I wanted to buy from Brown Wood simply because I want to support local business. The retired owner and his wonder departed wife had been a customer in a store that I own. I stopped on Friday on the way to take my son to tennis lesions. I was looking at a used 2023 Ford and I was there about 10 minutes I was in no hurry. Someone named Tim came out of the Mazda Dealer and said that the Truck had been there a while and the price was firm. I was fine with that, I asked if he could give me a price on a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali. I gave him my information he did not offer a card. He said he would text back a response. Well I have never heard from him. I went online and asked about the Ford and someone named Calvin called me told him I did not have much time, made an offer, he called back said I would have to come in person and work through the sales manager. I have yet to hear from Tim. I really tried to support your business but you are obviously not interested in mine. I can find a vehicle in Raleigh with no problem!!!!! Keeping your word is paramount in building a customer base.

I thought taking my car to the dealership would be in my best interest, I am sadly mistaken. The cost is close to $100.00 which I don't mind. I found out at the dealership that rotating tires was not included in the cost like it has been in the past. The only thing I am paying for is 4 quarts of oil and a oil filter. This show me I can take my car to Precision Tune get my tires rotated with my oil change and pay half the money.

I just want to give a shout out to Jerome Edmond. I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in from Auto Trader. I live 2 hours away from this dealership so I wanted to be sure I had all the facts before I made the trip. Jerome went out of his way to communicate with me about the status and issues they found with the vehicle I was interested in. In the end it didn't work out, but I really appreciate the fact that he was honest and didn't bate and switch me, by making me drive out there and then finding out it was not going to work out for me. I would highly recommend Jerome if you need to purchase a car.

Aside from it taking 7 weeks to get my car back, without being provided a loaner car until the 24hours before getting my car back. My car was given back to me filled with pollen on the inside, there's a dent on my back latch and I only received updates if I called them. I understand my car was under warranty and they weren't 100% sure how to fix my issues, but receiving my car back in these poor conditions is extremely disappointing. I really like my GMC but I would not return back to Brown and Wood for future servicing or purchases.

While the issue was resolved which is great, replacing the sensor had us without a car for approximately five days which stretches our family thin. When inquiring about a loner car I was told this is no longer offered except when working under a manufacturer's warranty. That was a negative for me as in the past they were offered and well appreciated.

I love taking my GMC into a GMC Dealership lots of pluses. However the price increases for an oil change/tire rotation over the past 2yrs have me seeking going elsewhere.Again Brown and Woods a great establishment and with a doubt will continue to do great things but without my business.

They worked hard to make a deal happen for us and were able to get a warranty included. Unfortunately the transmission went out but it was covered. They took me in immediately even though they were booked and handled everything perfectly. I paid my deductible and drove off happy 10/10, 5 stars Hands down best dealership I've dealt with and I have dealt with alot of them!

I was very disappointed with service yesterday. I was scheduled to come in to get an GM multipoint inspection on my Envision. Tim Mirra was my advisor whom I told all my concerns to. I asked him to please make sure that my fluids would be topped off in my vehicle because when I came for my last visit they were not. I waited about 3 hours. Growing even more irritated by the minute, I went up and asked what was going on because I as well as a few more other customers had been sitting there as patiently as we could, waiting to be called. When all was said and done, I left there, upset, at about 1:30. When I got up this morning I decided to check my fluids, and to my surprise, they had not been topped off!! I was (and still is ) extremely upset because Tim gave me his word that they would top off my fluids and they did not. I do not know if they just forgot to do so, or they just said they would and did not do it because they thought I was not going to check behind them, but I did. It now makes me think about all of the other times that I went there and suppose to have had my fluids topped off, if they really did it. This is something I was absolutely not expecting from the place I purchased my vehicle from.

My car salesman was Anthony he was very patient with me. He show me the car. He show me all the details with the car. Very nonchalant, issues with my car I didn't mention they said nothing about, they couldn't diagnose a problem just said there are no fault codes and charged 185.00 for absolutely nothing basically the diagnostic charge is separate, these ppl are greedy and care nothing Abt your car even one of the shuttle drivers recommend a diff place.

My visit to Brown & Wood was very pleasant. I dripped my car off for an inspection and tire plug service. Tim did a great job with updating me on what was wrong with my tire and when my car was ready for me to pick up. The service department has always treated me with the upmost respect.

You had my vehicle for 20 hours with no communication whatsoever. When I finally called, you told me that you would tell them they should try to look at it soon since I called. Then kept for another 24 hours. For a repair that you supposedly repaired a couple of weeks prior when I brought it in for the same issue, but when we left it became apparent it was not fixed. Your employee only communicated by text message, even though I was communicating through phone calls. This is the second instance I ve taken my car in, paid for you to fix the problem, only to have the problem still present. When you told me it would be another day without our family vehicle I asked for a loaner only to be told you did not have a loaner and I could not take my car from the dealership and bring it back another day. My husbands father is in the hospital out of town, my children are in school. This is an impossible situation to put us in, especially without warning. We have had negative experiences at brown and wood before but you re usually willing to try to make it right. This time, we could not have been more disappointed.

It took a while to correctly diagnose the problem (service engine light), but Christian was able to remedy the situation. The main delay was due to part availability which didn't arrive until after noon the next day. In the meantime Tim provided me with a rental and worked with me on the final invoice. Over 100k and the truck runs great.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation at Brown & Wood. These guys are awesome. They were right on time with completing the service and kept me informed throughout. While there, I spoke with Anthony Goins who was very informative about the inventory and most helpful with any questions I had. You folks rock at Brown & Wood. I will definitely continue my automobile service with you!!

Jeff is always available to help and welcoming. I have been taking my car there for years now and have not been disappointed. They also have loaner car available for when a longer service is anticipated and shuttle service is helpful as well. Reliable customer service.
