I traveled over 60 miles to get the best customer service experience from the service department and parts. Julie in the parts. Service department is phenomenal along with all the associates of Big Rock Powersports They have awesome customer service. My whole experience was above and beyond any type of customer service you can get nowadays I will always bring my 22 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse to Big Rock Powersports and Marine of Greenville. They have a great selection of my favorite Indian Motorcycle Along with accessories and clothing. I would highly recommend you check them out

Needed a tire mounted on a rim for one of my bud's scooter. Matt (service) and the guys in the shop had me on my in a jiffy. Reasonable cost, friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.

We walked into Big Rock in Greenville and from the time we walked in they so willing to help us and answered our questions and was able to help us get a side by side that we wanted and our daughter a 4 wheeler that she had found at another dealer . Worst buying experience in quite a while. Salesman short with me...kept saying you have to go online for details of utv's. Acted like I was wasting his time...tattoo guy with beard! Will not go back!!

Went there today around 3pm (Nov 1st, 2023). Walked in and told the guy that I was looking for seadoo spark and yamaha jet ski and saw some available on the website. The guy did not even stop typing on the computer while I was speaking. Then, he just pointed to a jet ski in the store and said there was one in there. I went there to look and the guy did not move from his chair. I had no option than to leave the store and go away based on the terrible reception. Just to let you know that I had decided prior to the visit I was going to buy the seadoo spark jet ski. Sorry, you lost a sale.

Can you give a negative star? Not happy. No communication on parts that are ordered, trying to double charge for service. As of now I would not recommend doing any business with Big Rock Powersports of Greenville,NC

Big Rock made the purchase of my new Seadoo as pleasant as possible. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Dale ensured that paperwork was a breeze and I really only needed to be present to sign and pick up the Seadoo. They loaded it on my trailer and even adjusted it so the fit was prefect. I fell like the service I received was top notch and was very pleased with my deal. Bonus points that it included an extended 3 year warranty. I'm sure I will use them again for any toy purchases.

We purchased our Yamaha JetSki from here. We decided to have it serviced at the same spot that we purchased. I went in for service after 50 hours and encountered the rudest service person I ve ever spoke to. He was constantly trying talk over me. And proceeded to yell at me on the phone. I will no longer have my watercraft serviced at this location due to the horrible service advisor.

This purchase was pretty much done over the internet. After being told it would be another 90 days till the one I had ordered came in I went looking. I was thrilled to find this demo there. I flew up and drove 300 miles back home. The staff was wonderful ! Everything was prepared and deliver was a snap. Couldn t be happier. Well maybe I could but it would sure cost way more LOL

Made an appt 2 months ago for warranty work. Dropped our bike off July 21. Over a month later, we still have no answers. Communication is terrible. We have called numerous time and even went in person to request and update. We continue to be told that we will get a call back but that never happens. If they can t do the work or don t have time or staff, they should just be honest with their customers so that they can take their business elsewhere. I regret not driving the extra distance to take it to Performance East!

This is hands down the best dealer I have been to. They were very patient as I tried several different bikes. The purchase process was so easy. The whole experience from bike fitting to gear and financing was simple. I will sure be sending people there way!

I made an appointment at the beginning of July. Two weeks later, I dropped my vehicle off for service, recall, and part replacement. Two weeks later, I called only to find out. I could pick up the vehicle. I did have to wait on the part to arrive. Missed placed work order and paperwork. Total lack of communication and organization. Time to shop around.

I purchased a 2022 Can Am Ryker from the team here. So far so good! The purchase process was quick and painless and I was able to get the accessories I wanted installed. there was a small delay on needing some specialized hardware, for a solo seat, but nothing to bad. Brent (Sales) was responsive and got everything I needed during and after the purchase (even when I accidentally messaged on a day they were closed). Britney (Finance) had paperwork ready to roll when I came in to close and the process was very smooth and fast. I have also worked with Julie from service/parts and she has been friendly and helpful concerning any needs I have had so far.

Update on my review. My situation was handle and resolved. My can am is running great and I am enjoying it. I spoke to Curtis today. He was very apologetic and made me feel better about being a customer and reassured me that everything will be better.

Easiest experience ever with buying a side by side. JB was very helpful in getting my new Polaris picked out and answered all my questions. All this was done over the phone because I live over an hr away. That s right. I tried using a dealership in Jacksonville NC that I ve bought 3 new units from over the last 20 yrs but they decided to try and charge me over $2800 for set up and delivery which is outrageous and this dealership was waaayyy cheaper in those 2 areas. So save yourself some money and contact JB and he ll get you where you need to be and if he doesn t have it one of their other 3 dealership do.

First appointment I called to confirm my appointment as I was headed to the store and was told not to come because their tech was doing something else. 2nd appointment I was rescheduled to bring my Ryker in a week later. Once I finally made it to the shop to have my key programmed, I was told they couldn't program it unless they drove it. I would have to have to pay a $250 estimate to be done on my bike before they could program my key.

In 2021, I purchased a new $14K Can-Am from this dealership but when I call three times over two weeks to try and order a part "Julie" tells me that she'll look it up and call me back in a few minutes and never does. These are not professionals and I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

These guys are the best power sport dealer I ve ever dealt with. I m almost 60 so there have been quite a few over my lifetime. They are truly professional with old school customer service. You ll think your their only customer. Their prices were far better than anyone else within 3 hours of me. They are part of a very large dealer ownership and have big pull with the manufacturers they sell and service. That means you get prompt parts, service and availability of products when no one else has them. And, if you need service or parts they have 2 other dealers they own which they can source products and service from. Recently had some problems with a waverunner I bought from them and they got it fixed in 2 days when everyone else told me 3 weeks. Then they brought to my house when they had finished. Who does that anymore? Worth the drive if your within 3 or 4 hours even. See Tracy for sales!! He s the no B.S. man. Thanks guys!!

My husband, myself & my son went today to talk to someone about buying a boat. No one ever came outside to help, so my son, a grown man by the way went inside to try to get help. They handed him a card & he came back out. Still no one came outside to help . He said they were sitting down in there just talking among themselves! Sorry!!!! Y all missed a sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
