A huge shout-out to TJ and Ron for delivering an exceptional level of service! Our experience with them at Camping World surpassed all expectations. We provided them with our specific requirements, and they went above and beyond to ensure our new fifth wheel not only met but exceeded our expectations. TJ and Ron demonstrated remarkable dedication, meticulously checking all the boxes while staying within our budget without compromising on quality.Throughout the entire process, TJ's commitment was outstanding. He kept us informed with regular updates, promptly responding to texts and even making personal calls to ensure we were in the loop at every step. TJ's expertise as a phenomenal salesman shone through, making us feel comfortable, providing an excellent overall experience, and putting in commendable efforts to meet our needs. Do not purchase a used RV from here.We drove 2.5 hours to Greenville for a travel trailer we had seen on their website. The purchasing process took several hours so by the time we get to the "final walk through" part, we are completely exhausted and overwhelmed. They supposedly gave us 2 new batteries - one was dead within 30 days and we hadn't even been camping yet. They neglected to give us the power supply cord when we left, however, they did ship it to us quickly. They gave us one set of keys - one key to the camper and one that they told us was to the storage compartments, which it wasn't. So we have no way of locking up the storage areas.We get the camper home and discover a soft spot in the floor. That's a buyer beware experience that we won't do again.If you're looking for a used RV, camper, etc..... just save your money and buy one off marketplace. Trust me.... you can't trust Camping World so you might as well trust a stranger.Camping World is overrated and overpriced.I am hoping they will do the right thing and replace the battery, make us a key for the storage and repair the soft spot. I will update this post with those results.

I had given this store 5 Stars, but downgraded it to 4, 3, 2, then 1-Star in the span of 3 hours due to a lack of sales responsiveness and inability to get even our most basic questions answered. I walked around the store for over an hour and a half without anyone asking if I needed assistance, or if I had any questions.It took us over an hour and a half to check out because nobody knew what the prices were, or knew how to run the register correctly. And when we got home we looked at the bill, and they had double charged us on several items, and added an extended warranty we didn t want. And they failed to give us a military discount that they had promised us.The staff seemed totally incompetent and unable to perform even the most rudimentary retail tasks. And while we were there, several angry, dissatisfied customers came into the store fuming over broken promises and disappointed outcomes.Otherwise, this is a very cool store that has everything you need for camping and glamping. Wish they had a snack bar/vending area. The experience took so long that I got hungry and lightheaded.

Absolutely amazing staff outside of the young woman at the greeting desk. Very offputting to walk in to a business and see an openly disgusted look on the greeters face. Besides this greeting table I had an amazing experience with a sales rep who was actually knowledgeable in the campers! I will be returning to this location

This was my first experience with the service department at the Greenville, N.C. Camping World. I brought my camper in to be winterized in November, 2023. While there I chatted with Jesse and was really impressed. I wish I could remember the tech's name who handled my service (I'm so sorry). He was originally from New York. He was such a nice guy who really took his time and went the extra mile. I knew that I could trust him fully and even learned quite a bit from him while there. Kudos CW of Greenville, top notch people & service!

VIP experience from start to finish! It felt good to be here. They made sure we were safe and went over and beyond to take care of us in finding our perfect camper. Shoutout to Zack for listening to our needs and finding us EXACTLY what we were imagining! Couldn t beat the price we paid, especially for the experience we got. Thank you Matt for the thorough walkthrough and making sure everything was understood 100%, especially since this is our first camper. It seems daunting but the team helped my girlfriend and I breathe a bit more to reassure our safety with all procedures. This is the best experience I have had walking in to a dealership if you even want to call it that. It definitely doesn t feel like your typical high pressure sales dealership. You also can t beat their prices, trust me, I m the type to shop 5 different locations before buying but after finding the perfect camper that Zack found for us, we couldn t look elsewhere. THANK YOU AGAIN! Expectations were definitely exceeded by the whole team.

Prompt and professional! Working with David R. in service has been great. He communicates well and took good care of us. We had an appointment for warranty work at 1100 and by 1230 they called me to come pick up my fifth wheel. We didn't even have enough time to get our shopping done! The lot is large but can be tight maneuvering around the other rigs, but it is not too bad. Overall, we were thrilled with our visit and will be using this dealership as our go to stop. Even the inside store had a larger selection than others. Highly recommend!

My name is Charles,it takes alot for me to give a bad review on a business but this is beyond bad...my purchased a Mallard travel trailer from Camping World of Greenville NC..bought brand new off the lot...first camper for our family...first time out air conditioning went out on July 5th...had to return home 3hrs away and drop it off at Camping World for repairs...turns out it was a fuse no big deal right...well I had to leave it there for a 20 second repair...pick it up the next wk end...2 months later the refrigerator stop getting cold...cool but not cold enough...dropped it off again only for them to call and say nothings wrong with it...ummm I know the difference in cool and cold...all together it's been in for repairs 5 times...in the shop now for electrical issues and a water leak in the ceiling...now these people are telling me that the extended warranty I purchased I'm paying for doesn't cover water leaks from ceiling !!!! WHAT??? !!! What the heck...so the salesman that sold me the camper says since I've had sooooo many problems with mine that she "got me" and they were gonna get me into something better and not raise payments...next day manager calls and asked if I'd be willing to pay $50-$60 more a month on payments...NO !!! I will not...ive already put over $8000 into this one...its been 3 wks and im still waiting. .everytime ive called they say "well we are still looking for one that works money wise...WHAT????...What does that mean ? They were the ones that offered a nicer one and havent delivered on the promise...tgey advertise they have access to over 100,000 campers...u mean to tell me they cant find one that fits...i even told them it doesnt have to be new..just beware of the big box stores...they make the sale and ur nothing to them....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CAMPING WORLD OF Greenville !! Did not even want to give it one star! But had to give it something. The most awful RV dealership I have ever been in. You have to have your ID to even get past reception area. If no ID, 20 questions start... this was just to speak with someone, to go look at campers , that is a whole other process! And rude... 5 stars for rudeness. To many other dealerships appreciate your customers and work to get business. These people act like they ate doing you a favor letting you in the door. Too big for their britches. Please people definetly go somewhere else.

My Daughter and I went to Camping World on Friday to find a camper for her. We worked with TJ Siebells! We were extremely happy with his professionalism in answering all of our multitudes of questions. He was very thorough and found the perfect camper for my daughter. We were able to purchase it the very same day and bring it home on Saturday. If you are in the market for a camper, please be sure to ask for TJ!!I want to give another shout out to Andrew Moore! Four months ago I was looking for a motorhome. I went to Camping World and he helped find the perfect one for me. He was also very professional, and answered all my questions. Either one of these fine young gentlemen would be able to help you.

David Raynor was outstanding getting all the information that was needed to get my camper repaired. He kept me informed what the Service Dept. was having to do and when it would be ready. I have dealt with three different Camping World Service Depts. and personnel in three different states. I would have to say that David ranks number one as a customer service personnel.

Sales staff was great! Process took longer than it should have, but salesman Ric is great. The only thing I took issue with is being told that with the extended warranty we get 5 years of roadside assistance which is great but then seeing an extra cost of $999 for it on the paperwork. We would have gotten it anyway but we should have been told specifically that it s $999 on top of the cost of the warranty. Aside from that, definitely recommend others to buy with Camping World. Love Love Love the camper!

I wanted to purchase a camper but had no intention of buying one the day I went in. We did end up finding one that we loved and decided to go ahead and purchase! Rick was exceptional to work with. Straight to the point without trying to oversell, be obnoxious or any of the other annoying tactics people try to use to sell things. He also knew his stuff when it came to each RV and showed us the important aspects of each one. With that being said, literally the entire staff was super friendly. Everyone greeted me by name and it was like going to a Chick-Fil-A but for campers lol. They all seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer questions right away and it seemed like a great work environment. The process to buy was smooth and everything went off without a hitch. Mike in finance was nice to work with as well. I didn t catch the guys name who did our walkthrough but he really knows his stuff and it shows. The information he gave was super important to us as this was our first RV purchase and I m glad Rick told me to record everything he said/showed because I absolutely would ve forgotten. We have not picked up our RV yet but I had a great experience.

An update to my google review for Camping World, Good Sam and their corporate office. As stated earlier; we did have a great experience with the staff; however; the RV ended up breaking down (engine) 3 days after we drove it off of the lot. We were stranded in 100 degree heat. It took Good Sam 3 hours to find a towing company that would tow the RV to the nearest Camping World, which happened to be in another state. The RV had to be towed to another Camping World. When we called to let CW in Greenville, NC know what happened, we were given the excuse that there was nothing they can do. We were able to drive it for 3 days after purchase. Why would you sell something to a customer and not stand behind your name to take care of the customer? There was nothing we did wrong to cause the problem with the RV. If CW cannot adequately determine that an RV is defective, then they should not sell it. They are no different than a car dealership. Of course, the corporate office continues to offer the "run around" when questions are asked about their responsibility in making good on a bad sale; NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!. You never tell a new customer what you cannot do when YOUR product that YOU sold is defective not even 30 days after purchase. That is entrapment and YOU ARE TRUSTED TO SELL CUSTOMERS AN APPROPRIATE PRODUCT! We are military retirees and hoped to use our RV to travel and continue to serve others; we have had to make other arrangements. Camping World's net worth is 1.43 billion as of today; why can they not take care of the customer? Please; do not buy from this company! They will smile in your face and stab you in the back. Do not trust them.

Me and every person I know who has bought a camper from here has come back with issues with the camper. The inside is made with cheap materials and is falling apart after having it for only 4 months. My cousins just bought a camper from camper world and have had it being worked on for the past 3 months. We tried warning them about this place but they went with it anyway and now they regret it. It is absolutely ridiculous of how terrible the campers are from here. No one buy a camper from here or you will be very disappointed!

Jesus is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the incredible amount of time it took. We were there for four hours and really felt trapped. Other than that I would give a solid 4.5 stars.

6 months I have been waiting for warranty work to be done. Time and parts approved. They just refuse to do the work. Take a good look . If you are planning on getting rv. Go anywhere else. Also please look at camping world the awful experience on Facebook. Thousands of unhappy customers. Never go to camping world.

My wife and I read numerous negative comments about Camping World s poor customer service, but when we decided to sell our travel trailer via a consignment agreement, we were nonetheless optimistic that our experience would be different. Our faith did not disappoint! Mr Itzak (Isaac) Flores from Greenville, North Carolina Camping World, restored our confidence in the belief that honest, conscientious personalized service does still exist! His honest, thoughtful, and professional expertise resulted in the sale of our 2021 travel trailer being sold in less than a month s time, and for an established fair market value! We are indeed appreciative of the Isaac s personable and professional service! Honest, professional, conscientious service does still exist!Thank you and we have no hesitation in recommending this young man from Greenville, North Carolina Camping World.

It is now Dec and our coach is not repaired. Has been there since July. DAVID has been horrible as our service advisor, lie after lie and very disrespectful. We agreed upon picking up coach early Sept, which would give plenty of time for repair and parts ordered. DAVID stopped communicating with me,after he advised me I had to pay out of pocket for a repair, due to MY IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, this issue was brought up before we took delivery, which was noted my Mark, he said bring it back and it will be fixed. Mark was transferred tona different store, and now no one is able to get me answers. I went to store 20NOV spoke with Jim, and alongside Matt, we went through the 2 ROs DAVID created, to find out repairs were not done, parts not ordered, Matt took responsibility for the issues DAVID did, Matt was embarrassed and angry, requested I please give him until 28NOV, and he advised me he is still figuring out this nonsense DAVID created in his mind. WE OFFERED TO DO A TRADE ON AND BUY A NEW COACH, I have my own financing and JIM low balled me on trade, and wantes 30k down to trade. I am 22 yr COMBAT MILITARY RETIREE, MY WIFE IS ACTIVE DUTY AIRFORCE, and we use the coach to travel back and forth from AZ to NC ,and NC to AZ. WE HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY, DISRESPECTED, LIED TO AND UNPROFESSIONALLY. HERE WE ARE 4 DEC AND YET NOTHING. DAVID should be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, his conduct, behavior and customer abuse is unacceptable. The entire treatment we have been given is UNACCEPTABLE. ESPECIALLY UNITES STATES SERVICEMEMBERS. WHO WILL FIX DAVIDs MESS?!!!!!!

Our salesman, Mike was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. They have a huge inventory and the process was very easy. When we picked up the camper, they were very thorough in explaining all of the features and operation. Would highly recommend!

I've been stuck in North Carolina for 6 days thanks to Camping World. I thought I was going to get to go home tonight everything was all packed up ready to go just had to hook the truck up and go and then my front Jack's wouldn't go up. I've been living a living nightmare for 6 days. The thermostat went bad the first night, instead of the air conditioner the heat decided to come on all by itself in the middle of the night and said itself at 90�. We woke up thinking we were going to have a heat stroke I could go on and on and on but needless to say I would have left North Carolina if my RV was able to leave North Carolina. I would not recommend a dog buy a dog house from Camping World. And I still have no idea when I'm going to get to leave or how many more things are going to have to be fixed after they've broken before I get to go home. On top of that they also lied to me for three solid months after I was crystal clear with four employees who I could name right now who I explained the situation of what I wanted they promised and promised and promised it can be done and then the day that I took it in there after I took possession of my RV to have the work done they informed me then that it was impossible they had no idea what I was talking about but someone never should have told me that. And because of their lies I now have the wrong type of RV entirely for what I was wanting since I couldn't make the modifications that they promised me for three solid months I could have. Do not get a Good Sam membership either because we have also tried to utilize that service that we also paid for and it's junk and it's worthless. I tried to use the mobile service for getting the RV fixed through Good Sam and both times they couldn't find anyone in my area I'm in Greenville North Carolina it's not like I'm in Tick Bite NC! They couldn't even manage to get a simple mechanic out here just to fix some hydraulic jack stands. And of course after all that they don't want to help do a damn thing since I've taken possession of my RV and now everything's gone wrong they've disappeared and don't want anything to do with me

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They lie, delay and lie more. 30 days to get 4 speakers and a new fridge 30 days. Multiple times they have lied about what's going on. Sales was good but the service and customer service are horrible. Never going back.
