (as promised). However, NO CAR EVER CAME! The last thing i heard was that the car was being detailed and it would be on the way soon. Come to find out, the finance department backed out of their agreement AFTER I was told to get full coverage insurance. Nobody communicated that with me until AFTER I called SEVERAL times.FAST FOWARD: I wrote a review on this and Hansel reached out. He was able to get me in the car I desired at a MUCH HIGHER down payment. That was okay, because I can afford it. Everything was going smooth until he delivered a car that had a BAD alignment and the check engine light came on about an hour later. Although, they were extremely helpful with getting the car fixed, the car is still messed up. I had tire sensors that were replaced but are still not reading the correct tire pressures and the alignment was not ever completed when he had the car like he said he would. Kind of makes me wonder if that s the real reason why they backed out the first time.I was told to bring the car to Mr Tire but my car still has not had an alignment due to me having two jobs and being a full time student. In addition, I was involved in an accident, which led to me being hospitalized. That has also delayed the process. My biggest issue is the fact that I haven t had the car for three months, but am already experiencing LOTS of MAJOR car problems.Everyone at the dealership is super nice. But, nice does not go far when making EMPTY promises. Nice goes out the window when there is no communication and I feel like I m hounding down the phone lines just for assistance. The only communication I ve has with Hansel is about me making this review. HERE IT IS! So, now I m stuck with a car that has faulty tire pressure software and a bad alignment. I totally regret giving this dealership my time and money.

As soon as I walked in I had a great experience which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I bought a 2013 Honda civic and I love it! I recommend getting your cars from carsandbeyond because they will make sure you are being taken care of no matter what.

I really loved my shopping experience with Cars and Beyond. I purchased the 2012 Hyundai Elantra & I couldn t be happier. They re complying with any needs of concern for my vehicle. This is some of the best service I ve experienced. The staff is amazing!!!! This is a place I would definitely recommend to first time buyers or any buyers for that matter!!!

The staff was so nice. They got me into a car in no time. Payments not too high, and they didn't require a high down payment. They also have some nice cars if you need a good used car this is the place to come to!

Yes Elizabeth is very right I had my own with them they are a joke wasted my time for 2 days and after research many of the cars are low mileage do to being wrecked with salvage titles but of course that's not mentioned I am so happy I didn't get a car from them.. I got a SUV that day from a different place and it was well worth it.. I feel with all these reviews that some or a lot of ppl get paid or maybe a free payment for the reviews also I'm not sure and really don't care now but what is the sense of doing a online app when you get there they are clueless just beware and do your research of the vehicle you are looking at make sure everything matches and make sure the title is straight I will never recommend them to anyone ever...I'm a strong believer in everything happens for a reason they wasted my time and i got a great SUV....

We done our dealings with William and Beatris. We purchased 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Best experience in car buying I have ever done. Wasn't any kind of rushed sale to get us out the door. Listened and answered things clearly. Worked with us very well. Fast and easy. Talked to us and walked us through the sell step by step and made things very easy to understand. Stayed in touch with us before and after the sale to make sure we are happy and satisfied with our purchase. Definitely 5 stars for me. Will be returning soon for another purchase. Got the car and next will be a truck.

Excellent service bought A Honda Civic the beginning of 2023 and everything went smooth and has been going well since my experience was great overall if credit is not so well still take the opportunity and give it a try!
